We stayed for four nights in this Ibis hotel. The reception staff were courteous and efficient. Underground parking available. The room was small but functional, had good storage space, comfy bed, air con and a view of the lake. The TV was old tech and needed updating. We didn’t have breakfast here. The hotel is in a good location close to the lake, easy walk to the town and ferry port to various places on the lake. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

This is a old fashioned split level apartment. The bedroom is upstairs, accessible by a half staircase which may be difficult to manage for elderly people or those with limited mobility. Even for the sprightly care must be taken when descending in the night, eg to go to the bathroom. Otherwise the bedroom is nice, with a tv and a skylight. Downstairs the half-staircase ends in the little hallway with suitcase rack, a tiny bathroom with a tiny shower (old german style), and a small kitchenette with microwave and two hobs and refrigerator. The provided crockery and pots were clean and everything worked ok. The front room is a small sitting room with tv, two rather worn (with peeling plastic covers) chairs, and two tables. There was also a very small balcony with two plastic chairs. So everything was there, it was just a bit old fashioned and some things were a bit worn. Overall however it was clean and functional.

the shower was not draining properly. I called the “Guest Service” on the room phone but nobody answered. I hung up and called room service they answered and told me to dial 99 for “Front desk” again no answer. After a nice while of it ringing I decided to just go down stairs. The gentlemen was nice and professional but it ended there as the room had a shower drain issue that they could not resolve. I was given two options change into a non connected room or just use the shower in the connected room I had. Well what’s the point of paying for two rooms if I have to stand in line to use the shower next door? I paid to have a connected because I have a child staying in the connecting room. Anyway, The room felt musty like the AC was not up to standard, I’ve stayed here every time I fly out early for the past 7 years, but I am seeing the standard drop, as so should it’s 4 star rating…. FYI it’s room 4140 if anyone is wondering what room it is. At least that way you know the need to shut off the shower every 10 seconds to let the water drain to prevent a flood. I paid for two connecting rooms I guess I should have requested that they had two connecting working showers as well.

The hotel's location is very central. According to it, perhaps a little too central, because at a later hour the street before the hotel is camped by the party people and other groups. That can be so, but our children made it more afraid. We booked and booked a parking place. Then the feedback came, I have to book the parking place again extra via a separate email address. Ok, I did and did not receive a feedback. When I stood in front of the parking house, I was called through the telephone that everything was full and they had no reservation for us. The hotel was then explained in very holp German that if they were not to sign up, there would be no place in the parking house. I then renounced the discussion with the staff about the logic of this approach, because I had the feeling that half of what I say is simply uninterpreted. In the invitation is spoken of a modern hotel. In fact, it is an old building that was probably equipped in the 1970s and has not been renovated since. The beds were uncomfortable and in some way everything was very out of time. It smells very old and the cleanliness was also moderate. As you can think it was also extremely ringhound. It heard the noise from outside very well as the enchanted guests who came home far after midnight. The hotel was deliberately booked because we were only one night there, but never again. It must be paid at check-in and check-out no silver wasted whether we were satisfied or not. Who doesn't go with time goes with time...

I travel a lot and usually dont care about the exterior of the Hotels but the inside and staff is important. Worker at the desk was very polite and skilled when i checked in. When i entered the room... abt 300 Euro a night! To say its old to say nothing - like in the old good USSR times in Moscow, Sankt Petersburg, DDR side of Berlin! 40 years ago, what a nostalgic feeling, smell of old carpet, never cleaned AC. Had to open window to get fresh air insine. Paint art on the wall by Natalie Goller - Innenraum Rußland. Was für ein Zufall! For 300 Euro a night! First evening at the Restaurant i choose Wiener Schnitzel with salad and French fries 🍟. My first Wiener Schnitzel ever and never ever if this piece of smashed to 3 mm dry pork was the real Wiener Schnitzel then sorry... Only good thing was the salad. At the hotel restaurant For 300 Euro a night! Breakfast was outstanding, nothing special at the hotel restaurant For 300 Euro a night! Asked in the morning if they do laundry the answer was - no, but whae i asked again at the desk in an hotel for 300 Euro a night the lady called someone and repeated what he heard on the other side of the line - laundry is the responsibility of the guests. Means do your self At the hotel For 300 Euro a night! Finally me and the lady on the desk figured out that the hotel does outsource the laundry to a third party company. Duration - few days, At the hotel For 300 Euro a night! Complimentary water only upon arrival, At the hotel For 300 Euro a night! Kettle, tea in room? Deam on! At the hotel For 300 Euro a night! What doesn't kills us makes us laughing 😆 At the hotel For 300 Euro a night!

Excellent, friendly front desk personell. Clean ”for the most part”. With that said: now the ”MAIN” part of the hotel is starting to look like a city in the Ukraine with displaced Ukrainians everywhere so much so that some service staff are Ukrainian = does not speak German or English - baby carriages left in the hallway(s) in front of the door. It's the luck of the draw if there's a couch and chair in the room. Hot water pressure in the shower was very low. On the plus side MINI bar still has a vasriety of FREE drinks:-)

Excessively hot room for which it was equipped with a fan that was at least twenty years old. The toilet was located in a very narrow position and the flush was made in a makeshift way. Next to the sink that was, instead, in the room, there was not a hook or a nail of any kind on which to hang the towels, towels that on the second day were changed only upon strong insistence. At a certain hour the staff disappeared and you were left alone in the building without the possibility of asking for help from someone in case of need, also because the room did not have a telephone. Breakfast was abundant only on the first day (which was Sunday) the next morning, in fact, they went on with what was left. The television never worked, despite the assurance of a repair that never took place. To reimburse this last inconvenience, they offered an offensive refund of €5! The only expression that can convey the idea of staying in this hotel is this: disgusting. Übermäßig heißer Raum, der mit einem mindestens zwanzig Jahre alten Fan ausgestattet war. The toilet must be placed in a further position and the spraying will be carried out. Cute hotel with tangible concept. I liked design and the idea of the facilities and interior of room and open spaces. The gym is small but well equipped with 2 cross trainers and one bike plus basic exercise equipment. I missed yoga mats. The breakfast is quite good with high level of variety and quality, only little disturbance is that some of the food looked not that fresh anymore (Obatzder, Cheese, sausages) due to laying out and uncovered for longer time (maybe better to refill more frequently). I can definitely recommend this hotel and I’ll come again. A plus is also the parking garage with electric charging capability. The local sole pool is accessible directly from hotel.

Like a house in a fairy tale, everything is retro, there are hotels of the age and history, the elevator is small, and the two big ones are very crowded. There are not many breakfast options, but the croissant here is the best I have ever eaten. It is crispy and tender, not oily or greasy, super invincible and delicious. I have been back to China for half a month, or I am thinking of the croissant here. . The parking fee is very expensive, ten or twenty euros ~ you can find cheap parking nearby
