I recently stayed at LFY Hotel from 12 sept -14 sept and also 15 sept to 18 sept, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, customer-oriented, and always ready to help, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. The environment was spotless, and the hotel itself is quite new, which added to the overall appeal. They offer free access to a washing machine and dryer in the common area, which was a really convenient touch. The complimentary coffee in the lounge area was great, and the space had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for hosting friends. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. There’s plenty of night activity with performances, and if you’re up for it, there are several shops where you can rent a Tang Dynasty costume – such a unique experience! Shopping malls are nearby, so you can easily shop and dine. Just make sure you have the Didi app handy for getting around. I am also thankful for the little gestures they have in welcoming us. As my hub was having his birthday when we came, there was a handwritten note and a pair of swan with roses on the bed. Super sweet of them to also prepare our national flower as welcoming gesture from where we came from. As we arrived near mooncake festival there also free lantern provided to let us have the feel of the festival They also provided interactive books for tourist to better understand xi an Overall, I highly recommend LFY Hotel for a comfortable stay with great service and plenty to do nearby!

Though it is just a small hotel, they offer unbeleivable services. The hotel is located very near hua shan mountain. The owner drove us fort and back from hua shan mountain without xharging any money. In the very early morning when we must arrive at the high speed train staion, they drove us there again for free of charge. The owner worried we will be hungry so she boil the eggs for us to eat. I strongly recommned this hotel and you will have wonderful memory.

Loved the location. It was right inside the city wall, making it a desirable place to stay. The staff spoke some English, which is a bonus. They also offer to friend you on WeChat so you can communicate with them if you needed anything. Rooms were decent, big and can accommodate all your needs. However, the bed was on the floor. Being inside the city wall, the building was a little bit older and could show signs of wear and tear. When we tried to turn on the AC, dust/wall particles flew out of the vent. So we didn't use the AC the entire time we were there. Thankfully, it was cool outside, so we can sleep with the windows open. It was extra secure with a door that required you to scan a key to unlock it at night. We ran into a little bit of an issue when the ceiling fan in our bathroom was leaking and created a puddle on our bathroom floor. We discovered this after a long day on an excursion, but staff came in late at night to check it out. Since there wasn't much that they can do about it that night, they offered to put us in a bigger hotel room right next door. We had an early day, so they even helped us move our luggage over when we were away and just had to stop by when we got back to pick up our new room key. Overall, a great place to stay, but it is an older building - excited for them to be able to upgrade the rooms and facilities! They also had really cute cats in the lobby so you can play with them.

We extended our stay in Xi’an and booked additional days in this inn. The building is co-shared by a café and the inn run by the same team. Friendly staff helped us carry our luggage up to our rooms on the 2nd floor. Do note for visitors with accessibility issues that there is no elevator in this inn. The inn thoughtfully offered another comfy family room upon check-in that was quieter on our arrival (the original one we booked was facing the front and may have noise from bars nearby were showing football matches on the streets). Room is well equipped with amenities and there is daily housekeeping where staff would top up the bottled water, fresh towels and make up your bed (unless you request not to). We had two complimentary drinks from their cafe (this may vary with your booking). Do try their beverages and dessert while enjoying the night/sunset view of the Ming City walls and chilling out at the rooftop people watching.😜 It is near Metro Line 2 and there is a bustling night street scene nearby. You can also visit the 书院门 Scholars Gate? that is under 5 mins away or experience the 小南门早市 morning street market near 朱雀门 by riding visit the 小南门早市 morning street market near ZhuQueMen 朱雀门 by riding a bus 184/ 311 from YongNingMen 永宁门 （one stop) . Will be recommending them to my family and friends.

The location of this place is perfect for the Xiaonanmen morning market where there are a lot of street food and local specialties. The hotel staff are polite and really helpful in introducing the local attractions to guests, they even gave us a free room upgrade! The rooms themselves also stylishly renovated with lots of Chinese culture, do have some issues with them, more standard for a BNB. The hotel has free tea, an amazing balcony and a bonus of a lot of house cats!

Location is really good once you find the place. Can be difficult to find your room if you are coming in late and harder if mandarin isn’t your spoken language. Staff tried to help as much as he can. We changed our rooms which were in different building. Both rooms toilets smell really bad with slow water flow and suggest buildings having sewer issues. Toilet floor is slippery and can’t be rated R9. It’s a slip hazard and i will suggest coat of anti slip to prevent accidental incidents. Rooms are otherwise comfortable and you get what you pay for.

One of the best stays i’ve had it china for it’s price. Located in che city centre, you can eadily reach most of the city attractions. However, cars can not go there. So if you are stupid (like me) you will have to carry the luggage. Also there are two intrances: silver shop and backyard entrance, so if the shop is closed you have to the other one. Room is very clean, have no complaints about that ;) A bed is a bit hard, but after living in chinese dorms felt good fpr my back haha

The room is clean and pet-friendly. The place is large. The B&B we stayed in has a large yard, which is very cozy. Opposite is its own restaurant, so you don't have to worry about breakfast, dinner and supper. The boss is very generous. There are many pomegranate trees in the supper place, which the boss takes care of himself. It is also very close to the Terracotta Warriors. I will stay here again when I bring my family to Xi'an next time.

As the 21-year-old review said, the builder's ambitions are now in vain. Problems: poor hygiene, the floor has not been cleaned, there is a pile of toothpaste removed from the sink, two pillows have a lot of dust (black impurities), the windows on the upper floors are full of stains (covered with curtains), the glass terrace room on the third floor, The water is dark. The price of more than 200 yuan is really not worth it. Advantages: 1. Very close to ”Zhiyuan”, 3 minutes. There is also a Yaowang Cave nearby. In addition, looking out the window of the room, there is a tree with several birdcages hanging high, which is very interesting. 2. It is not easy for aunts and uncles who have passed their seventies to manage an inn. Raise issues and try to resolve them as much as possible.
