A cozy hotel near Milan Malpensa Airport. The receptionists were cheerful and helpful, despite the language barrier (no one here speaks Russian) – they used a translator. The rooms were clean with comfortable, soft beds, a shower, and a TV. Basically, everything was there. The free shuttle from the hotel to the airport was also very helpful! Thank you for everything! We would happily choose this hotel again! The price was very reasonable!

I really enjoyed staying here, location was perfect not far from bus stops, shops everything we wanted. The hotel have underground parking with extra charge but was worth it. We loved roof top with amazing view 👌 and of course AC in room was a lifesaver in the heatwave.

Booked for a concert, perfect for the distance from the arena, reachable on foot in a short time (15/20 min), convenient means of transport to reach it from the station. Nice, clean and well-kept room. Reception 24/24

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

This hotel combines the advantages of family hotels and hotel services. The front desk is very welcoming, English is very good, the environment is very quiet, very close to the railway station and subway, and convenient transportation. The kitchenette is great

The hotel is located right in front of Porta Nuova station, a strategic location for those who want to explore the city on foot without having to carry heavy luggage. The staff was extremely kind and professional. Upon check-in, they asked us if we would prefer a room with a double bed (instead of two single beds pushed together). Furthermore, since we expressed concern about the noise of traffic and trams, they spontaneously switched us to one on the internal side. The room was truly comfortable and quiet, very spacious, and with a fabulous little terrace! The style is a bit retro but elegant. The hotel also has a spa, but we didn't use it due to lack of time. We didn't choose breakfast, but there are bars and pastry shops a few hundred meters away. I recommend the Pfatish pastry shop and chocolate shop, amazing!

We stayed in here for a night. Everything was good except the room was too cold, it seems like the heating system worked not so well. The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was great. Location also a bit far from the city center but no problem if you have a car.

I loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size. I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops. Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.

The hotel was great and very clean. The amenities perfect and the staff very helpful. They also had inside parking, at a fee, which worked well. And outside parking free. 30 minutes to the centre of the city which is not a problem as you have buses passing right in front.
