Great!!

Beautiful and super clean hotel. Honestly was surprise how nice and clean it was. Definitely the best holiday inn I’ve stayed in.

I enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suite. I was busy most of the time, preparing to attend the conference. The food was excellent and my favorite items.

Room was nice. Nothing special. Did not see any vending machines with pop and went to front desk where they had a small shelf with few items. Had bottled water but no pop also noticed they had other items to sell but was also out. We just needed a place to stay on our way further south and it worked fine for us. Was a little difficult to find the hotel but that could have been the map on the phones. Desk person was nice. Heard her speaking to a few people while we were checking in and seemed pleasant to them all

The first room was ok but the second had unfinished fixings inside and holes in the carpet

High cost performance, followed by a total stay in the United States, a chain of cost-effective hotels, often live, can be accepted, that is, a temporary stay, clean, simple breakfast but also can be full, with fruit and meat and juice is good.

Wonderful experience and the breakfast was amazing!! But that charged me for parking (that was a pretty long walk) without letting me know there was a charge for parking.

Older property. Carpet was worn, but room very clean, excellent bed and quiet AC/Heat. Was traveling with 25 trailer and parking was a challenge.

I stayed here again for the however many time. Too many to forget. Still no issues and I enjoyed the hot tub this evening which is nice. The pool is right next to it so I just went back and forth between the two of them enjoying the experience of going in and out until I was finished.. I finished out in the hot tub because it was so hot.. I actually wanted a round two but the first one was so explosive it satisfied my needs. Great place to release some stress.

Excellent service, every day cleaned the room and changed and filled all the missing. Excellent location. Very happy of our stay there.

Room was clean. Service was ok. Location was pretty. Food was not so great.

This place was great...they moved us to a new room bigger room because ours wasn't ready at no extra cost and we were actually checking in early and didn't charge for that either...lovely staff clean rooms and awesome breakfast...at check in they even give complimentary warm chocolate chip cookies and the were amazing...nice touch💜

The daily breakfast was decent. I loved the fact that I had a microwave in my room. I’m not happy that a bottle of water in the vending machine was $2, though!

They have a grab and go breakfast set up. They provide plenty of towels and have no problem checking to make sure you’re not in need of anything.

The hotel was clean and in a great location for the reason I was in Birmingham. It was near to the event that I was attending. The sink in my room had a stopper that prevented the water from escaping when I did not want it to collect in the sink during activities such as brushing my teeth and washing my face. The water was also cold and took an excessively long time to heat up even a little bit. It was not even lukewarm. Therefore, I checked out and was unable to shower. My son actually took a cold shower on a cold day, one of the coldest that we have had in Alabama in a while. I was also awakened by an emergency message and alarm to vacate the building due to an emergency only to learn later that it was a test. I learned this when the fire truck arrived and I heard an employee apologizing for not calling them to let them know that it was only a test. I only stayed overnight so there was no other opportunity for me to get a better impression. The only reason that I did not give a lower rating for the facilities is because once I reported the issue with the shower and sink, they sent a handy man to the room to make the repairs, but my son was already taking a cold shower at the time since we were scheduled to get back home to meet previously scheduled obligations. The staff person who was checking me out said that she couldn't do anything for me because I booked through a third party. However, she did state that she would refund the money that I paid for parking.

The beds are comfortable and you can sleep well. The hotel is located in a very nice area of the city. The hotel staff feels good. I think it's a good hotel.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST possible hotel that I could have booked. I was told before check-in that my room had no television nor microwave. The night desk clerk told me that I could contact my booking company and would be given a refund despite the website said no refunds. Since I was going to be there for 3 days, I decided that 3 days without a television nor a microwave would be impossible, so I never checked in. It has taken over a week of being given the runaround to find out that the night desk clerk straight up lied. I did NOT get a refund --not even a partial refund. You can bet that NONE OF THE ROOMS HAVE ANYTHING ON THE AMENITIES LIST, CAUSE I SAW EVERYTHING IN THE OFFICE BEHIND THE DESK!!!! IF YOU BOOK HERE, YOU'RE AN *****!!! I'M WARNING YOU AHEAD OF TIME!!!!! I wish someone would have posted a review warning travelers about their experience, I NEVER would have taken the time that it took us to locate it, especially since they didn't even have a sign up, only a banner that you not only couldn't see, but couldn't have read if you COULD HAVE seen it, because it was all wadded up!!!!! TRAVELERS BEWARE:::: THIS HOTEL IS DEFINITELY NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE!!!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET FROM THIS ”CHAIN”!!!!!!!!!!

Very convenient friendly staff check in/out was hassel free.

Price was worth the it, it’s close to all the stores within 10 miles as well and hope to return once work picks up in the area.

Mobile travel is unforgettable, have the opportunity to go to Mobile Harbour to play, stay at the Holiday Inn next time! Ok!

Really like the room and service

I needed a room for one night because I was attending a show in Downtown Mobile. After reading reviews and looking at the location (which was very close to the venue), I went with the Candlewood. It was very nice, especially for the cost. There was a mini kitchen in the room with a full sized refrigerator, two stove burner, a microwave, and a sink. The bathroom was ver nice and had a walk in shower with sliding glass doors. My room had a great view of downtown. Oh and the mattresses ..... oh my gosh! I was tempted to take the covers off to see the brand! They were so cozy and comfortable. Also, the staff was so great! Matthew is who I spoke to at the front desk and he was absolutely phenomenal! I will definitely be booking a room here again when I travel to Mobile.
