The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. This is actually my second booking from Trip.com. I am super thankful from this app and to La carmela De Boracay Hotel. Because of this, atleast I Escaped reality for a while. I really realy love that every time I saw staff, they always greet me and I don’t feel alone in this solo travel of mine. I’m heading back now to reality of life but on the back of my mind. I am planning when to comeback whahhaha. Such a beautiful paradise Boracay. A wonderful place to stay La Carmela De Boracay and best app I ever have Trip.com!!!!! Thank you all LABLAB😇

Two pools, good location, and the hotel feels quite new. They even let us check in early! The buffet restaurant is excellent, and the sea-view restaurant with its evening performances, including staff dancing, was a real highlight. My only minor quibble is that drinks at the buffet are an extra charge in the evening, but other than that, everything was fantastic!

My stay was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the ideal location, which made it easy to access local attractions. The culinary experience was a highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the beautiful property and attentive staff, it made for a truly memorable and delightful visit. I will definitely be returning.

My recent experience at Canyon Hotel was disappointing due to their inefficient and inconvenient check-in process. While I understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, the way they handle early arrivals is very frustrating. I arrived at 12:30 PM, but instead of completing the check-in process once, my details were put on hold. When I returned at 3:00 PM, I was required to repeat the entire process all over again, including verification and checks that had already been done earlier. At 3:00 PM, there was a very long line, and what made it worse was that guests who arrived exactly at 3:00 PM were given their room keys immediately, while those of us who arrived earlier had to queue again from the beginning. This felt unfair and poorly organized. In the past, the system was much more comfortable and guest-friendly. Unfortunately, the current process is no longer convenient and negatively affects the overall guest experience. I hope the management improves their check-in procedure to better accommodate early arrivals and provide a smoother experience for all guests. Overall, this stay was not as pleasant as before.

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check ins and daily service smooth and hassle free. Rome are clean and well kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. 5 star! and also so the Food so good!

My experience at the Henann Garden Resort in Boracay was simply spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and contagious friendliness from the entire staff. The service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's highlights – everyone is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there. Without a doubt, an excellent stay! I highly recommend Henann Garden to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and top-notch service. I will definitely return.

Review of Goldberry Hotel What we liked: 🏙️ Great location — close to the plaza, restaurants, and walking distance to many spots. ✨ Lobby and hallways are kept clean and well-maintained. ⏰ Early check-in — we were allowed to check in at 10am for free (usual check-in time is 2pm). 🍴 The Rabbit Hole (hotel’s own restaurant) serves good food at reasonable prices. 🛁 Hotel room is equipped with complete toiletries and has hot & cold shower. 👩💼 Staff are professional and accommodating. Things to reconsider: 🚪 The room we were given had an old hotel smell upon entering, not the fresh, clean scent usually expected. 🪳 We noticed baby cockroaches — at least four in the crevice during check-in, and later more appeared on the comforter and bathroom sink after our island-hopping trip (proof attached). 🛏️ The bed sheet did not feel very clean — it had a sandy texture with some visible dirt.

I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Iloilo. The staff are so NICE, they are very accommodating and approachable. I want to stay here again next year. My parents are so happy. Thank you, Richmonde!
