The hotel was great and very clean. The amenities perfect and the staff very helpful. They also had inside parking, at a fee, which worked well. And outside parking free. 30 minutes to the centre of the city which is not a problem as you have buses passing right in front.

GGuest UserCheck in staff didn’t even understand English. But polite. It’s not really worth the price. Room is very simple and do not even provide free water. When asked about the drinks in the room he said all chargeable but no price list. Small breakfast, nothing much but chef is kind and friendly.

GGuest UserWe stayed here many years ago and I must say it has improved significantly. The room was perfect, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was good, with some nice touches like dark chocolate and almonds, which I rarely find when I travel. Definitely worth returning to!

BB IEEstuvimos alojadas en una habitación triple con LAS TRES CAMAS de igual calidad, circunstancia que pocas veces se encuentra en los hoteles. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y solícito a nuestras peticiones. La habitación disponía de un baño renovado, sencillo pero muy completo. La ducha era de plato con una presión de agua caliente muy buena. el desayuno incluía fruta fresca, tostadora, todo tipo de repostería, etc etc siendo el personal que nos atendía extraordinariamente amable y solícito. La señora de la limpieza de la habitación siempre se mostró muy atenta y colaboradora. La distancia al centro de Stresa es de unos 12 minutos que se hacen cómodamente andando. Recomendaría este hotel!!
