There was not body wash in the bathroom for the first night we stayed, so we could only use hand soap for bathing after our workout at midnight. We informed the front desk staff the next morning about this and he promised to follow up. However, the body wash bottle was still empty when we returned hotel in afternoon. We again asked the cleansing lady to follow up and she said ‘OK’ to us, unfortunately the result was the same when we returned the room after dinner. I believe good services to the guests by a world class hotel is significant, so recurrence of such kind of matter should be avoided. Thanks.
The hotel’s staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for taking a train since it’s 5 minute’s walk from the train station. The breakfast is the best that we have had among the hotels we stayed in Morocco. We’re happy to recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech and takes trains.
The room is in the old town, but the front desk sent someone to pick up the luggage and it was fine. The traditional Moroccan architecture is elegant and grand, with a unique interior decoration style. Our two rooms are in the new building and the old building, respectively, and each is different. The breakfast is simple but very exquisite, and you can experience a delicious meal in the sound of birds.

Value for money very bad and misleading advertising:
The location is great, the servers are super nice and helpful BUT:
1. totally chemical orange juice low end at breakfast
2. pool without overflow and especially dirty, without filtration. We had to clean it ourselves several times.
3. very incomplete meal card: there are many things missing.
Too bad!!!

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room.
The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.
GGuest UserThe service is very good. You can go to the spa and soak in the hot springs. The service attitude is very good. Most of the staff can speak English.
BBarsukvzapaseA comfortable hostel with friendly staff. They always offer tea and food for an extra charge! It's clean, cozy, and in a good location. A great option for those on a short stay in Marrakech or who frequently book excursions.
GGuest UserNice hotel, perfect location (5 minutes walking to Medina), has their comfortable zone at seaside. Good service. The hotel is not new, some shabby, bathroom needs a repair- but it’s clean and well packed (including bathrobe and slippers). Breakfast is also fine, but not for 5*.
I believe that it’s a good choice hotel (not riad) for travelers who prefer good location, clean and comfortable place and not looking for brand new boutique hotel.
JJigs88I actually did not stay in this Riad. I booked this Riad via trip.com for 3 nights and paid upfront. But when we reached there, person over there said there is no booking. They even said they don’t know what trip.com is. Even phone number on trip.com and even google is not right. When I saw that number to person over there, he didn’t recognise number. Owner of Riad finally talked to trip.com and told me that he will give us accommodation on different Riad for one night and somewhere else for another two night. First accommodation was good but second one for two nights was extremely small and not up to mark.
Now I don’t know who was on fault here whether this Riad who purposefully overbooked and then accommodated me on different cheap Riad OR trip.com who didn’t confirm booking with them.
Our holiday was completely ruined.
FFede UrThe Riad is absolutely lovely — charming Moroccan design, a peaceful courtyard, and a rooftop terrace perfect for breakfast or winding down. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, yet quiet enough to relax.
Our room was spotless, the air-con worked well, and everything felt clean and fresh. Breakfast was generous and tasty, served on the terrace with a relaxed vibe.
I’m giving 4 out of 5 for service only because staff didn’t regularly check the rooms. Sometimes essentials like toilet paper or… weren’t restocked unless we asked. The team was friendly, but a little more attention would’ve made it perfect.
Overall, it’s a beautiful stay and I’d absolutely recommend it.
AAppleKWonderful location walking distance to most of attractions in Marrarkech 10 minutes from Jewish Quarter, Palais Badi, Bab Agnaou, 10 - 15 minutes to La Koutoubia, Le Jardin Secret. However we got lost looking for the Riad when arriving the first day. It would have been helpful if more clear and detailed directions were given (not just a map) with the booking confirmation.
The Riad is very clean. Staff cleaned our room and changed towels everyday. Breakfast was simple but transitional and delicious, limited plastic packaging involved very environmental friendly - love it.
Overall we enjoyed our staying and definitely recommend anyone who are looking for Marrakech Riad experience.

AAngelleDidn’t know much about the Riad’s in Morocco but after the stay I understood the culture more. We arrived at night and couldn’t find the Riad for a while some locals helped us locate it through the alleyways (They did demand tips but we didn’t have enough small cash yet) It was scarier walking through the alleyways than it seemed but quite a chaotic main road. The inside was lovely couldn’t tell too much on arrival but the next day you could see the beautiful interior. Clean and accommodating. The host was friendly and recommend lots to do. The breakfast wasn’t for me but my friend enjoyed it
