Pet friendly Hotels in Southern Province, Sri Lanka

Excellent little spot by the beach, in our opinion this end of the beach was much nicer than the main Dikwella bay. Clean, calm and quiet - everything you could ask for. The hotel has private sun loungers which are always empty and available. The hotel food is great, the pizza is cheap and absolutely amazing. We tried surf lessons with an excellent surf school next door which was great fun. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean - totally fine. Hiriketiya is just 5 minutes down the road in a Tuk Tuk and to be honest this beachfront is much nicer than Hiriketiya which we found busy, touristy and dirty - but there are some great cafes, shops and restaurants to head over for in the evening or morning. Casa Smeralda staff were helpful and attentive - they always went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Overall, I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants a peaceful, calm beach hotel to relax in! Side note: delivery apps did not work to this location but there are plenty of local restaurants to walk to.

Amazing place with an amazing location. The view is just stunning! I booked a single room with a sea view and it was on the best views I’ve ever had. The beach is right in front of the hotel. The stuff is very nice and helpful. If you’re looking for a quiet place that is a good choice. It takes around 15 min by tuc tuc to Weligama centre.

Nera and staff were kind and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Settling into the generous space with a working kitchen was the cherry on top! The wildlife of monkeys, peacocks and colorful birds were on full display.. The location in the village of Unawatuna is excellent and about a 30 minute tuk tuk ride to Galle. There is a temple and lovely pond nearby with wading ducks. There is also a small supermarket with an adjacent vegetable stand about a 10 minute walk away. Jungle Beach and the Japanese Peace Pagoda are about a 30 to 40 minute trek. It would be helpful to add the Uber app to gauge tuk tuk pricing beforehand if you choose to use them.

A beautiful place. The hotel is located right on the shore of the ocean, all rooms with balconies and ocean view. Staff is very hospitality, helped carry bags, cleaned the room at request and always smiled. I would like to note the hotel manager, Darya. met in the hotel at the settlement, told about the hotel, about the surroundings where and what you can see, always was in contact. Hotel restaurant, just wonderful. All the dishes (mostly Italian) were very delicious. On the last day, at our request, the cook cooked a set of Sri Lanka national dishes, it was great. All additionally served the bread basket, butter. The pool is clean, warm. Rooms with good repair and normal furniture. Air conditioning worked quietly. The plumbing is in good condition.

Initially, a couple trip was planned, so the choice fell on this option. As it turned out - this is the perfect option! Decent territory and responsive staff. Managing step forward with care of the standing. Individual approach to the needs of each 24/7. The common kitchen and family atmosphere are delight! On the SPA territory and massage in the salon, next to, on the same territory at the entrance, bar with everything necessary. Those who want to rest are always happy. To the beach a few minutes walk. I recommend the villa and I want to return to this wibe more than once.

A beautiful guest house, spent three weeks in Sri Lanka and constantly chose hotels with a breakfast included and decided to give priority to location and good reviews and did not regret This guest house has its beautiful kitchen with a large range of pans of pans pot bowls of blades for cooking. We went to the market and to the shop and bought food to cook delicious breakfast and snacks Rooms look very clean and new air conditioning works well eating their area on the balcony to drink tea and relax Good location, near the beach with the most beautiful underwater world as well as cheap supermarket and fruit fish market Recommended

The family room has two large beds and two small beds. The space is very large. There is some problem with the air conditioner. It is hot air. Hotel location in a rice field, no dinner, a little difficult to go out to eat, a certain distance from the business district

Planned to be here 2 nights, eventually stayed for 5 nights because everything was perfect , service , location, food. I recommend this hotel for family rest and rest couple . Residence new, fresh repair, convenient location inside , there is a swimming pool, recreation zone, yoga zone, spacious stylish rooms . Successful location, quiet , but at the same time all to cafe /to stops /to the ocean. . We will definitely return again , only warm and positive memories ❤️
