I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all essential amenities. The staff was polite, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and transportation. Housekeeping was prompt, and the overall service exceeded expectations. The food quality at the in-house restaurant was also good. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and quiet environment, which made for a restful sleep. Would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service at a reasonable price.

The hotel has great location. The view is to die for!The view is the best part of this hotel. But to be honest it has become little old. It’s furniture and rooms are not so impressive. People and staff are nice but I would skip staying here again since it’s a 5 star property but doesn’t give that vibe.

I really enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again. I’ve been in other high rated hotels in this area of Mumbai and they weren’t as nice. My room was very clean, no stains. I felt very safe in the hotel it was quiet, and the staff were excellent. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious with many options. No complaints.

The warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas. The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. Good hotel experience. Especially compared to other hotels in the city. The food however was not the best feature about the hotel.

Ibis was really warm and welcoming from the beginning. We came early so they gave us an early check-in and today we are checking out late at no extra cost. The hotels are like the international branches I have been to and they are truly best in class and clean. Must-try: Their breakfast buffet.

Amazing stay, will be back. The breakfast is extensive and carb heavy, very little protein options. Also, the same food is available every alternate day. Other than that, very good experience.
