It’s quite a walk from the Hbf, but the road is smooth and easy. The hotel is very close to other train stations and a large shopping mall where you can find everything, including a food court. Just keep in mind the closing times. If you need anything late, you’ll have to walk back toward the Hbf side, since the nearby Rewe closes early along with the mall.
The room was nice and fairly priced overall. Breakfast was good, with slight changes to the options each day, which I appreciated. My favorites were the hash browns and fried mushrooms. The croissant, however, was just average compared to the ones at the Adina in Nuremberg.
We've now stayed here for the third time. For over three years, neither the bar nor the rather pleasant dining room has been open. Anyone expecting these amenities will currently be disappointed. The front desk is staffed by constantly changing individuals who don't appear to be hotel employees. Since this year, guests are asked via signs at breakfast to clear their own tables. All of this points to a significant staffing issue. The service is okay, but not the friendliest. I highly doubt anyone working here has any formal hospitality training. We are now aware of these circumstances. For us, it offers space, seating, a private bathroom, and a bowling alley if you want one. It's clean and quite affordable. The breakfast buffet is quite good. Furthermore, it offers special rooms for families, which we also liked. The location is suburban, which suits us. It seems to attract many travelers passing through, as it's not far from the highway, yet it's very quietly situated.
While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary.
Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable.
Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price.
On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials.
Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.

Very good, clean and comfortable, with a good sense of space; water is expensive in Europe, so I added extra purified water; the external environment is beautiful~
Great, the tallest building in the area. The room is large and clean, the view from the high-rise building is good, and the breakfast is rich. The small town of Ulm is unexpected. I will stay here next time
The bed and pillows are particularly comfortable, there is no trouble with insomnia here
In the middle of the room is a restaurant garden, the most lively Friday night
The decoration in the hotel is very artistic.
There are DM, Rewe supermarket, breakfast shop, Pizza Hut, KFC near the hotel. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to a small train station. It takes less than 30 minutes to take the train to Heidelberg. It is convenient. It is the beginning to see a big cement factory standing outside. There is a little disappointment.

Absolutely recommendable – modern, high-quality and warm!
The hotel is completely beautiful, new, modern and very high quality furnished, simply for the wellness! All shines, is top clean and stylishly designed. You are very friendly and warmly welcomed, the staff is very nice, polite and competent. You note that there is really a lot of effort to prepare a great stay for guests.
The breakfast was excellent – lovely decorated, with everything the heart wants. Specially to highlight: the perfectly prepared avocado toast with egg Benedict – just a dream! Also the coffee was really delicious and was served friendly.
The location is central, but still quiet. You have a great view, here you can relax wonderfully. The facilities in the room are stylish and very beautifully matched.
We felt well around and definitely come back!

My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming during check-in, setting a positive tone from the moment I arrived. The buffet breakfast offered a wide array of delicious choices, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others seeking a top-notch hospitality experience.
Amazing hotel. I have an memorable experience in Stuttgart. The hotel offers a King size bed which it’s comfortable. There is a little concern is the location, there is a large construction between the main station and the hotel. We might need to carry our luggage on some stairs and cross the bridge. If the luggage is large enough, not that comfortable to go to the hotel. Overall, it is excellent hotel in Stuttgart
