The stay was comfortable and peaceful overall. The room was quiet, which I appreciated, and I slept well during my stay. The room itself was spacious and adequate for a restful stay. However, I felt that the service could be improved, as it did not feel particularly warm or welcoming. Another disappointment was during my stay extension. As an existing guest, I would have appreciated a better rate offered directly by the hotel, instead of having to go through the full online booking process again. Breakfast is another area for improvement, both in terms of food quality and offering more local dishes rather than a largely Western spread.

Nice stay, need to work on somethings like bathroom door not closing properly, ac is making sound, and if hanger type they can provide it should be good. Overall it was a good experience.

Koox Rooftop bar located at the terrace is a premier dining experience for any Japanese or Thai cuisine aficionados, the evening vibes had us coming back for more. A special mention to the Food Exchange Buffet Restaurant on the 1st Floor, Chef de Partie Amit and Restaurant Manager Nisarg went above and beyond to cater for every request at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you very much for the warm and hospitable staff of ibis sipcot, I had a great week in Chennai. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff at the hotel are amazing! There is a big shopping mall near the hotel and there is a big supermarket in it. Walk for 10-15 minutes. The road in India is a bit difficult to walk. Actually there is a juice bar next to it, and you can buy evaluated drinks and water

Pretty central location. Great hospitality from the staff at the entrance, reception, guest services and housekeeping. We had a comfortable stay, thanks to the surprise room upgrade (Thanks to Anamika) and the comfortable bed and clean facilities in the room. The breakfast was also large and very varied, maybe some structure around seating the guests and taking the eggs order will help improve the experience. Overall, will definitely recommend for travellers looking for a central and comfortable place to stay.

The resort is situated at a peninsula of the lake, with stunning views of the Kalimalai. The premises have well kept vegetation including tamarai and utpala. Morning and evening walks are extremely enjoyable and serene. They also have a lot of activities in the resort, ensuring one will never get bored. The staff are always ready to help. I enjoyed their company and guided tours a lot. The restaurant provides really nice local cuisine and clean vegetarian specialties for every meal. The room in a cottage was prepared thoughtfully either very nice amenities. Individualized cottage also gave a sense of privacy and great views towards the lake undisturbed.

The food is good for a 3 star hotel but it is not at all at the level of a 5 star hotel. The staff was excellent - especially Sneha M. who helps guests at the lobby and offers quick and effective solutions and also another Sneha who works at the restaurant. The music 🎶 in the restaurant is the worst I heard in any hotel in India. It is two types of music (classical Indian and also western) which are played at the same time! It is ridiculous and annoying and it is also too loud which is why some of the staff look miserable. The chef was walking around the dining room exchanging pleasantries with guests but he should be on the kitchen controlling what goes on there. The ”chai masala” had no taste of ginger and the milk was so burned that it kept steaming for a whole hour (it was undrinkable so I returned it). . The rooms are what you expect to find in a hotel that was considered luxurious in the 1990's. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system is still the original one and it can no longer be set (it can only be switched on or off).
