I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!

On my business trip to Jinhua this time, I chose the Four Seasons Yijing hotel because of its convenient location. After my stay, I was completely won over and just had to give it a glowing review! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk from Jinhua High-Speed Rail Station, so no hassle even with luggage. Getting to Intime City and Yongsheng Shopping Plaza for some retail therapy or dining is only a 7-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for both food and shopping. The front desk staff during check-in were exceptionally friendly and patient, explaining all the hotel facilities. Later, one of them even offered to iron my shirt for my business meetings – such thoughtful details really made an impression! Plus, it's very convenient to get to Dongyang Hengdian from the Jinhua light rail station.

Facilities: Very complete and well-equipped. There's an underground parking lot, which makes parking very convenient with easy access in and out. Cleanliness: Extremely clean and tidy. Environment: The surrounding area is good, with easy access to dining options. Service: Excellent, warm, attentive, and thorough. The front desk staff are highly professional. The breakfast quality is great, with a wide variety that suits different tastes. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money. The security guard at the gate is also very kind, enthusiastic, and attentive.

As soon as I arrived at the lobby, I was greeted by the warm and polite service of the ladies at the front desk. Check-in was quick, and they provided detailed information about all the hotel's facilities and services, patiently answering all my questions. During my stay, the customer service staff proactively inquired about my experience and needs, showing thoughtful attention that made me feel incredibly warm and comfortable. The hotel itself is a renovated ancient village, featuring small bridges over flowing water, a theater stage, long corridors, stone-paved streets, ancient trees and lush grass, and ancestral halls and courtyards... It perfectly preserves the traces of time, effortlessly evoking a sense of nostalgia and admiration. I absolutely loved everything about this place. The dining at Yujia Courtyard within the hotel was also remarkable. Basically, you can comfortably stay for several days without needing to leave the premises, enjoying the peaceful and beautiful life of a secluded paradise. I feel like I'll definitely be back!

I ordered them two days in a row; the more I ate, the more I loved them 😋. 😄 **Overall Experience** If you're looking for a romantic getaway for an anniversary, or a relaxing weekend road trip within the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, this place is absolutely perfect! We tried both pottery and the spa, and highly recommend them. He truly embodies 'delivering peace of mind'! **Archery Instructor 🏹**: He was absolutely fantastic! His instruction was very professional, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. We even participated in an archery competition and surprisingly won a prize! He called immediately to inform us and personally delivered the prize to our room. That moment truly warmed our hearts~

I rang the hotel the day before to ask for directions and they were very helpful with giving advice about getting discounted the entrance ticket for us as the hotel is located within the scenic area and the ticket is also valid for the 2 days we were there for. They also added me to a WeChat group with all their staff and everyone was extremely helpful in giving advice and recommendations. One thing was that the bathroom drain is a bit small and when I was washing my hair in the shower it got blocked by the hair (I have long hair that sheds a bit) and there was a bit of mini-flood happening in the shower, though that's more the design of the shower. Bonus: cats and bunny at the reception! Would definitely stay again if I'm visiting!
