The staff was very friendly and the amenities included use of the onsen for one hour was great as it was included within the price. The room was clean peaceful and had a nice Japanese vibe. Unfortunately, the room is not en suite.
I would say the location wasn’t great as you should note it isn’t actually in the main area of Hakone but rather by the lake where you take the boat ride. You also have to walk up a hill to get there.
The hotel is cheap and good. It should be said that the room size is the largest among Japanese hotels. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There is a mountain view outside the window, and the field of vision is relatively wide. It is relatively comfortable to live there. As the flight was delayed, it was already early in the morning when we arrived at the hotel, but the staff was still very welcoming. It's just that the hotel does not have Chinese service, so you need to know a little Japanese to communicate.
A very nice guesthouse. Each person gets a small, clean, and comfortable room. The owner, Ah Mao, is South Korean and has lived in Japan for seven years. He speaks Korean, Japanese, English, and a little Cantonese and Mandarin. Ah Mao is very nice; we can chat and eat together on the sofa downstairs in the evenings. He shares food and we play together. There's a small garden on the balcony where you can smoke. I stayed here for two out of my three days in Kamakura and thoroughly enjoyed myself. We even had a BBQ at the guesthouse on my last night. Very nice.
Location a bit tricky to get to n quite pour of the way.
However the setting of the environment n the view was spectacular. The air was fresh. The Onsen bath were well designed n well maintained.
Just that the me meal offering times were limited
Because it was Saturday, I thought it was crowded, but I still made an appointment. I don't feel crowded this day...I thought it was empty.
As for the meal... to be honest... didn't expect...
I was surprised by the elegance of the overturning. ️
More...If I use CM etc...I think I can attract more customers!
Personally...I am more like a retreat...

Very satisfied. I booked a hotel with three friends because it was difficult to return to Hakone. I didn't expect it to be so good. There was an English native speaker at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean with a bathroom. There was no problem putting four beds. The hotel also has its own hot spring, and each room can be reserved for half an hour. The boss lady saw that my friend and I were staying in a room and offered to make an appointment for an hour. In short, it was a very happy experience!
But it should be noted that the hotel has no restaurant and is a certain distance from the convenience store. It is best to bring some food with you. The hotel's own store will be closed, and you can only buy some water and instant noodles.
The location of this hotel is really great, the transportation is extremely convenient, especially there is a 711 convenience store opposite, which is very convenient for daily shopping and emergency. It feels very comfortable to live here, and I am very satisfied with this choice of residence.
The boss is very nice. If you have breakfast with more than two people, you can listen to the boss's English explanation and communicate with the boss. The boss is a warrior, so I was shocked when I saw him. I thought he was watching the Magic Saint Altar Fighter, but he didn't watch it. It is recommended for males to travel alone. It is not recommended for couples to live together!
