The service staff here are very considerate and introduced me to the location of the fitness area and the laundry room. Later I found out that they had told me these things at the elevator entrance in the lobby. I was impressed by their service attitude ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The location is outside the Kalajun Scenic Area, with a wide view. It is recommended to choose the second row of rooms. There is a muddy road + horse farm in front of the first row of rooms. The interior of the room is very clean, but it is really not soundproof (the sound of rain at night, the barking of dogs in the middle of the night, the footsteps and voices of the guests on the wooden pallet are all clear)
The focus is on the service:
[Butler service] This time the butler is Xiaobai, a Kazakh boy who just graduated from high school and is currently interning in the hotel to prepare for college. He has a strong sense of national pride and is very enthusiastic~
[Hotel activities] Participated in ethnic home visits, and the activity itself is very good! Here comes the point: the original fee was 150 yuan and the last 0 yuan. The turning point was when I checked out, I saw the Ctrip page saying that the home visit activity was free. I showed it to the front desk + boss, but they didn’t know it. I was shocked 🤯 and then the boss said directly 🆓 but it gave me a very unprofessional feeling
[Bar price] The location is next to the horse farm, American/latte/hazelnut latte 48RMB! Problem 1: The price is too high. I specifically compared it with the Kurdenin Valley Campground where I stayed later. The most expensive coffee was 38 RMB. 2. The price of coffee is the same regardless of the category. This is the first time I have ever seen it! At least American coffee should be cheap! It is not hand-brewed coffee.
[Restaurant price] At first I suspected that the price of the scenic hotel might be so expensive. How expensive is it? Green pepper and preserved egg cost 68 or 78! Compared with the Nara Tixishi fake farm where I stayed later, the price of vegetables is generally 30-60 more expensive!
Summary: Good location, good environment, but extremely poor service (giving people the feeling of a completely scattered temporary team of workers who are about to disband at any time)
Very pet-friendly hotel, with cattle, horses and sheep outside the window. There is an outdoor area for breakfast where you can eat with your dog, which is great. There are also kittens in the hotel to accompany you for breakfast. Such an animal-friendly hotel gives people a very good holiday experience, and it is also very relaxing to stay with your dog. The lawn and grassland outside the window are connected into one piece, which is worthy of the green mountains. When you wake up in the morning, you can see herds of cattle, horses and sheep like a scroll in front of you. Just seeing such a beautiful scenery is enough to make people comfortable. The service is also in place, helping to transport luggage, wash clothes, and the housekeeper service is very considerate. It is recommended to book a few more nights if time permits. The hotel is next to the sheep pasture, very close to the entrance of the Nalati Scenic Area, and it is also convenient to go to town for dinner.
It was a very good accommodation experience. The hotel owner really put a lot of effort into the decoration. The room facilities are also very unique. I just don't understand why the bathroom has no door and a cloth curtain. Is this a special decoration concept or is it to save money? I hope I can still stay at this price during the peak tourist season.
It is about 3km away from the East Gate, and it is very convenient to drive by yourself.
The room is very clean. Due to the limited space of the camp, it is fully equipped with air conditioning and floor heating. It is comfortable whether it is hot in the afternoon or cold at night. The WeChat housekeeper before check-in, the front desk lady, the shuttle bus boy, and all the staff in the restaurant are very thoughtful and kind.
Pet-friendly! Xiu Dog also had fun playing on the grassland~
Sitting on the lake view, you can see the lake view snow mountain sunset in the camp, and accidentally got up early and saw the moon falling into the lake without leaving the room. Very good stay experience!
Facilities: The room is large and the bathroom is three-part, which is quite convenient. The curtains are not electrically controlled, which is quite rare for new hotels. The sofa by the window is very wide, and it is still a bit difficult to manually draw the curtains. Environment: The window view faces the Golden Grass Beach, which should be beautiful if it is a sunny day. Service: The service is normal. Breakfast is a normal hotel configuration. Dining is on the fourth floor. The view is great. It’s a pity that it was cloudy that day and there was no sunshine on Jinshan.
A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Coming Home
Tucked away in the embrace of raw, untouched nature, MuseNomad Retreat is the kind of place that feels almost too beautiful to be real — like stepping into a postcard. Yet behind the picture-perfect setting is something even more special: the kind of warmth and care that turns a stay into a memory.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The owners go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at ease. One gesture I’ll never forget — I was rushing for a tour and hadn’t managed to press my clothes. Though there’s a laundry room available, the owner personally helped me iron them, refusing any payment. That small act of kindness stayed with me.
We’ve stayed in many retreats claiming to offer luxury, but this place redefines what true luxury means. Here, you pay a 3-star rate and receive a 5-star experience in comfort, sincerity, and service. The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping.
Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated.
And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby.
MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer.
If you’re looking for a restful, heartfelt escape where nature, comfort, and kindness meet, this is the place. MuseNomad Retreat is not just somewhere we stayed — it’s somewhere we’ll remember fondly, and miss dearly.
I have stayed in so many hotels, but this one really impressed me! As soon as I entered the hotel, the staff had sincere smiles on their faces, greeted me warmly, helped me with my luggage, and patiently checked me in, making me feel at home immediately. This kind of service attitude is really great, and the details show professionalism and care. The layout of the room is also very reasonable. As soon as you enter the door, you can see that the space is used just right and there is no sense of crampedness. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and you won’t want to get up once you lie down on it. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which makes it very convenient to use. It is also cleaned very quickly without any odor. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
It is very close to the Xiata Scenic Area and can be said to be right opposite the gate of the scenic area. Although it is a homestay, it is as comfortable as a hotel. The room is very clean and the decoration is beautiful. I had planned to make do with this hotel near the scenic spot, but the result was beyond my expectations. I am very satisfied. It is a no-brainer to choose this hotel when visiting Xiata.

GGuest UserMy family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel!
When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough. As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather.
The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation.
I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!
TTinkerbell1723Nice hostel, but there’s one employee who doesn’t want to work that spoils the impression of the hostel. I booked this hostel for a friend (Chinese) and myself (foreigner). We booked the beds online and immediately called the hostel to reserve two lower beds which they confirmed (I have back problems and need a lower bed). We arrived in the evening to be met by one employee (I’ll call him employee 1) who said that foreigners aren’t allowed although it’s very clearly stated on Trip that they are allowed. He then proceeds to call another employee (employee 2) who then checks us in without problems. We get then shown the room by employee 1 and there are only upper beds left. After saying that we reserved two bottom beds employee 1 says that the beds are taken on a first come first serve basis so bad luck for us and then walks away. Very rude and a complete disregard to a guest’s need We then have a talk to employee 2 and he provides a solution we are happy with! Employee 2 is a great guy who actually wants to work and make this hostel a better place and employee 1 is lazy as they come and should be fired (and perhaps work somewhere where he doesn’t need to be in a customer facing role). Apart from this, the hostel is small but clean and with a simple kitchen and living room. Not expensive either!
YYiliabudouwailiService: The customer service lady is super nice and attentive. I booked the wrong time before, but she reminded me in time. Thank you very much
Environment: We upgraded the family room for free to a princess room. The children at home were too happy. They were playing with sand and wanted to stay in the princess room.
Hygiene: Clean and the cleaning lady is also enthusiastic
AAnonymous UserThe B&B is very beautiful, in a relatively remote place. You can see the river and beautiful mountains in front. The scenery is very beautiful. You can see the beautiful scenery when you open the curtains. The yard is also very comfortable. The boss and staff are very warm and friendly. However, because it is by the river, there are many mosquitoes in the room, so the boss enthusiastically bought mosquito coils for us. The recliner in the room was not easy to use. I fell down when I sat on it. Wi-Fi is also not easy to use, and basic apps such as WeChat group, **, and Taobao cannot be opened at all on the second floor.
Management needs to be improved. We were only given one toothbrush and three towels for the four of us.
Breakfast also starts relatively late, which is not suitable for people who need to go out early to visit attractions. In addition, the hotel does not have a washing machine, so it is inconvenient to not be able to wash clothes if you are traveling to Xinjiang for a long time.
In addition, it is very inconvenient that there are no curtains in the bathroom. When taking a shower at night, you can see the shower area just by walking through the path on the back.
Overall, it's a very good accommodation, recommended!
GGuest UserA home-away-from-home in the far reaches of Kashgar.
The property is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, from the seating area for interaction, to the beds in the dorms with the curtains for privacy, a nightlight and an electrical outlet. I especially like that there's a rooftop with clotheslines and pegs for drying my clothes since I can't get together a full load to use the washing machine/ dryer.
The homestay is located in a local village about 20 minutes walk from the Old Town. However, this being Kashgar, the village is a Uighur village and you can interact with the locals staying here. There are lots of small shops and an entire street of food just on the street outside.
Ella, the owner of the homestay/hostel, has a great personality suited to hosting guests - she is warm, outgoing, and sincere and loves laughter. She's like the glue that brings her guests together to form a social circle, though she's fully appreciates some people may prefer their downtime and respects that.
It's not the peak season for travelling at the moment but even then, it's been great fun staying here.
GGuest UserI drove to Nalati and stayed in this hotel. I was very satisfied. The room is nice, facing the mountains and grasslands, and there is a beautiful courtyard. The facilities are complete, and there is a washing machine in the room, which is very suitable for us when we are out for a long time and don’t have enough clean clothes.
The breakfast was simple but there were four small dishes which were all delicious.
Parking in the yard is very convenient. We were in a hurry to eat, and the boss parked the car for us. It felt like valet parking in a five-star hotel, haha.
It was my first time to visit Keketuohai. I stayed at this B&B and it was clear from the interior design that the owner was very attentive! The atmosphere created by the colorful chandeliers is very warm, and the carpets and pillows with ethnic patterns are very local. When the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows open the curtains, you can see the snow-capped peaks and pure snow scenery. It is very beautiful🥹 It's like being in a painting. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also very convenient to go to the ski resort, which is very suitable for those who want to experience skiing! The living facilities are also complete. The boss entertained us very warmly. The experience is very good and the price is high. I will choose this hotel next time I have the opportunity~
IItthipol AupanoA Technological Gem in Tashkurgan
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wanda Moment in Tashkurgan, and I can confidently say it’s the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! This hotel truly embraces high technology while providing exceptional comfort and cleanliness.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the well-equipped facilities. The gym and billiards room were fantastic, and the laundry facilities made my stay even more convenient. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right.
One standout feature was the attention to guest comfort. The room was equipped with an oxygen machine and a humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch given the dry climate in the area. However, I did notice that there was no air conditioning, just heating. I highly recommend opening the window to let in some fresh air; it made a significant difference in my comfort level.
Overall, Wanda Moment is a remarkable hotel that exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return!
GGuest UserImpeccable cleanliness, especially within the bathroom. The room was spacious with ac/heating should one need, plus there were lockers and locks to the room door, accessible via key and key fob respectively (likewise the front door). Water and coffees and breakfast is available at the hostel too, as are tour options. Overall, the place is excellent and popular with tourists from around the world. The social spaces are ambulant and there is a cute golden retriever and kitty for bonus points. Would recommend 200%
