Since I had an early flight, I stayed at a hotel close to the airport. There's a shuttle bus that picks us up from T1 and T2, and the hotel is right above a mall, which was super convenient for grabbing food. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast was excellent. Plus, you can take the hotel shuttle back to the airport. Highly recommend!

I originally booked a king-sized room, but the hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to a presidential suite. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in Xintiandi, and the suite offered incredible views. The room's amenities were also outstanding. The outdoor hot tub in the suite had an absolutely breathtaking view. The hotel's breakfast and pool facilities were also excellent. A perfect experience all around!

Stayed here for a quick overnight before a next day departure out of PVG, and honestly this place exceeded every expectation I had for an airport hotel. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was fresh, and the AC worked perfectly. No complaints whatsoever. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight I wasn’t expecting. The spread was great for a hotel at this price point: plenty of variety, hot options, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. I had more than enough to fuel up before heading to the airport. Speaking of the airport, the location is unbeatable if you’re flying through Pudong. The free shuttle to PVG runs regularly every hour and takes only a few minutes. No stress, no taxi fare, no guessing. For a PVG flight, this setup is a game changer. I arrived at the terminal relaxed and on time. Would absolutely stay here again on future layovers through Shanghai. Highly recommend to any solo traveler or business traveler who wants reliability, comfort, and convenience without any hassle.

Excellent location, proactive service, and complete facilities! Highly recommended, I really loved it. It has kitchenware, utensils, and even a washer-dryer, which is perfect for longer stays. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from Hema Supermarket, about one subway stop away. However, the surrounding areas like Dongtaili and Xintiandi are fantastic for a city walk.

Booked this last minute after a few drinks, but it was really easy to find. The surrounding area is super convenient with plenty of food and drink options. Woke up this morning and realized the room was huge and uniquely decorated. When I went to the front desk to return the key card, the guy told me it was an electricity card – still a bit tipsy, apparently! He even gave me a bottle of warm water, which was a lovely touch! 👍

The hotel is great, and it's super convenient for travel, being very close to the airport. However, it can be a bit noisy because many planes take off in the middle of the night. Bringing earplugs would definitely help. The food is good, and the front desk service is also excellent.

The cleanliness details were incredibly reassuring: The first thing I do when I enter a room is check the bedding, and the sheets and duvet covers were as flat as if they'd just been unwrapped. The bathroom's glass door and mirror were spotless, and there wasn't even a water stain in the grout of the shower. The cleaning staff would proactively ask if I needed fresh towels every day and even thoughtfully tidied up my clothes that I'd left lying around. I felt so at ease during my stay.

To top it off, the views from the rooms are truly incredible, offering a stunning glimpse of Shanghai’s skyline. Overall, it’s one of the best stay experiences you can find in the city.
