I was informed by email in advance that there was a large event at the bar downstairs that day, but I didn't think it was so noisy. Rather than sound, the deep bass sound is very loud, and earplugs and noise canceling are really meaningless. I have cancer from 12:00 to 3:30 in the middle of the night. It was really painful. If you receive an email saying that there is a large event, cancellation is free, so we recommend cancellation.

I have stayed twice now and a little disappointed that the last visit I was in the older area of the hotel. Room was smaller and could go with an update. Was in a great location.

Cosy, boutique -style hotel decorated with whimsical touches. Friendly staff, free and fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure and a small basement gym. Limited, though adequate breakfast buffet selection. My room's mattress showed its age as it was sagging to one side. Staff were prompt in retrieving lost property and posting to my next destination. As Zagreb is a compact city, the hotel is within easy walking distance to all major attractions, with convenience stores at the doorstep and the central train station 2 blocks away.

Fantastic location. Sauna is available to book for free for private use. The best thing was the massage - it was really good. The only issue was the air condition which was changed to heating during the time we visited (summer transitioning to autumn) so it was a little warm at night. Unless you took the garden facing room, the road/ trams noises will be uncomfortable to leave the windows open through the night. Having said, the staff service were good.

The hote is an excellent location in central Zagreb. The rooms facing the street are really large and quite nice. There is a nice roof-top patio with views of some of the sites of the city. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciate that the staff were polite, responsive, and helpful. I would stay there again.

This is a reputable hotel, and the environment, service, and quality are all guaranteed. After checking in, we entered our room and were immediately hit with a faint smell of cigarette smoke. We complained, and the front desk promptly switched us to a fresh-smelling room. This reminded us that in the future, when booking, we must specify a non-smoking room. The hotel breakfast was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The gym equipment was excellent. It's also quite close to important uptown attractions, reachable within a 15-minute walk. The hotel is worth the price. I enjoyed the stay very much.

The room was not bad, although a little small, but all aspects of health were very good. The bedding is not easy to be allergic. The hotel sells a bit expensive drinks, but the convenience store at the gas station at the door can solve this problem. Friends with pets have to add 15 euros. Although the bed in the room is specially designed to be unable to get into the bottom of the bed, the bedside may get in and find the cat for two hours.

Hotels outside Budapest, consider a hotel on the way back to the city for convenient parking. The room is acceptable and the service is average. Dinner in the hotel restaurant, not too expensive, the product is also decent, nodding the head but on the table, said to be free, but there is an inexplicable charge on the final bill, it is estimated that it is a disguised header charge.

The hotel features a clean, tranquil pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a delectable breakfast. The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
