Seriously, this is an outstanding hotel. It took me a while to choose this place, and while the price was on the higher side, it was absolutely worth every penny. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room environment was beautiful. The observation deck offers breathtaking views. It's located on a hill in Uchisar, a town that's delightfully removed from the hustle and bustle of Goreme. You can reach Uchisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia, with just a five-minute walk.
The hotel breakfast was quite good, but the real highlight was enjoying it with such a magnificent view. The hotel can also help you book various local services. We booked a Turkish Night with dinner, as well as a taxi. Both were fantastic experiences – the Turkish Night was 2000 Lira per person, and the round-trip taxi was 850 Lira.
With a stay at Tyana Cave House in Nevşehir (Nar), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Uchisar Castle and Göreme National Park. This luxury aparthotel is 8.3 mi (13.3 km) from Love Valley and 8.9 mi (14.3 km) from Goreme Open Air Museum.
This aparthotel offers designated smoking areas.
Take advantage of the aparthotel's 24-hour room service. A complimentary local cuisine breakfast is served daily from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Stay in one of 13 guestrooms featuring LED televisions. Your Select Comfort bed comes with Frette Italian sheets. Rooms have private furnished patios. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and satellite programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with showers feature rainfall showerheads and complimentary toiletries.
While cave hotels are pricey due to their unique location and history, one night's stay is usually sufficient to get the full experience. The front desk staff and servers were all incredibly warm and friendly. The lady in the kitchen even shared some freshly baked sweet pastries with us, which made us feel very much at home. Some rooms offer views of the hot air balloons taking off in the morning. However, whether they fly is subject to daily conditions, and cancellations are quite common. (We stayed for two days; they flew on the first day but not the second.)
We loved staying here and highly recommend if you want a good view good food good people and nice places to stay .
Friendly people to talk to and really amazing breakfast with a stunning view the shelf and the lady at reception were really kind and made our food with love .

An absolutely amazing cave hotel! We visited in winter, and even though it was freezing outside, the room was incredibly warm, thanks to the heated floors. The room itself was quite spacious and full of character. Breakfast was also very generous, and the staff were super friendly, especially Rose, who was just lovely. You can even enjoy the sunset from the hotel's rooftop, and the view is just as stunning as the nearby observation deck, saving you the cost of going there. We were also lucky enough to see hot air balloons flying on both days we were there, making for a truly perfect trip!
This is a perfect place! It's very clean, the staff are friendly and always happy to help with any questions, the breakfasts are delicious, and there's a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here!
First I want to thank the person who takes care of katapa stone house when I arrived late at night, very good service, friendly to guests, delicious food, clean and comfortable rooms and very beautiful view if HAB can fly , those who want to sit here are very good, close to goreme otogari
The hotel left a double impression, someone liked it, someone doesn't. The rooms are small, the decoration is made by a natural stone and on an ambulance, but it is more a claim for the builders who performed the repair (or the designer). We were traveling one night, were traveling, and for some reason called the hotel Crazy House :). So let's not treat this to the shortcomings, especially as there is a magnificent terrace at the entrance to the hotel where you can relax well. The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet. There is a parking lot in the yard. The breakfast is excellent, especially made the impression of omlet served on the jar. In general, if you have come to see Cappadocia by car, you can stay in this hotel - you will not be disappointed.
The travel support was excellent, and they even provided airport transfers. They also arranged our Red Tour and horseback riding, and the hot air balloon tour was fantastic with free cancellation! Breakfast was absolutely delicious too!!
This was an absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel. While cave hotels offer a unique charm, for families with children, considering the comfortable room environment and excellent hotel services, this particular hotel comes highly recommended. Even with many families present, the hotel maintains a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your stay. The meals were superb – both lavish and healthy! The staff's service was impeccable. You can even watch the hot air balloons from the hotel entrance, and by just crossing the road, you can capture truly amazing photos of them. This is a hotel I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you. I definitely want to come back again.

AAnonymous UserThe room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.
Yycxw1314loveThe hotel is located in an underground cave. It is a real cave. Parking is very convenient at the door. Breakfast is not a buffet but a set meal per person. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the bath water is not hot, a little bit mild, and I can't wash.
Yyoli0617The hotel room was exactly as described online, and each room had a small outdoor balcony. It was a bit chilly, so we didn't get to fully enjoy it, unfortunately. 😂 If you're driving, the hotel can be a bit tricky to find, so it's best to go during the day. Otherwise, turning around if you take a wrong turn can be difficult. It's also not advisable to drive a large vehicle, as these cave rooms are built into the mountainside, making it hard for big cars to navigate. We stayed for two days, and the hot air balloons didn't fly. If they had, this would have been an absolutely stunning location! The hotel restaurant doesn't require reservations; you can just wait for a table. The hotel was cleaned very well, with no strange odors, and the staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us take our luggage to the room, which was a big plus.
SSeanThe first room had a damaged shower head. They moved us to another room no questions asked.
Breakfast was a great Turkish spread. With a hot omelette or traditional pie or donut. Absolute treat and great value. Mineral water and Chai tea on tap all day.
Internet was perfect to take video meetings with colleagues in the USA and Europe.
Location is away from the noise of Goreme, directly under the hotair balloons every morning. Incredible view from the rooftop terrace.
Rooms are perfect, comphy bed, crisp sheets, brilliant water pressure!
Staff are great! They even invited me to sit and have lunch with them one day. Delicious lemon cake. I asked for two of each Turkish coin, I'm collecting for my niece and nephew. Esra from the front desk found me all of the coins. Ever the scarce 1c and 5c, she even looked in her purse and tip jar for the 10c we couldn't find.
Everyone gave the exact same service. On morning three I didn't even order a Double Turkish coffee with less sugar. One for the staff, knew and brought it for me.
These guys get it. They know service and it's a treat. The price is oddly low. Incredible value.
There is an epic hiking trail that starts in their back yard and goes all the way up the mountain and back down through the spectacular sand caps and dramatic Turkish landscape.
YYee11We had an amazing stay at Divan Cave House! The hotel sits on a quiet hill in Göreme with beautiful panoramic views of the town and hot air balloons at sunrise. The cave rooms were spacious, clean, and full of character, blending traditional charm with modern comfort.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready to assist with balloon bookings, transfers, and local recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of fresh items served on the rooftop terrace, where you can also enjoy a perfect view of the balloons in the morning.
The location is excellent — just a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and shops, yet far enough for peace and quiet. The cave atmosphere felt truly authentic and cozy, especially in the cool October weather.
Highly recommend Divan Cave House for anyone visiting Cappadocia — it’s a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay that captures the spirit of the region perfectly.
KKrittinee SukmakThis hotel is very good value, not expensive, clean, and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is relaxing and makes me want to come back again. The location is great, easy to travel around and find food. The staff take good care of guests and are all very friendly.
このホテルはとてもお得で、安くて清潔、そして美しく飾られています。雰囲気が良く、ゆっくり休めるので、また来たくなります。立地も良く、移動や食事にとても便利です。スタッフはみんな親切で、よく世話をしてくれます。
BBamutyanOur hot air balloon ride was canceled, so I asked if they could quickly arrange an alternative activity for us. They immediately sorted it out, which I'm incredibly grateful for, as I would have struggled to find something myself. We ended up having a fantastic experience. The room was also clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. If I ever have the chance to visit again, I would love to stay at this hotel.
AAnonymous UserExcellent location in the middle of town with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room was spacious with two single beds, and staff were friendly. Only downside was no water on my last morning, they tried to fix it but I had to check out early. Also didn’t get to try breakfast as it starts at 8:30am. Still, recommended for the location.
GGuest UserThe room was very satisfying, with underfloor heating that kept it warm no matter how cold it was outside. It was genuinely carved out of a cave, not a later construction.
The hotel itself is quite large, especially since it has its own restaurant. The food was very much to Chinese taste; it was the best chicken and beef rice I had in Turkey.
The only minor issue is that the hotel doesn't provide complimentary drinking water. I asked the staff for two bottles, and they charged me for them upon checkout. I'm okay with paying, but I'm not okay with them not mentioning it at the time and only bringing it up during checkout. Plus, I think providing daily drinking water for guests is something a hotel should do. I'd still rate it a 9.5; overall, I'm quite happy with my stay.
GGuest UserA fabulous and affirdable cave style hotel with a Turkish rooftop seating area overlooking stunning views of the town below. The staff were exceptionally helpful to organize and schedule a variety of outings from a hot air balloon ride to evening sunset horse rides and tours to visit multiiple famous attractions. The breakfast was delicious and the facility was cleaned well daily. Highly recommend!
