The hotel is very steep, the location is very convenient to get to the right part of the city. The staff is very friendly, a breakfast buffet. There were no problems during the stay.

Came here for a gaming hotel for my trip, and it was excellent! The equipment is very comfortable, perfect for gaming, and the room is also quite spacious. It's very convenient for going out. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Rarely leave reviews here but the service here was insane! I booked at 9 PM and by 9:10 I was on call with them to arrange airport pickup. When I arrived, they took all my luggage, checked me in and also gave me a free room upgrade since I wasn’t staying for too long. The room itself was wonderful and very clean and all the amenities were considerate (they also give h a little fruit/yogurt tray). I just made it in time for their late night snack, which was noodles and wontons— perfect after taking a warm shower. Overall, given that I was just solo travelling and having a longer layover here in Beijing, I had a great stay. My og plan was sleeping at the airport but I am so grateful I decided to book this last minute. Staff were so respectful and also gently reminded me of my flight 30 minutes before the airport drop off. Overall 10/10

Excellent service, family room (comprised of 2 rooms side by side) is very clean and functional, location is near Beijing station within walking distance. My family wants to come stay in this hotel again when we return to Beijing. Free self laundry services where the staff helped to dry our clothes and pack into bags. Late night supper of fried rice and porridge. Peking duck at the hotel restaurant is extremely delicious. Picture below shows half a duck as the chef was still cutting the other half. Would like to specially thank Alan who helped us to reserve the Peking duck for 2 nights and stayed back after his working hours on the second night to heat up wraps for us. We ordered the duck through WeChat to the restaurant and he helped us with the orders. As it was my child birthday on the first night, special thanks to the chef who also prepared a bowl of noodles with egg for her. Really appreciate the excellent service! Our rooms are on second floors and staff helped us to carry lugguage to and from the rooms. Excellent service! My family rates the hotel 10 out of 10!

This is a fairly new, ”smart'-type hotel where everything is clean and well maintained. The rooms are small but fully furnished, including a kitchenette and washing machine, making it suitable for long stays. We booked this hotel by mistake due to haste, so the futon-style bed on the second floor was a surprise. It’s not very convenient, but that detail was clearly mentioned in the description. This was our oversight in selection. The location is quite central, although it is some distance from the metro station. The breakfast offers enough variety. Reception, room cleaning and restaurant services are very good.

Overall, I'm satisfied. The staff are warm and generous, and the hotel has a youthful style. There are entertainment facilities on the ground floor, making it convenient for tea and chats. I stayed alone, and I thought the room layout was quite clever. It seems like one large space, but the bathroom area can be separated by a curtain, which wouldn't be an issue for two people. It's very close to Sanyuanqiao subway station, and you can even take the Airport Express from Exit A. There are malls, convenience stores, and coffee shops nearby. The soundproofing is lacking; I was woken up by loud voices in the hallway while sleeping in the morning. Finally, a [suggestion]: it would be great if there was a small folding stool in the room for luggage. It's quite rare in domestic hotels, and it's really inconvenient to organize luggage while crouching on the floor.

The hotel's location is excellent; Qianmen Street is right downstairs, and it's about a 15-minute walk to see the flag-raising ceremony. The room was quite clean, too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. They even provide complimentary bottled water and a laundry room. We were quite satisfied with our two-night stay. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning felt a bit stuffy, so we ended up sleeping with the windows open even in the middle of winter.

I was very satisfied with my choice of this hotel. The hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient for getting anywhere. Dengshikou subway station is only 300 meters away. Wangfujing is a 10-minute walk, offering a wide selection of food and shopping. The Forbidden City is just over a 20-minute walk. The hotel's heated pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym are all fantastic facilities. I stayed for four days and swam almost every day. The staff cleaned our room very thoroughly every day, and knowing there were four of us, they provided enough bottled water for us to drink. The Christmas decorations in the lobby were beautiful, and the children were very excited. Some young people specifically came to take photos, which I think is perfectly fine and didn't affect our stay. I support the hotel's approach, allowing more people to share in the joy.
