This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. The excellent service was a real highlight.

The room was a bit small, but well-equipped. The seating quality could be improved. The staff were excellent! This is definitely a top choice for out-of-town visitors – you're in luck here! Tourist attractions are just a stone's throw away, and there are plenty of restaurants and malls nearby, so no need to worry about taxis. The cleanliness could be a bit more thorough; it might be worth considering how to deal with seasonal insects and plant 'catkins'. Overall, I really liked this hotel.

The high-end hotel experience was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious and bright, with brand new, well-equipped facilities. The executive lounge offered a rich variety of food, and the drinks were delicious. Maggie, a service staff member, was professional and kind, proactively offering help with mailing services. The room type had an excellent view, making it the perfect choice for rest and relaxation.

Came to Xuchang with the kids, and everyone highly recommended this hotel when we were looking for a place to stay. We stayed for two nights, and it was indeed very good. The transportation isn't great; you'll need to take a taxi to get around, or it's more convenient if you're driving. The hotel is very large, and the service is absolutely fantastic – it feels like everyone is really striving to be as good as Pang Dong Lai! If you need anything for your room, a quick call and it's delivered right away. They also bring fresh fruit daily. The staff genuinely treats guests well, not just going through the motions. The only drawback is that the hotel breakfast is just average, and the restaurant is a bit small. During holidays, their capacity seems a bit stretched. Hope they can continue to improve!

I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the professionalism and warm hospitality we experienced during our recent stay at the Luoyang Marriott. From the friendly doormen who welcomed us upon arrival to the pleasant fragrance that greeted us in the elegant, modern lobby, every aspect of our stay reflected comfort and attention to detail. The front desk staff were consistently courteous and attentive, making our visit both relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed in Room 2112, which was exceptionally well maintained. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were spotless, and the minibar was properly stocked. Although our sightseeing schedule in Luoyang kept us busy and prevented us from using the indoor swimming pool, it looked beautiful and very inviting. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of options, including hot and cold dishes, an egg station, fresh salads, cheeses and cold cuts, desserts, espresso coffee, teas, and cold beverages. I have a sensitivity to seed oils, and I would especially like to thank the kind lady at the egg station who graciously prepared my eggs in butter each morning. I would also like to recognize Bella, Rachel, and Felix at the front desk for their outstanding assistance and for kindly accommodating our request to extend our stay by an extra night. Special thanks as well to Alvin in the breakfast restaurant, who always had my favorite picante sauce ready and provided exceptional service. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel truly valued. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. The service, hospitality, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. In fact, our 8-year-old daughter has already said that she wants to return to Luoyang—and stay at the Marriott again.

I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

The lobby is on the first floor and quite grand. It's very convenient to take the elevator directly to your room, unlike some hotels where you have to take one elevator to the lobby and then another. Much easier! After checking out, I received a call from them saying they found my lost charging cable and notified me promptly, so I was able to retrieve it. I really commend the hotel's service quality and speed. I highly recommend this hotel. It's very close to Mixc City, the headquarters of Mixue Ice Cream & Tea, and the future Pang Dong Lai.

The best hotel on the trip, the location is excellent, first of all, it is convenient to get on and off the highway, and secondly, it is opposite the Xiangfu District Government, but it is quiet. There is a large charging station in front of it, and parking is very convenient. The newly opened hotel is no exaggeration to say that this time I traveled to live in no less than 50 hotels and homestays. This one has a strong cultural atmosphere, reasonable room design, comfortable feeling, and the details are in place. There is a clothes hook at the air-conditioning exit, and there is also a clothes rail. Excellent service, high cost performance, great praise! Have the opportunity to come to Kaifeng and definitely live here. Highly recommended! ! !

The environment here is great, and the sunken bathtub in the room is huge, making for a very relaxing soak. The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the entrance, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. However, the hotel's service left a lot to be desired. My daughter got sick and needed to go to the hospital urgently, but when I asked the front desk for help, their responses were incredibly cold and unhelpful. They said things like, ”You can search for a hospital yourself,” ”Call a taxi yourself,” and ”We don't know.” While I ended up arranging everything myself, their completely indifferent attitude was really off-putting.

This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, very quiet and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy and stylish decor. All the amenities were provided, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a perfect stay. The host was warm and attentive, always ready to help with any questions, providing exceptionally thoughtful service. Overall, it offers great value for money. It's an excellent choice for unwinding and escaping the city hustle. I'll definitely come back for my next vacation and have already recommended it to my friends!
