Because we had something on Friday, we were late to get to the hotel and we arrived at 23:30 p.m. That's why we asked the gentleman in the reception if we could leave a little after the scheduled check-out time (11:00), There was no tolerance and, in addition, he told us that the specific room we stayed is reserved for the next few days.I did a search and there was availability in all hotel search applications for this hotel. I'm just not going to close this hotel again.
