Very friendly staff. Location is right on the riverside, slightly away from the main bridge area. Good view. We had three queen bedroom which was very comfortable. Received one complimentary traditional dress for 2 hours which was a bonus. No breakfast at the property though. No in-room refrigerator if that matters.

Words cannot describe how nice the owner & all the staffs. Owner helped to buy us tickets,give us Zhangjiajie National forest English map,and guide us through the forest on the map. Staffs helped us to heat our halal food. The hotel is nearby to halal restaurants by foot,near to attractions (East Gate),massage center & shops. Hotel offered free ride from and to East Gate. The hotel has river view and we get to have breakfast by the river. Our room also has balcony.

This hotel is worth every cent, the rooms are clean and tidy with beautiful decor. It is nicely located close to the entrance of the town and provides an amazing view to the waterfalls. I would totally recommend a visit to this place; The best part was how helpful and attentive the staff is providing ease to schedule transport to and fro the station, notes about the town and helping carry all the luggage

This guesthouse is located right by the Tuojiang River; you just cross the road and go down some steps to reach the riverside. The room is quite spacious, neat, and clean. The guesthouse also offers free Miao traditional clothing for guests to try on. There's free parking available, though it's not right next to the guesthouse. You can drive to the guesthouse entrance to drop off your luggage, then go park. The parking lot isn't far, about a 6-7 minute walk. The landlady was very welcoming and helped us with our bags. She readily provided extra bottles of water when we asked. For such a prime location along the Tuojiang River, the price is very reasonable, offering great value for money.

Upon arrival staff were very kind and welcoming. I’ve never stayed in a place so secluded so this was absolutely a great experience and super wholesome. Id recommend this place to couples and solo travellers, not necessarily for families unless you enjoy each others company x50 hehe. The property itself has a tea house, a restaurant and cute scenery places to explore and walk around. Cute cats and dogs are constantly roaming too :) the mountain view is picturesque and honestly a breathtaking view when waking up to it. Staff was so accomodating on my one night stay. I texted on WeChat at 1am in the evening and Mr Hu was super responsive and even got tasks done for me like finding cigarettes and Coke Zero late at night. The property was very clean for a cabin styled property, however I am used to more modern places - also please beware lots of mosquitoes during warm season so pack repellent!! I highly recommend the property if you’re visiting the Avatar Mountains, it’s 9 minutes away to the East Gate Entrance (Tianzi Cableway), the staff can also help book your tours and tickets easily.

Our stay at this lodge was absolutely unforgettable. The views were simply breathtaking, waking up and looking out over such beautiful scenery was an experience in itself. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed, which made the whole stay feel so relaxing and comfortable. Also really close to the park and they even offered a free shuttle to the park. The food was also outstanding, with every meal being fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Most of all, this lodge was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The peaceful atmosphere combined with the amazing surroundings made it a truly special getaway. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape with incredible views and exceptional hospitality.

The hotel service was excellent, and the location is superb. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of food options nearby. If you turn right outside the hotel, you'll find a night market with lots of delicious food, like BBQ and fried rice, which were both great. The hotel also offers congee and 'bingfen' (a local jelly dessert).

Full score recommendation, the overall experience is very satisfactory! The hotel is located next to the Nanyue Temple Scenic Area, just a few minutes walk away, and it is very convenient to travel. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting was transparent, the bedding was comfortable and the facilities were complete. There is a Hunan restaurant nearby, the hotel owner is very talkative, and I will stay again next time.

THE BEST ACCOMMODATION EVER! The staff here are absolutely exceptional. They picked me up from the train station and helped with my luggage, doing everything possible to make my stay perfect. Their hospitality really goes above and beyond. The room is incredible, clean, comfortable, and with beautiful views of the town. Falling asleep to the sound of the waterfall was honestly unforgettable. The breakfast buffet is also amazing, with great variety and stunning views in the morning. It’s in a great location, very close to the main waterfall viewpoint, perfect to explore everything walking. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Furong Town, book this one. You won’t regret it. Truly a 10/10 experience!

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The location is convenient — you can walk to the train station, and from there there’s a direct bus to the south gates with no queues, which saves a lot of time. We especially appreciated the owners: they were very attentive and friendly, gave detailed directions, helped us navigate around the city, were always available, and even provided umbrellas during the rain — a small detail, but it really shows care. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a beautiful view. Housekeeping was done daily and to a high standard. The staff is attentive but unobtrusive. Overall, it’s a comfortable place you genuinely want to return to.
