It's about a 10-minute walk from the station and the morning market. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to get to Goryokaku. There's a free drink corner on the second floor until 11 PM, and you can also have alcohol. It feels a little dated, but the staff are friendly and I have no complaints. The sauna was a little on the cool side, but the cold plunge pool was fantastic.
The hotel has a good environment, far from the city, very quiet. It is a surprise to come with hot spring ♨️. It's just that the follow-up service of trip.com is poor. You have to work hard to contact the hotel yourself. I don't know that trip.com receive service charge is to provide this service quality.
This hotel is designed for short-term travelers, so those on long-haul trips can skip it. It's located near Gossakaku, within walking distance, and you can go there after checking out in the morning to avoid tour groups and independent travelers.
It's also easy to get there from Mount Hakodate or the tourist area; it's about a five-minute walk from the tram, offering a view of the tram running through the snow.
The hotel is divided into two sections. Check-in is on the left, and the accommodation is on the right, so you need to walk to the other side after check-in.
The left section is the public bathhouse, and the right section is where you actually stay.
The receptionist was very polite. I checked in at midnight and, seeing only the machine, thought I could just use it. The receptionist heard me and immediately came out.
The receptionist was a pretty young woman. Although her English wasn't great, she tried her best to explain the hotel information.
As for the room, since I was a backpacker staying only one night, I didn't have much luggage, so the space was more than enough.
However, if you have luggage or plan to stay for several days, the space is quite cramped; once your suitcase is open, there's no room to move around.
The room's soundproofing is quite poor; you can hear people talking loudly next door or in the hallway, although not many people are actually talking.
The room is well-equipped with basic amenities, including deodorizer.
Breakfast is available at the hotel; just take your ticket to the cafeteria on the second floor, but I didn't have time to eat there.
In summary: Suitable for short-trip backpackers; the rooms are small but have everything you need; soundproofing is poor; convenient transportation.
It was a room that children would be happy! When I entered the building, there were cute modern decorations, and it seemed that security in the middle of the night was also solid. We didn't go, but there seems to be a hidden spot and barbecue facility on the roof! Is the hall renewed? Like old and new? I think the cleaning was clean, but I couldn't get down because I felt like the pillows smelled like dust (^^ ;; Children who are tired of sightseeing for adults in Hakodate are also happy to return to the hotel I think it's a place is! You can stay with a large number of people, so I think it's good to stay with everyone on a trip with grandpa and grandma! However, please note that there is no hot spring!
The architectural design and the decoration of the hotel building is stylish and artistic. It is spacious. The staff are very polite and attentive to your needs. They will give you a guided tour introducing the facilities of the hotel after you completed the check in process. There is a hut with a pool in the garden offering free footbath which is fun. They provide many room choices, including one with in room private onsen and villas where you have more privacy.
This hotel is not recommended if not by car. It is far from the main ski areas. But their service is nothing to say. The shuttle buses once an hour. The rooms are super clean, the scenery is nice, very quiet, good luck and you can see foxes. The staff are very patient and have questions and answers. I have a little problem in the itinerary. They all helped us book the car and pick us up. If I drive, I will definitely come back.
I absolutely loved this hot spring hotel; it's the kind of place you'll never want to leave. Breakfast and dinner were served as a semi-buffet, with ingredients that truly showcased the hotel's unique character. The freshly squeezed juices, cherry tomatoes, sweet soup, and coffee regularly prepared in the lobby were all thoughtfully curated, and enjoying them from a seat with a view made the experience even better. The room was just as delightful, featuring a rocking chair and a lounge mat, perfect for watching the Pacific Ocean and sipping tea – absolutely blissful. The hotel's hot springs were beautiful, and the water quality was excellent. The outdoor baths also boasted stunning views, allowing you to watch the sea, stars, and seagulls, feeling truly at one with nature. There's also a foot bath and a 'happiness bell'. The hotel's two generations of resident dogs were also very beautiful and friendly.
I used it for the second time with three families and a large dog.
The building itself is used for the burial,
The second floor without heating was a bit cold.
The interior was very clean and I used it comfortably.
There is Hakodate Park just a short walk away, and you can walk.
There was a unit shower
Thank you for taking care of Yajito Onsen (6:00~21:00 reception end) for about 5 minutes by car in the morning and evening.
The parking lot was about five minutes away.
It wasn't enough to worry about.
and you can communicate with the administrator by email
I was able to use it with peace of mind. I will use it again.

Great
AArieSfwxnI had a very nice stay here in winter. The snow was heavy and covered the cottage. It is so beautiful. They provide good amenities include the heater and kitchen. But the location was not ideal for public transportation. The nearest bus stop is 1.2km from the cottage -Fujiyama ( bus to Niseko station or any ski resort). However GoTaxi apps are available to save you. And the nearest convenient store 7E is about 1.7km from the cottage. I love to stay here and hopes to coming back next time. And from the cottage you will see a very nice view of Mount Yotei as well.
GGuest UserLooking for parking lot is difficult in winter season! Need to more information for public parking lot. Some of parking lot is not available.
