Amazing
GGuest UserLook no further, Mori no Sumika Resort and Spa is absolutely wonderful! The staff are amazing, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, the property to include the hot springs baths is excellent - the food offerings for breakfast and dinner changes each day, the chef serving the freshest seafood, meats, vegetables. It’s a beautiful place that you’ll never want to leave and for sure come back to sooner than later.

GGuest UserThis Japanese-style hot spring hotel is fully equipped and the lobby is quite luxuriously decorated. We arrived early and enjoyed free afternoon tea and foot soup first. At three o'clock, a waiter in a kimono guided us to the door of the room, which was very intimate. After the bath, we had dinner on the 2nd floor of the hotel at the time we had booked in advance. The dinner was a standard kaiseki dish and was very hearty. Each family had their own private dining space and was equipped with a dedicated full service. At 9 pm, the hotel arranged a local Taigu performance in Kaga for the guests, which was very special. The whole experience was very satisfying.
GGuest UserDuring our 2 night-stay, the breakfasts N dinners were awesome, mouth watering & flavorful! Best meals on our 12-day trip in Japan.
The shuttle bus service was a great help. Every service personnel we interacted with during our stay were warm N hospitable! Their smiles and greetings made us felt welcome.
KKaChun328Hygiene: The hotel room is very clean and well-equipped with air purifiers! But in fact, the environment near the hotel is very close to nature, and the air here is much fresher than in the city.
Location: The only drawback of this hotel may be its location. Since this hotel is located halfway up the mountain, it can only be reached by car, shuttle bus or taxi. I took a taxi from Kaga Onsen Station. The journey took about 12 minutes and the fare was about 3,200 yen. I think the price is reasonable because the attitude of taxi drivers here is much better than in Hong Kong. If you don’t think it is expensive, you can give it a try. In addition, the hotel also has a shuttle bus that can be reserved. You can inform the hotel staff in advance.
Service: I like the attitude of the hotel waiters very much. Unfortunately, an earthquake occurred when I went there (an earthquake and tsunami occurred in Ishikawa Prefecture, Hokuriku on January 1, 2024😢). The employees in the store were very patient and attentive in asking customers about their situation and taking care of them. safety. Since there are many Japanese locals there, I am almost the only foreigner in the whole hotel, but the staff will try their best to translate for me. I am very grateful to them. 🫶🏼
Facilities: There are various activity rooms, but I have not seen them in detail. Most of them require reservation.
I hope this helps everyone who wants to go to Kaga Onsen. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
GGuest UserI booked four sets of rooms for one night. I didn’t expect the four sets of rooms that had been paid on the program. After arriving at the hotel, the hotel asked me to pay the full amount of the four suites, but the hotel waiter’s English level was very poor. I disturbed for an hour in speechlessness. Later, I learned that the payment on the program was originally a deposit. God! For such a simple matter, the hotel waiter clearly told me that the payment you paid on the program was all a deposit. Why do you say that we didn't pay? I was late to the hotel this day, so I was delayed for another hour, and we had no time to enjoy the hotel facilities. I hope that the platform and the hotel will communicate better in the future to avoid this situation. This time it really brought me inconvenience. Except for this hotel, the whole is very good.
YyunyunbabyThe hotel is not far from the Wakura Onsen Station. The driver will greet the guests at the platform with the flag of the hotel name in the afternoon. After checking the name and number of people, they will drive to the hotel, about 5 minutes drive. The hotel is located by the sea, not far from the hotel is the famous Kagaya, there is also a marina nearby. The hotel is not far from the total soup, there is a free soup at the entrance of the total soup. Not far from the east side of the hotel, there is a wife-in-law soup that is close to the sea. It is free to open, and it is very pleasant to blow a sea breeze. The hotel is also expected to have an open air in the sea, and it is better to blow the sea breeze. The Japanese-style room with breakfast and dinner, dinner and breakfast are all Japanese-style set menus. It is very rich and tastes good! The hotel has a Chinese speaking staff. The next morning, the sea saw the sunrise at sea, very beautiful! The hotel's service is good, although most of the waiters will only be in Japanese.
AAnonymous UserThe room is a bit old and the surrounding environment is a bit remote.
The environment is quiet, and people who like quiet will be very suitable.
The restaurant is good too.
Especially the front desk service of the hotel, the English is very good, the service attitude is also very good, patient and enthusiastic.
邱邱The location of the hotel is very central, and it belongs to the first-line lake view location. The hotel’s male bath is good, and the room area is super large, at least 40 square meters or more, so Ctrip's information is still not accurate enough. Then the lake view room is estimated to have a front lake view, and the ordinary Japanese-style room is also a side lake view. Because it is not a weekend, it is the lowest starting price, which is less than RMB 1,000, which is the starting price of 7,500 per night for two meals in the hotel. The meals are all buffet in the morning and evening. The varieties are indeed not high-end, and the prices are there, but there is a self-service sukiyaki pot for three months from December to February, and there is unlimited draft beer. This can be said to be fully worth the room rate. Next door Japan The uncle really drank eight glasses. There is a direct bus from Kanazawa, and a free shuttle bus from Kaga Onsen Station, but reservations are required. There is a direct bus to Komatsu Airport. See the picture for details.
GGuest UserThe large communal bath was comfortable with tatami mats. The cleaning was well done and the amenities were abundant.
The breakfast was also very good and the children were happy with the automatic pancake maker.
It is a hotel that I want to stay again.
I will also interrupt again as a reconstruction support.
