Hotel Experience Sharing The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right in the city center with an abundance of restaurants and shopping options nearby. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by an elegant decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in process was quick and professional. The guest room was spacious and bright, with a comfortable bed and clean, neat bedding. The room was well-equipped with amenities including free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, and an LCD TV. The bathroom was clean, the shower had good water pressure, and the toiletries were of high quality. Although the room's soundproofing was generally good, the traffic noise from outside the window was still a bit disturbing at night. The hotel's dining service was equally satisfying. The breakfast offered a rich variety, from freshly baked pastries to authentic local delicacies, catering to all tastes. Furthermore, the gym and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing additional convenience for guests. Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay for travelers.

This trip was incredibly enjoyable, and a huge part of that pleasure came from the outstanding service provided by Xiao Qiao and the other staff members at the hotel. Xiao Qiao proactively upgraded our room. Later, a family member accidentally broke a glass in the room. We felt very apologetic and uneasy at the time. Xiao Qiao reported it to her superior, and not only did they not ask for any compensation, but they also offered us warm comfort and genuine care, which deeply touched us. Furthermore, during our stay, whenever we ordered takeout or needed anything related to our room, Xiao Qiao was always able to resolve our issues promptly and efficiently. As we were leaving, the staff even presented us with local specialties as a kind gesture. This series of thoughtful and meticulous arrangements filled our entire trip with warmth and wonderful memories. You truly put the customer first, making us feel completely at home, and that's what made this trip so unforgettable. My sincere thanks again to Xiao Qiao and every staff member who helped us.

I brought my mom along for this trip, and we booked this guesthouse online without much prior research, as we usually stay in hotels. I must say, it turned out to be excellent value for money! The owner mentioned it wasn't too busy, so they kindly upgraded our room for free. The room was very clean, had a beautiful view, and all the facilities were great. Showering was a breeze with plenty of hot water, and the internet speed was fast. Even though the weather wasn't great and our vacation time was limited, we still managed to go hiking. The owner even waited for us at the bus station when we arrived, which was incredibly thoughtful. He drove us to the guesthouse. In the mornings, we tried not to disturb anyone and left early. The guesthouse is also very close to the scenic spots.

The best decision I made on my trip to Xi'an was booking this hotel right next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda! The location is absolutely unbeatable – just a few minutes' walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Fountain Square and Datang Everbright City. After enjoying the dazzling night views of the Tang Dynasty in the evening, you don't need to rush back by taxi; you can just take a leisurely stroll back to your room. I booked a terrace room, which offered stunning views of Chang'an's beautiful nightscape, perfect for photos. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, completely blocking out the noise from the bustling scenic area. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive; they proactively recommended off-peak sightseeing routes and authentic local eateries, and even helped us book Hanfu styling. My entire stay was a perfect 10/10, and I'll definitely rebook here the next time I visit Qujiang!

I really liked staying here! The hotel was lovely and clean, very conveniently located, and the cats are absolutely friendly and delightful. I was very pleased with the Ancient Wall View from my room - close enough to see, but not close enough that people were looking into the room! The room itself was also perfect for me, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. Getting in was miiiiiildly confusing, just because I didn't realise that the hotel requires walking down a tiny (clearly signposted) alley to get to the stairs - not too bad, but I had to walk past twice to realise where I was. Overall a great stay!

I think this hotel offers excellent value for money, and its location is quite reasonable. It's convenient for going out to eat fish or shopping. The standard facilities are perfectly adequate for the price, and even during the holidays, paying just over 500 RMB is still a good deal. I want to especially commend them for not only offering breakfast but also a late-night snack service. This isn't just some perfunctory offering; it's a real spread of various Hanzhong specialties. You could easily skip dinner and just wait for the late-night snack – highly recommended! Also, their beef hotpot is incredibly reasonably priced; you could honestly just eat that hotpot right here at the hotel. The only minor drawback is that they don't have their own parking lot, so every time you want to drive out, you have to inform the front desk, which is a bit of a hassle. Additionally, there aren't many activities for kids; there's a small golf area upstairs, but no swimming pool.

Location was great, staff were really friendly and helpful. When we arrived the offeredus an upgrade, gave some incense too. Our room had a little balcony that looked right onto the city walls. The rooftop garden gave us a great view of the light show that was on the wall. The hotel is about 25 mins away from the drum tower and bell tower and has all sorts of restaurants and convenience stows around. In the morning around the corner there is a little breakfast market!

This hotel really captures the essence of Xi'an. The rooms are spacious and have a cool, post-modern punk vibe, though the bathroom facilities could use an update. The hotel breakfast restaurant is huge, with a fantastic selection of made-to-order dishes, including many Xi'an specialties like Biang Biang noodles, Qishan臊子面 (Qishan saozi noodles), and Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger). However, I do wish the staff would help maintain some order, especially with so many children around. Definitely worth mentioning is their 'Jinghong Travel Photography' service – the photos turn out amazing and it's absolutely worth trying!

I came here for a conference and then decided to extend my stay for the weekend to explore Xi'an like a special forces soldier. After comparing several options, I chose Zhiyincheng Hotel. **Location:** It's a short walk from Gate 3 of Joy City. If you're taking a taxi, set your destination to the Westin Hotel. It's quite close to the subway, specifically Exit B of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda station. It's incredibly convenient for getting around. Plus, it's very close to famous attractions like the Big Wild Goose Pagoda light show, Datang Everbright City, and Da Ci'en Temple. The hotel's interior design is unique and perfect for taking photos. **Service:** The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. I took Metro Line 4 from Xi'an North Station, and when I was about to arrive, I messaged the concierge. They met me at the subway station and helped me with my luggage. As soon as I entered the hotel, they immediately offered me a refreshing glass of sour plum juice, which was delicious. I went out to explore after dropping off my luggage, and when I returned in the evening, I actually forgot my room number! I asked the front desk attendant for help, and instead of getting annoyed, she immediately looked up my room number and even had my late-night snack delivered to my room. The next morning, I realized my period had started early and asked the front desk for help. They promptly sent up sanitary products; it was incredibly thoughtful. **Cleanliness:** Very clean and hygienic. **Facilities:** Smart toilet, large TV, smart curtains, smart vanity mirror… the room's amenities are quite modern. I particularly liked the placement of the toilet paper holder in the bathroom. It's perfectly aligned with normal usage habits, unlike some hotels where it's placed behind the toilet, requiring you to strain your back to reach it. The mirror is a dream for anyone who wears makeup. The only minor drawback was the shower. The showerhead holder is fixed to the wall and is quite high. For someone short like me, it's not very user-friendly. When showering, after rinsing off, if I wanted to hang the showerhead back up and then get some body wash, I had to stand on tiptoes to reach it, which can be quite dangerous in a wet shower. Also, the holder wasn't very easy to insert the showerhead into, so that was a bit inconvenient. **Breakfast:** The selection was neither too much nor too little, but it felt just right. Both mornings, the staff at the cooking station were wonderful and very enthusiastic, making guests feel energized right from the start. During my meal, I saw a foreign guest who seemed to want a sunny-side-up egg. Although the server might not have fully understood what the guest wanted in English, they made a great effort to communicate through gestures and eventually understood the guest's request. I thought this was excellent and truly demonstrated our country's hospitality. **Chinese or Western Afternoon Tea (choose one):** The sugar cookies were delicious. I forgot what kind of coffee beans I ordered, but they were incredibly smooth. I ordered an Americano, and it had a sweet aftertaste, which was very pleasant. **Travel Photography:** The hotel provides complimentary travel photography services. The makeup artist, photographer, and their assistant were all excellent and very professional. They communicated patiently with me, and the entire photoshoot was very enjoyable. I was extremely satisfied with the final photos. **Value for Money:** Some people might feel that Zhiyincheng Hotel is slightly more expensive than nearby hotels. However, I believe its service, location, and amenities make it well worth the price. The next time I visit Xi'an, I would still choose Zhiyincheng Hotel.

This time in Xi'an, I chose the newly opened Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Bell Tower South Gate. It's right in the heart of the city center, very close to the Bell and Drum Towers and the South Gate City Wall. Just a few steps out the door, you'll find Hysan Place, SKP, and Wangfujing Department Store, offering everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also very close to the Muslim Quarter and the Stele Forest Museum, and you can walk to Yongningmen Station on Metro Line 2, making it convenient to go anywhere. Don't want to go downstairs to pick up your takeout? There are even delivery robots, which are super convenient! The hotel just opened in 2025, so all the facilities are brand new. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and check-in was efficient and professional. They gave me lots of practical tips about local food, drinks, and attractions, truly making me feel at home! If you want to enjoy your trip to Xi'an comfortably and without hassle, I highly recommend this place! I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an!
