Pet Friendly Hotels in Shaanxi, China

Three families, including mine, stayed for four nights. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with Metro Line 2 right at the entrance. We could easily walk to the Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower, and Drum Tower. The service exceeded our expectations; they proactively added us on WeChat before check-in and communicated with us daily, even upgrading all three of our rooms for free. I have to specifically mention the hotel's breakfast—it was excellent, especially the various noodle dishes! Their homemade 'zenggao' (steamed glutinous rice cake) also received unanimous praise from all of us! Overall, it was a stay with great value for money!

The hotel is located in a garden area, and the room is relatively spacious. My friend felt that the shampoo products were very suitable for her to use. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement. Just call the front desk to report your license plate number when you go out. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. Recommend everyone

The stay here was great! I went to Xi'an with my boyfriend for just a couple of days, and the location was perfect for walking around the Muslim Quarter and experiencing the local life at all hours. Even early in the morning, the food street market was still open! The host girl was really nice and helpful, and their cats are so fluffy and cute. The place also offers free drinking water, which is a nice touch. I'd definitely recommend it!

The hotel is located in the Royal Garden of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, offering an excellent location with convenient access by subway and taxi. The combination of the garden’s pine scenery and traditional Chinese aesthetics, along with the snow scene in Xi’an yesterday, makes the hotel’s environment particularly beautiful. The room is very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with amenities, including a laundry service. The staff even delivered the freshly laundered clothes to the room. Tom and Jerry provided excellent service.👍👍

The environment is decent, and the venue is suitable for events and conferences. I even happened to catch a new car launch when I checked in. The room itself is quite spacious, but the furnishings and fixtures feel very dated. Not quite dilapidated, but definitely old-fashioned. The towels, in particular, were frayed and shedding. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired; it just didn't seem clean, especially the countertop around the bathtub, which looked like it hadn't been wiped down properly and felt very haphazard. Breakfast was just average, but the cleanliness of the restaurant tables and chairs was also quite unsatisfactory. Overall, it's okay for an event venue, but for personal stays, the room's hardware probably isn't even on par with a 400 RMB mid-range business hotel (and I paid over 600 RMB). The only highlight is the hotel's location at the delta, which allows for pleasant walks along the river. For those who prioritize modern facilities and up-to-date amenities, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

After a long day of driving, we finally reached the front desk to check in. Immediately upon check-in, the proprietress started relentlessly pushing 'complimentary' activities, specifically guided tours and theater tickets. This instantly created a very negative impression. She then simply assumed I wanted the guided tour, asked how many headsets I'd need, and demanded a transfer payment. When I declined, she suggested a late-night play would be 'perfect'. It truly felt like she didn't care about guests' exhaustion, only about making a quick buck. The Wi-Fi signal was completely inadequate for the number of rooms; I had to tether my laptop to my phone. The owner claimed the Wi-Fi was down and being repaired outside – an obvious lie! There was no one in sight doing repairs, and how could it possibly take an entire day to fix? Even the disposable slippers were paper-thin, another letdown. What's more, they initially set very high room prices, then slash them hourly if not booked within a few hours. The blatant commercialism and greed of this place are truly overwhelming.

Found a hidden gem on this trip to Xi'an! The hotel is right inside the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda scenic area, just a 5-minute walk to the Grand Tang Everbright City – excellent location! We stayed in a terrace room, and opening the door gave us a direct view of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. Watching the pagoda at dawn and dusk was incredibly atmospheric. The hotel boasts a 3,000-square-meter Chinese-style courtyard, tranquil with bamboo, a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, completely shielding us from the scenic area's noise. The room details were exceptional: a Kung Fu tea set, a full-length mirror, and even a bathtub liner. The butler delivered welcome fruits and complimentary late-night noodles, offering truly thoughtful service. Breakfast included local specialties, and enjoying afternoon tea in the courtyard was incredibly pleasant. There's also a Chinese restaurant, a gym, and a laundry room. Kids' amenities and umbrellas are available for free loan. I genuinely fell in love with Xi'an because of this hotel!

The owner was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I had originally booked a double room, but they kindly upgraded us to a triple room for free. The guesthouse is very conveniently located near the train station, and it offers great value for money!

The rooms are great, and the hot springs are even better. Highly recommended, definitely worth a visit. The couple's hot spring experience was fantastic: the hot spring area is huge with dozens of pools, and the water temperature is perfect. The breakfast was quite tasty, though the selection wasn't extensive and could use some improvement. On the bright side, the service attitude was excellent.

I really loved this guesthouse! The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent; everyone was so kind. The cats, Jinli and Caicai, were incredibly well-behaved. The location is super convenient – the subway exit is right there, and Huaqing Palace is across the street. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' at night, it's just a quick walk across the road! The breakfast was delicious, and the lady who made it was so sweet. If I ever get the chance to come back, I'll definitely choose this place again.
