Pet friendly Hotels in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain

Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

The instance has been good. The comfort of the bed, pillows, location, cleanliness... all good really. The only thing that is strange is that there is no one to receive you. It is a phone that you call to enter and then on a screen to talk to a person to get the information and they give you an access code to the room and the hotel. Yes, it is true that they are there 24 hours a day in case you need something, but hey, I imagine that is the future.

Room is clean and spacious. Staffs were Polite and accommodating. Location is very convenient and the view from our room was spectacular

Hotel located next to the Imaginalia shopping center and close to the highway. It has ample free outdoor parking. Next to reception, there are always coffee and water machines and some sweet or savory pastries, all free, which is a nice touch. The rooms are very simple and minimalist, with the basics, but more than enough for a short stay (the closet is very small). It's fairly new, and the beds are comfortable. The only flaw we found was that the duvets weren't very clean and were slightly yellowing. If it weren't for that, everything would have been perfect.

호텔 위치가 공원 앞이라 좋았고 조용하고 넓은 객실과 편안한 침대가 마음에 들어 하루를 푹 쉴수 있었습니다. 주위에 특별한 관광지는없고 하루 쉬기 좋은 호텔입니다.

Very good hotel, clean rooms, close to the center and good treatment from the staff

Generally the stay was great. However the actual room was not the same as what was shown in the picture. It’s actually much smaller with much smaller balcony. We were quite displeased about it. Nonetheless the stay was good

A clean hotel with good facilities. The bathroom is especially bright and clean, which is nice. Free parking is available on the road around the hotel. It is not far by car to the tourist attractions in Cuenca.
