Stay one night there, nice location to all the tourists spots. Can store luggage but not in a room or a private space. The last day morning before checkout, the electricity and water supply ran out without reason, we just messaged the reception but no response.

Amazing hotel! The personnel working here from the reception to the housekeeping - very helpful, warm and always with smiles! Location is superb! Walking to Acropolis and Plaka. Nearby there are lots of eateries, cafes, mini markets. Room is super clean and they even care for small details such as facial makeup remover wipes and earbuds in case you are a super light sleeper. There is a very good coffee machine and choices of teas too. When the housekeeper saw that we had two bottles of wines she even cared to put two wine glasses after the first cleaning. Another plus point is the amazing view of Acropolis from the Level 5 Terrace! They even provide a corner at the lobby - coffee machine and an airfryer for guests use! Really care for small details but it means a lot. We stayed for 5N and never regretted it! Thank you KONIAMA ACROPOLIS! ❤️ Definitely will be back again and staying longer!

Had a few hours between connecting flights from Athens airport, so booking a night at the Sofitel was the best option to avoid non-hotel room surprises and miscommunication with apartment owners after a 14 hour flight. The distance from the terminal gates was literally across the street which was what I had hoped for. The cons: I came in with a 25Kg suitcase which was visually apparently heavy after a long flight and the hotel booked me the farthest room on my floor. Ok, no big deal. I’m young and strong. The first thing I wanted to do was just lie down on the bed to unwind after a long flight. I pulled up the tucked blanket to find that the bed sheets were stained near the pillows. Not something I would expect from a luxury hotel. Now I’m thinking if the sheets were even clean and what was the nature of the stains. Being extremely tired, I let it go and slept far from the stains. Went to take a shower. Two minutes in, I noticed the water not draining and water level rising. Had to shorten my shower time and abort with soapy feet to let the water drain before flooding the shower. Exited the room in the morning for my flight and noticed that the door was actually not locked while I was sleeping because the latch was stuck in the door. I feel that I would have just left the hotel a note on the shower and door and not write this review but the stained bed cover is unacceptable for the price I paid.

Did not get a king bed but got a twin bed instead. Execllent facilities. Love the heated indoor pool the most. It comes with hot and cold jacuzzi. Gym is well equipped and well maintained. Breakfast is nice with decent spread. Room sizes are inconsistent. Same price, but some with bigger space and some are smaller. Mine is extremely small and even have to walk sideways like a crab to get into my bathroom. Disappointed that for this Grand Hyatt, there is no dental kit provided. Also no toilet seat bidet.

The staff is kind. They prepared meal box for our early morning departure. Also they advised nice restaurants. The elevator capacity is only four, so we needed to wait several times to ride it.

I have stayed at Luwian for 10 nights and the experience was amazing! The room was very decent while the staff were welcoming taking a good care of me, knowing that I was a solo traveler. Front desk called twice to check in just to make sure my stay was good - that level of hospitality is definitely not common. Went to the restaurant twice for dinner and I had a great time with amazing food for sure. They also helped arrange airport transport which saved me from hassles carrying 2 suitcases with me. Will recommend to everyone visiting Athens!

I booked this hotel because it was very close to the Acropolis. When I arrived, I found that it was indeed very close, and it only took five minutes to walk there. The sound insulation of the balcony windows and doors was okay. But what was unpleasant was that there were many people outside drinking, watching the game and singing that day, and they didn't leave until one o'clock in the middle of the night. I don't know if this is normal.

It's in a small alley, but it's very convenient to get to anywhere. The room is also very big and I'm generally satisfied with it. But the price is not cheap and the cost performance is slightly low.

The hotel is close to the sea, the scenery is very good, the surrounding area is a living area, the life atmosphere is very heavy and I like it very much. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner's brother was also very kind and arranged an early morning pick-up and drop-off for us. It's a little far from the airport, but I think the price was reasonable. I'd definitely like to use their services again if I have the opportunity.

The photos tied to this hotel is NOT the photos of the hotel. My cab from the airport did not know where this hotel located, got lost and left me across the street from the location. The woman that runs this place is a stickler and all she cares about is money. The door to the room, does not lock very well. The sliding door to the balcony also does not close very well. The room was very old fashioned. It was okay clean - I did see a worm crawling near the curtain next to the balcony door. Breakfast is a rip off. Too expensive for a couple slices of toast and one hard boiled egg, Don't get breakfast here. Was the room spacious? Yes, but I felt unsafe as the doors did not lock well. The decor and furnishings as mentioned were from the 50's. Overall, you can do better. Pick someplace else that will be closer to the beach. Also, this place is not very close to town, so you are better off renting a car or cabbing it to town. By the way, got stuck in that elevator, it took me to the basement and was stuck there for awhile. It's a death trap, don't use it.
