It was also fully smart-enabled. The complimentary breakfast offered all the basic food options, and there was even a foot bath service, though you need to book it in advance. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very warm and attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei."

"Came to Hefei for a weekend trip by high-speed train, it's my first time in this city. I chose the Grand Hyatt for accommodation. It's on a high floor, offering great city views. Check-in was very convenient, the hotel lobby is on the 40th floor. Shirley at the front desk even upgraded us to a lake view room, and we could see Swan Lake outside the window, which was pretty nice. The WeChat butler service was also very attentive. The hotel room and bed were both large, clean, and hygienic. Breakfast was decent with a good variety. The freshly baked dried plum vegetable pastry was delicious, and they also had local specialty snacks like Sanhe rice dumplings. Breakfast is on the 39th floor, offering panoramic views from all sides, highly recommended."

The cleaning was meticulous; the room was spotless, with bathrooms, tabletops, and corners all perfectly cleaned. The floor attendant, Zhang Guohua, was proactive, polite, and professional, making communication easy and pleasant. The clean and comfortable environment, combined with the warm service, made my stay exceptionally reassuring. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I give it a five-star rating. There were no unpleasant odors, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It's convenient for travel and shopping, and the living environment is quiet. "The room was clean and tidy, and we had a view of Lotus Peak and Aoyu Peak from the window. What truly deserves praise is their thoughtfulness: the room was equipped with umbrellas, a flashlight, warm outerwear, and even a foot-soaking tub. After a full day of hiking, having that was incredibly considerate! As soon as we arrived, the customer service representative added us on WeChat. Any questions we had were answered and addressed very quickly. Even more thoughtful, they would proactively inform us about sunset times, the best viewing spots, how long it would take to get there, and sunrise times. They even organized groups with a lead guide to take people to watch the sunrise! The buffet dinner was also quite good. The ambiance was pleasant, there was a wide variety of dishes, and the taste was excellent. It was the best meal I had on Huangshan, definitely worth recommending!"

"This is probably the most upscale hotel in Jiuhua Mountain. I noticed they also host various large-scale corporate events. It's not located on the mountain within the scenic area, so it's more suitable for guests with a car. The hot spring experience was decent; the outdoor pools were more comfortable than the indoor ones, and the sauna got me a good sweat. My only minor complaint is that for a two-night stay, they didn't provide fresh bathrobes on the second day. The restaurant food was quite good, better than what you find outside, especially the noodle soup – I was very satisfied. The ambiance is also great, and the garden and lawn at the entrance are perfect for relaxing. Recommended!"

"Right by the Shi River, this is a large complex with a cloistered, garden-style design, reminiscent of the Winding Stream Orchid Pavilion. Upon entering the lobby, the interplay of light and shadow is immediately pleasing, with dappled reflections from the water mirroring the river outside. Even the basic rooms are spacious and come with a scenic balcony. The in-room lighting is intelligently controlled, including brightness, and features branded bathroom fixtures. The bedding has a high thread count, and the mattress is comfortable. **Service:** I checked in on August 1st, coincidentally in Jinzhai, a place deeply connected to the People's Army. The front desk mentioned it had just opened, which made for a very meaningful experience. All services are smart app-based, with quick responses – no need to even make a call; just a few taps for swift room service. **Value for Money:** I've stayed at several Kaiyuan hotels, including their high-end Fuchun Fangwai, but this one left the strongest impression, from service to facilities. I especially want to mention the breakfast; the quality wasn't compromised just because they recently opened. The variety is diverse, and the noodle bar is particularly delicious, haha. You could absolutely enjoy a staycation here."

"Located on the back mountain, the room wasn't huge, but the service was excellent – they were very responsive to all our requests. We had both the lunch buffet and breakfast, and the food was good. The sunrise and sea of clouds probably aren't as impressive as from Bright Summit. Unfortunately, due to heavy fog this time, we couldn't see anything. There was an evening performance. Huangshan is incredibly tough to climb; it's constant ups and downs over mountains and ridges, leaving my legs aching. The West Sea monorail only offered standing tickets. Taking the Yuping cable car up is the classic route, passing by the Greeting Pine, Hundred-Step Cloud Ladder, and either Aoyu Cave or One-Line-Sky to reach Aoyu Peak, then continuing to Bright Summit. For someone nearing fifty, just looking at the route feels challenging. The weather in Huangshan changes rapidly; one moment it was clear blue skies, and the next, dense fog rolled in."
