I liked the location, the overall state of the hostel, and the staff was amazing. However, the description of the room was a bit confusing while booking (maybe it was just me who misunderstood though). When booking, it seemed that I was choosing a room with only 2 people in, but it turned out I was assigned to a room of 4. But can't complain much. The rest was incredible, and the price is the best. So, thanks!

We were in this hotel to be able to admire the Ferraris that leaves. From the factory to be tested by the roads around. The hotel is located just l side of the factory and is ideal for visiting everything related to Ferrari. The rooms are large and well-equipped, but in some respects the cleaning service is improved. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

The hotel is large, 6 floors, many rooms, long corridors with a carpet, paintings on the walls and mirrors. The standard room is made in a classic style, fabric on the walls, rich curtains, 10 meters. There is a kettle with coffee and tea. Excellent bed, pillows, bed linen. The room has a bath and bidet. For the first time I see intimate gel in disposable bags. Lots of towels of excellent quality. There was no robe and slippers. Breakfast is delicious, lots of jars of yogurt, jams, honey. They bring coffee, four types of croissants. There is a hot dish, omelet, bacon, pancakes. There is no champagne at breakfast, juices from bags. It's convenient to walk to the railway station with a suitcase, 4-5 minutes. At a cost of 11 thousand per night for two - a luxurious hotel. I recommend it.

A well-regulated hotel chain is worse than a domestic holiday hotel. But this price in the country is very good. Not close to the center of Palma, there are big shopping malls around, the hotel has its own restaurant, breakfast is good, especially breakfast is provided at 6:30 in the morning, earlier than other homes, convenient for hurrying. The experience of staying at this hotel completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member showed a professional service attitude, took the initiative to assist in check-in and patiently introduced the hotel facilities. Two stars because it is a nice hotel with comfortable beds. Thats about it. It is certainly not a five star hotel, which it purports to be. We arrived around 8pm and advised reception that we needed to leave for the airport at five am. At some point reception advises that the booking was for one person and they had to charge us for the second. I have never heard of this! So for the extra person for our 8 hour stay, they wanted €100! What the hell for? I looked on a booking sight and showed the receptionist that I could still book a room (which would come with a free bottle of wine) for two people for exactly what I paid. Receptionist kept saying that it would be more if i booked through the hotel. Lets follow the logic here. Why would i book directly through the hotel if the same room is less on a booking sight? The most irritating part is that she kept laughing inappropriately for some unknown reason. The male receptionist kept insisting that the € 100 was for the ”free” hot breakfast. We reminded him that we had to leave before breakfast was served. He assured us that there would be a cart full of food in the morning before we left. Long story short, that did not happen. There was a cart with coffee and a few pastries. But wait, there's more! The man at the reception in the morning told us that if we had asked, they would have made us breakfast. That would have been nice if it was ever suggested by reception at check in! A real five star hotel would have just taken the initiative to prepare the bagged breakfast for us given the conversation had the night before. I also enjoyed how the staff talked down to us insisting that a €100 per person euro fee is totally normal. Because I've never stayed in a hotel before! Thats sarcasm btw. Again, this certainly was not a five star experience. And just to compare apples to apples, we stayed at a four star hotel when we arrived in bologna 10 days earlier. It was 1/5 the cost, the staff much more accommodating and was just as comfortable and nice. So do yourself a favor and ignore the alleged five star rating and save your money and nerves by staying anywhere else.

The location is perfect, the hotel is nice. I arrived earlier and asked for a early check in but they said it was not possibile and I was waiting on the sofa. Nobody informed me when the room could be ready to get in.. and when I asked it was actually ready. A pity as someone could notice me about that and not letting me waiting there in the hall… the rest all ok!

Из-за вас мы уехали из этого номера больные. Не рекомендуем этот отель! Так же в номере нет чайника и тапочек.

Not too far from the city center by bus, around 30min. Just a single bus, which is handy. Also close to the airport, 15min bus trip. Not in a quite place, but the windows are sound proofed. The breakfast is fine, good coffee! Kind people. The hotel self is somewhat outdated, but OK. Especially the colors in the room are just weird.

For a simple night stay of 1 night it was more than good, a little small room but no pretension. 1 only handwheel x a room of 2 people, but we didn't ask why we had ours so does nothing. The only thing that left me a bit bitter in my mouth (not so much x the 2 euros in itself but more x the created error), that Trip warns me to pay 3 euros in the structure for the stay fee, But at the moment, he says it is 5 euros and that Trip has wrong and is not his responsibility, so I report here to always check on Google the actual tax to avoid escape in unnecessary undesirable superficial errors that generate unnecessary discussions. I was ready to get up with the 3 euros in my hand and I was crashed and x luck I sprang out 2 euros more while the manager justified showing me other bookings that were marked 2.50 per person. Tell Trip to pay more attention and write the correct numbers because there is who turns with the money counted.

The four-star hotel is about 5 minutes from the beach to the center it is 1.5 to 2 km. Breakfast is simply perfect I think everyone will be happy there. Prices are very cheap except in June and August. For a room with sea view you pay 5 euros for it is worth it.

Super abundant and very good breakfast...the only negative note:in the room it really was too cold...in the corridor it was very hot and in the room instead for nothing! In general, and for the price we were good anyway

The excellent service offered by the manager, Vincenzo, that you can enjoy (with you) to offer a stay of all comfort for your customers, is the true added value of the stay.

The hotel is so close, opposite to Rimini Train Station. I was able to find it without using Google Map. The bus stop for boarding the bus to San Marino is just outside the hotel. Fortunately the hotel serves breakfast from 7.30am. I was able to catch the 8.10am bus after having a quick breakfast. It took me 15-20 mins to walk to the beach. On the way after a subway, there's a Carrefour Express 5 mins away from the hotel. I chose the room with a shower instead of a bath. I was surprised to find a fridge in the room. The curtains were a bit thin (see through) though.
