Typical hotel apartment, safe environment, sea view, new facilities, parking, and a good stay experience. However, this price is not cheap, in fact, you can also choose a larger apartment that can wash clothes. Attach a sunset on the beach 200m in front of the hotel.

The room was as shown in the photo of the hotel! It was very clean and spacious and easy to spend. I could use it as wide 々 by myself, but I think it's large enough for two people.
The location was also a walking distance to the famous Mojo Market, and there were many cafes nearby and there were many choices. However, I walked carefully when I went out on the night road, but I think it is safer than other areas. When using laundry in the hotel, it was 40 minutes and 50 land for washing, and the dryer was half hot in 20 minutes, but it didn't dry once, so I turned it twice. Cash cannot be used and only card payment is made!
We stayed for one night before an early flight, so we had no opportunity to evaluate the breakfasts.
Modern, comfortable hotel in a great area, with a great view of the city. I lowered the rating for the service, since the transfer to the airport that we ordered at the reception the night before was not found in the morning, but the staff quickly called a taxi.
From the beginning, the Cellars-Hohenort went above and beyond for us. The staff, management and property are exceptional. Nestled at the base of Table Mountain, this property offered a quite reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Cape Town. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of dishes being offered and a continental spread available for starters. We will definitely come back and stay at this lovely hotel!

Our experience at this hotel went above and beyond our wildest expectations! The hotel's exquisite location grants you a balcony view of the ocean and the majestic Table Mountain as a backdrop.
The level of service we received was truly exceptional, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the range of amenities provided was more than generous.
The rooms themselves strike a perfect balance between spaciousness and coziness, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. A noteworthy feature that sets this hotel apart is the complimentary mini bar, offering a variety of snacks and drinks – a rare find. What's even more remarkable is that these snacks are not only delicious but also cater to vegan and gluten-free preferences.
Without a doubt, we are already making plans to return to this outstanding establishment in the future.
The hotel is in an excellent location. It is in the city center, at the foot of Table Mountain. It is only a few minutes away from many museums and art galleries. It has a lot of parking spaces and its own restaurant and bar. You can enjoy delicious food without leaving home. However, the room size is small and it is very difficult to get to the hotel in the evening. There is air conditioning fan noise, which is a bit regrettable.

A great mini. I spent five nights here. I have nothing to do with it. In the room there is everything necessary (chain, tv, air conditioner), well may only except the refrigerator (again, may depend on the category of rooms, in my it was not that it is in this place for me not critical). I liked the staff very much, it was like I was at the acquaintances :) I settled at 23:40, I met a guard, everything told, I was in the room. Breakfast from 8 a.m., But although I left for the city review at 7+, The hotel is in a quiet place, to restaurants on foot 5 minutes, to the ocean a little further (repair work went, it needed a little circle to give).

Very Good
SSHIBOBreakfast is good, but you need to order it yourself! Only cold food is a buffet, and hot food needs to be ordered by yourself. But it's fine. The location is near the sea point in the white living area of Cape Town. There is a supermarket within a ten-minute walk. You can stroll around the street. Surrounded by Korean, Thai and Chinese food. Room facilities are a bit old and the area is a bit small, especially the toilet and bathroom feel small, bathroom facilities are a bit poor. But very clean. Facing the sea, the distance is a bit far, but the sight is very good.
JJessicaThis is one of the most scenic spots in Oudtshoorn! We loved the pool for a quick dip after excursions! The hospitality is out of this world!
From breakfast baskets delivered to the room, to enjoying amazing dinner braai packs with side dishes, and having wildlife come right up to the tent to graze is just some of the perks of staying here! HIGHLY recommended!
They offer game drives, stargazing, and many other amazing excursions on the property. Wonderful setting!
SStephenQuattroLe Bay Lodge is very close to the beach front and some nice little restaurants. We arrived late the evening and was welcomed very warmly and showed to our room. We had a balcony up stairs and a great view in the morning with the sea and mountains around us. Breakfast was great and I bumped over a cup of coffee which was cleaned quickly without any fuss. Our car was parked safely with 24 hour surveillance, which made me very comfortable. Thank you for a good stay

CCharlyNomadWe had a lovely stay at this property that was built in the 1600's, where we had a little stargazing session from outside of our room at night. Staff were wonderful and when my gf wanted to buy a small bottle of their peri-peri sauce, the lovely lady at the restaurant filled and gave half a mineral water bottle with it free of charge as they only had 5L bottle stocks. South African hospitality at its finest.
GGuest UserIt is a pity that we stayed here for just 1 day! The hostess has booked a table for us at the best nearest restaurant. The combination of architecture and the atmosphere of the farm is beautiful. The only minus: In other reviews people said they saw a mouse, but I, unfortunately, have not seen them anywhere, only 3 beautifully nurtured dogs of the hostess. I will come back here for a longer time.
