22xKWe were somewhat dissatisfied with our stay. Upon arrival, we asked for an early check-in, and the hotel allowed us to check in early without mentioning that it would cost €40. After we were already in the room, a staff member told us to go back to the reception, where we were informed that we either had to pay €40 for the early check-in or give up the second night of our stay—which had already been paid for in advance.
We reluctantly agreed to this, but we were unhappy with how it was handled. Then, during check-out, they tried to charge us the €40 anyway. After a long discussion and the involvement of multiple staff members, they finally let us leave without paying the early check-in fee, as they had already taken away our second night.
This is not acceptable. Guests should be clearly informed of any extra charges at the time of check-in—not surprised afterward and put under pressure. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and disappointing.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location. It is very close to Chinese restaurants. It is about 30-40 minutes drive from the exhibition. It is recommended for business and travel people. The experience is still good!

The toilet is broken and has not been repaired, and the wifi is broken and cannot be used.

RRichardLiThe hotel is in a good location. There is a subway 400 meters away. There are also a variety of food and beverages nearby. The breakfast is very rich. The only problem is that the front desk can only accept US dollars and euros when exchanging foreign currency. I brought Armenian currency with me and could only exchange it for 1/3 of the actual exchange rate.
