"This business trip, I stayed at the JW Marriott Zhengzhou, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – truly a benchmark for high-end hotels in Zhengzhou. The hotel is located in the CBD's 'Big Corn' building, and the 38th-floor sky lobby has a fantastic ambiance. The high-floor rooms offer panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of Ruyi Lake and the city's nightscape. It's especially therapeutic when the lights come on in the evening. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful rest after a busy day. The bathroom amenities were complete, and all the details were well taken care of. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth. The staff were polite, courteous, and responded to requests promptly and thoughtfully. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining local flavors with international cuisine. The location is excellent, making it convenient for both business and leisure activities, including dining and shopping. It's suitable for both business travel and leisure trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel first on my next visit to Zhengzhou. Highly recommended!"

"Wanda Realm Anyang Hotel is located in a very convenient location, with easy access to a night food street and several shopping areas. It is also within walking distance of the Anyang Museum and Library. I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The bathroom was also large, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Anyang."

"The whole entire Holiday Inn chain is within the same plaza so make sure that you are at the correct building. If you are not sure, please feel free to ask. Overall, a pleasant stay with the exception of a few obnoxious neighboring rooms, but the walls are thin so nothing you can do about it. What stood out was the exceptional service provided by all the hotel staff, especially 唱唱 ChangChang and one of the gentleman staff at the Golden Palace who kindly directed me to the gym and swimming pool location. Thank you and will come back soon!"

"The check-in process was great, and the hotel service was very warm and welcoming. Lila from guest relations was particularly attentive and thoughtful. The room was well-ventilated, and the hotel's location was convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit. The service at the 6th-floor Chinese restaurant was excellent, and the food was delicious! The Kung Pao chicken and boiled beef were both very tasty. The breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor was very extensive, and the Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was especially good!"

"Staying at the Luoyang Marriott for my trip to Luoyang was a really good experience overall. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the Luolong New District, not far from the subway station, and right next to Quanshun Shopping Mall, which is super convenient for dining and shopping. Taking a taxi to the Longmen Grottoes and Longmen High-Speed Railway Station isn't far either, making getting around very hassle-free. The front desk staff were very friendly and checked me in quickly. They were patient in answering my questions about local attractions and were happy to help with any small requests. The concierge team was also very reliable, proactive in helping with luggage, and even shared some great local tips for exploring, which was really helpful. I didn't use the hotel breakfast this time, but I did try the Chinese restaurant in the evening. The food quality was excellent; both the Henan cuisine and Luoyang Water Feast were very authentic. The private dining rooms were quiet and elegant, perfect for a small gathering with friends. My room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful night's sleep without disturbances. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the service was impeccable. While the price is a bit on the higher side, it's definitely worth it for the quality. I had a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely consider this hotel first when I visit Luoyang again. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to the area."

"Excellent all round — superb staff, spotless room, and an ideal base by the airport A really excellent stay — Novotel delivered on every front. Breakfast was very good, the room was spotlessly clean, nicely finished and professional, and the whole setup was exactly what you'd want. The location is smart: a little outside the city centre, but wonderfully close to the airport — and there's a free airport shuttle every hour, which is absolutely perfect and makes coming and going completely effortless. Above all, the staff were superb — genuinely helpful and with good English, which made everything easy. Special mentions to Jim and to Tracy on reception, who were both brilliant and went out of their way to help; that kind of service is exactly what makes a stay memorable. My only tiny note is the desk chair, which wasn't the most comfortable for longer working sessions — a small thing in an otherwise outstanding stay. Wholeheartedly recommended, and an easy five out of five."

"This is a newly opened hotel and the overall experience is very pleasant. The lobby decoration is very new and the environment is clean and tidy. The room is spacious, all equipment is brand new, there is no smell of the old hotel. The sanitary details are well done, the bedding is soft and clean, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is no water stain hair. The sound insulation effect is very good, the corridor noise is basically not heard at night, and the sleep is very solid. The front desk staff is kind, the check-in efficiency is high, and the demand response is very fast. Convenient location, convenient eating and traveling around. The price is very good, no matter whether it is a business trip or a trip, I will choose here next time!"

It's truly the perfect choice for families with children. The 24-hour shuttle service is incredibly convenient! The hotel seamlessly blends Chinese aesthetics with modern architecture, and the chrysanthemum theme beautifully reflects Song Dynasty artistry. The customer service staff are all incredibly friendly. The front desk receptionist, Ms. 22, was particularly warm and charming. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a double happy hour, so our two adults and two children could enjoy a lovely afternoon tea. The minibar was also restocked daily for free. On our check-out day, we were given a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful! The photography shop near the front desk also allows for advance bookings, offering makeup and a follow-up photoshoot for 698. You can first choose your outfit, then receive one-on-one makeup and a two-hour-plus one-on-one hairstyle session. Our trip was comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable. It truly lives up to its reputation as a historic city!"

The service was another huge plus, from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was warm and attentive. They proactively helped with my luggage at check-in and patiently recommended local food and sightseeing routes. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the city and will recommend it to friends."
