You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there. The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba. To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

This is our second time staying here. The location is great with many food options and shopping malls nearby. We upgraded to the delux sea view room that has a fantastic view of the bay.

There is another diving resort Yos next door. There is a small fishing village across the road. Great looking lobby with plenty of seats for waiting and nice view from the room. All old wooden furniture and old sanitary ware and bath need improvement. No electric socket nearby the bed or desk; need to switch off the lamp instead. Service is very slow. Wait for the laundry pickup for 2hr. Cleanliness need definitely an improvement. There is a plenty of hair on the room floor and bathroom. Housekeepers keep talking loudly front of the guest room without cares the guest's privacy. Only few staffs can speak English. Can be noisy as it is surrounded by two main roads. But the price is reasonable in overall Ear plug is recommended at this place. Wifi okay

The staff are 5.star, very kind and warm. But don't expect fast food service. The staff are professionals. The coffeeshop serves.good selection of coffee.and teas, snacks. The dining room, with breakfast buffet and àla carte menu.offers. value and quality food. The front office staff is also. Very efficient and allowed late.check.out.
