The hotel is really good and employees were kind and friendly. The only rdiculous part was the paid parking. It should be for free.

Gostamos muito da estadia neste hotel. Atendimento excelente e tudo muito limpo com cuidado nos mínimos detalhes. Deram uma flor ás mulheres no pequeno almoço. Apenas duas coisas a apontar, o acesso ao spa faz com que se tenha de passar pela área de restaurante e bar, onde recai também a segunda crítica, de que deveriam disponibilizar robes a todos os hóspedes de forma a não ter de vestir e despir a própria roupa ao chegar ao mesmo e ter de passar por estas áreas do hotel, o que não acontece. De resto estava tudo 5 estrelas.

Ribeira is a nice hotel - location is excellent with everything else being good to average. Management can pay more attention to details - as an example, no tissue paper in the room, only one small garbage can etc. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and steam room - the last two were not working when I used it earlier.

Arcos de Valdevez é lindo e sem dúvida um lugar para voltar sempre desta vez ficamos pelo Luna que apesar de não ser um hotel recente é um que tem as melhores condições, super recomendo por todos os motivos e pelo preço qualidade, apenas acho que se fosse mais moderno pela decoração seria o perfeito, pois a nível de spa e pequeno almoço e o conforto das camas é sem dúvida maravilhoso 🤍

Calmity, contagious sympathy on the first day by the receptionist was decisive for a good stay. A very quiet and quiet place. The hotel and the room are very good. We had a fantastic stay at Axis hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. We especially loved the breakfast and spa. Can’t wait to come back!”

We have stayed a few times at the Porta do sol. Great staff, great breakfast, fab spa and swimming pools. Really enjoyed our stays. We will be going again later in the year. Overall Fabulous.

Hotel with excellent sea view, opposite view (mountain) is an industrial area. Hotel is near a highly moving road (even night), room with little soundless windows which did not allow rest A satisfactory buffet breakfast, but nothing special. The pool and gym belong to the Solinca Group, with internal access to the hotel and can be used several times. To help, a football team was hosted that last night decided to celebrate in the lobby and in the rooms, to which the hotel staff did not give the proper answer to the problem, preferring discomfort and the complaints of the guests the resolution of the situation. I will not return to this hotel, there are other quiet and more targeted options for guests in this city.

Fiz uma reserva a pensar num belo palacete antigo, que é, mas o que me foi atribuído foi um ” modesto” apartamento, de alojamento local, contíguo ao edifício principal, cujas condições, não sendo más, não merecem a qualificação de 4 estrelas. Faltam muitos detalhes: 1 espelho, 1 cortinas que permitam abrir a portada da janela do quarto, posto que é r/c... Bom pequeno-almoço Atendimento muito atencioso dos funcionários.
