It's a hidden gem. Traveling from Malpensa early morning we didn't expect much from this hotel. I wish I had known the place before! Nor far from the motorway it provides separate rooms (with your own parking lot right in front of the entrance) which is super convenient. Inside there is a spacious room, very tidy. Quiet, great bed. And the stuff was super sweet to make us ”breakfast bags” despite our late arrival. Loved everything, highly recommended!

I stayed one night in a single and I was impressed! The hotel has old fashioned features mixed with modern convenience- a trouser press! I had slippers, stationary, a dental kit, and free snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. It was very clean, comfortable. I hesitated in staying in a single bed but couldn’t rationalize paying double for a double and I am glad I did. The single is larger than a standard and was very comfortable. The location is amazing- steps away from the Duomo. The breakfast is good. I would gladly stay here again

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

Everything was good. The receptionist were all so welcoming and very friendly. The room was excellent! I just really don’t like how the waiter treated us when we came to have breakfast at 10:37 am (the breakfast time was 07:00 to 11:00). We asked if we could still get something before the closing time, he seemed really disappointed and a bit mad but still they said it was ok. He was just looking at us, then when we were at the coffee machine he told us “just make it quick!” We got coffee and a mini Brioche then left quickly, it wasn’t even 10 minutes, but we were so uncomfortable about him looking at us and seemed so pissed about us arriving at that time. We’re sorry for the inconvenience for the staff at the breakfast area but it says when it’s sunday, it will be close at 11am we didn’t think you’ll start cleaning at 10:30 and if you had a problem with us arriving late, we’re really sorry but you could’ve said that you can’t accept us anymore, or at least you could’ve talked to us in a better way and tell us to be as fast as possible.

Check in was easy and seamless. You get your personal code to access the room. I was in an 8-bed mixed dorm. Great vibes all round. Everyone was very friendly. Oh and a complimentary welcome drink too. There's a 24hour supermarket right next door which wsas very handy to have for late arrivals. Bathroom was clean and easy. plenty of space for storage despite being in a 8-bed room. highly recommended.

Trams M2 and M4 are just opposite the hotel, which greatly facilitates quick access to most major attractions without the need to transfer. The rooms are not new and some facilities are not well maintained (for example, the air conditioner in the room still starts automatically after being turned off, and the front desk has to be asked to turn it off manually remotely), but Holiday Inns in various countries are unlikely to have obvious flaws. After all, the hotel chain group has unified service and facility standards. The public parking lot next door does not belong to the hotel, but there is an area exclusive to the hotel. The most worrying safety issue during vehicle storage did not occur, which can be used as a plus point
