Right from check-in, the staff made me feel welcome with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie 🍪 — such a simple touch, but it set the tone for a great stay. 🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. Enjoyed the stay here as a couple, very nice staff and very helpful.

The hotel is decent and suitable for business travel. Car rentals and parking are convenient, with valet parking available. It's conveniently located near several shopping malls in the city center and some of Amman's famous attractions, but the roads are quite congested, and there's manual traffic control (very unintelligent, with traffic police stopping people at intersections for 10-15 minutes each time). It's recommended to book a hotel closer to the attractions or business location to avoid wasting time.

The location is good. The hotel locate in the department store. It is very easy to find something to eat and in front of the hotel there are many shop and restaurant. The staff is nice. The room is clean with all amenities.

The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, the Mövenpick Hotel Amman is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. With its exceptional service, comfortable accommodation and convenient location, it certainly lives up to the Mövenpick standard. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

The staff was very kind. The pool had two jacuzzis and was a great place to relax. There was a lot of noise from the next room, but they responded immediately when I called.

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Good location, not so far to the rainbow street. Small supermarket is nearby located. Silent place, good breakfast, laundry. The early check in is available The view from the first floor was not the same as announced. Water bottom in toilet need be repaired. There is no toothbrush and paste in the room
