We had a perfect time at Eaglebay Retreat. It’s truly an undisturbed paradise. You have an entire house and hundreds of meters of coastline all to yourself. Every morning, you can wake up in the sunshine and decide whether to go snorkeling or just relax in the sun—you have the choice. The sunsets were always perfect, and experiencing them on a paddleboard is far better than being in a crowded place like KK. At the same time, the retreat offers a wide range of activities that are both rich and reasonably priced—paddleboarding, jet skiing, kayaking, and more, so you’ll never feel bored. During our stay, Arlyn and h is family provided us with everything we needed: they inflated our paddleboards, helped us arrange sea activities, climbed trees to pick coconuts for us, and prepared delicious meals. Whenever we needed them, they were always available, without intruding on our privacy. Their presence was always perfectly balanced. I would also like to thank Faizal, who did a lot of work before our arrival, and Jamri, the kind lady who helped us recover our lost Apple Pencil during our stay. She assisted in finding it, came up with several ways to return it (considering Eaglebay Retreat’s remote location), and finally delivered it to my friend personally, asking for nothing in return. Your kindness will be remembered. Yes, I think we would definitely recommend this place to our friends, and we will visit Eaglebay again in the future.

A country-style place with obvious advantages and disadvantages advantage: 1. Excellent location, surrounded by jelly-like sea water, making it an excellent snorkeling spot. 2. When you get up early in the morning, there is no wind or waves. Be sure to watch the sunrise. The scenery with heaven and earth as the canvas is worth all the money spent. 3. The butler’s service attitude is excellent shortcoming: 1. Round-trip speed boat transfers are expensive. For a family trip like mine, the cost is higher based on the number of people. 2. Maybe I stayed on a Sunday, and there were only two butlers as service staff in the evening. I only saw cooking, serving, singing for fun, and clearing away the dishes...very busy. 3. Sanitary environment, there are cockroaches... It is recommended that the operator deal with it as soon as possible 4. The generator is too noisy at night. It is still sounding until after breakfast in the morning, ruining the fairyland-like scenery.

It's really worth choosing Banyan Tree Villa Hotel for this trip to Semporna! As soon as I got off the car, someone greeted me. Check-in was super fast. The housekeeper also helped me plan the itinerary, which was very considerate. The room faces the sea, and I am awakened by the beautiful sea view every day. The private swimming pool is also great, and I am not afraid of being disturbed at all.

The housekeeper is very nice. The housekeeper arranged all the activities at a reasonable price. The accommodation conditions are relatively good for the price. The room is super large, and the Xiaomi large-screen TV is very friendly and satisfactory! There is a TV missing in the other room, but we don't need it. If we tell the housekeeper, it will probably be moved in soon. A reminder, The clothes hung outside for a night are not dry, but those placed in the house are dry... There will be mosquitoes in the house, remember to bring medicine
