"Our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were warm and friendly. The airport shuttle bus was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome fruit platter, late-night snacks, breakfast, and small farewell gift upon check-out all demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The two alpacas and little squirrels in the courtyard added a wonderful touch of warmth and fun to our trip. I'd particularly like to thank one of the hotel staff members. Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. If I ever return to Beijing in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I wish the hotel all the best and continued success to every staff member."

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"Everything was great from the first second! The staff is polite and friendly: we had a lot of questions and they helped us all the time, what is really good for foreigners. The room was not so big, but it's nice: clean bright, comfortable and really calm. So, if you have some problems with sleeping, don't worry: you will sleep like a baby. By the way: the hotel has a good location, which is important if you don't have enough time (one day or some hours). So, if you are looking a good place to stay, you have found it. I think we'll come back here next time"

"I stayed at a Siheyuan (courtyard house) near Qianmen with my child and father, and it truly felt like quintessential Beijing! First off, the location is incredibly convenient. It's nestled in a hutong on Qianmen East Street, offering a quiet escape amidst the bustling city. A short walk around the corner takes you to Qianmen Pedestrian Street, and Dashilar is easily reachable on foot. Taking a taxi to Tiananmen or the Forbidden City costs just the minimum fare, which is a huge relief when traveling with elderly parents and children – no hassle at all. Secondly, the courtyard itself is absolutely charming. Stepping through the gate, you're greeted by a classic Old Beijing Siheyuan, with its grey bricks, dark tiles, and covered walkways, all centered around a large tree. In the morning, with the sun streaming into the courtyard, enjoying a bowl of congee feels incredibly leisurely. The room, though not large, is exquisitely designed, with comfortable bedding and a bathroom featuring a separate shower and toilet, complete with a smart toilet. Thirdly, the service was wonderfully attentive. The young lady at the front desk, seeing we had elderly parents and a child, proactively helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was abundant, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out – excellent! Overall, if you want to experience an Old Beijing Siheyuan without compromising on comfort, this place is truly ideal. It's especially perfect for families traveling with parents and children, offering both charm and convenience."

"Our stay at the Westin Sanya Haitang Bay was fantastic! The hotel's coconut grove and canal create a wonderful ambiance. You definitely have to try paddleboarding, weaving through the lush waterways – it's so relaxing and therapeutic. We also booked a hotel photoshoot; the photographer was great at finding angles and captured natural, lively shots. The paddleboard photos were stunning even before editing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided thoughtful service. The hotel is close to the duty-free shop, making it very convenient for getting around. If you're looking for a one-stop vacation to relax, swim, and take beautiful photos, you won't be disappointed here. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is in an amazing location! Right across the road from Tian'amen Square, conveniently located near a subway station (very easy to use,) and lots of amazing shopping and delicious food! This hotel offers a more traditional feeling and experience, which I loved. Staying here made my weekend in Beijing very easy! If you stay here, you MUST try 77' Beer Girl! I will miss the raspberry beer!"

"I brought my mom and baby to Beijing, and after a long search, I finally chose this cultural hotel tucked away in a hutong. The hotel's design perfectly blends the charm of old Beijing hutongs with modern elegance. The courtyard is peaceful, with light and shadow playing on the grey bricks and greenery, creating a wonderful ambiance. Every photo you take here turns out beautifully. Its location, a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, is incredibly comfortable. It's not as noisy as street-side hotels, and it was lovely to stroll and relax in the courtyard with my child. It allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local Beijing life while enjoying a clean and comfortable stay. We booked a twin room, which was spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and both my mother and child slept very well during our multi-day stay. The attention to cleanliness was excellent. The best part was definitely the location! It's very close to Dongsi Subway Station, and we could easily walk to popular spots like the Forbidden City, Wangfujing, and the National Art Museum of China. This was a huge plus as we didn't have to bother with taxis or transfers with a baby; we could just take leisurely walks to the attractions, which was perfect for family city walks. The surrounding area is also very well-equipped with restaurants, cafes, and fresh produce stores. Getting fresh fruit or snacks for the baby was easy, and we never had to worry about meals. It saved us so much hassle when traveling with a child. I also have to commend the service. Check-in and check-out were both quick. The front desk even provided free breakfast vouchers, saving us the trouble of finding breakfast with a baby early in the morning. Any issues we had were addressed very promptly, and the staff were all gentle and thoughtful. They even proactively offered a helping hand when they saw us with an elderly person and a child, showing warmth in every detail. Overall, the experience far exceeded our expectations. The environment, location, and service were all top-notch. It's truly a perfect place to stay when visiting Beijing with a baby and an elderly person. I will definitely prioritize this hotel for future visits!"

"The Universal Studios hotel was too expensive, and the other hotels were a bit far, plus there weren't many family rooms available. So, I found this guesthouse, and it even offers a free shuttle to Universal Studios – seriously, what a great find! I didn't take photos of the small courtyard, but the environment was genuinely lovely – clean, tidy, with tables and chairs to relax. The room wasn't huge, which is to be expected with a large bed and a small one, it couldn't really be massive. The bathroom, however, was a good size, and it even had a smart toilet with decent water pressure. The bedding was good for sleeping, with a medium-firm mattress. The only minor issue was the pillows; one was a bit too flat for me, but two together were too high. For a guesthouse, the breakfast was pretty good – small dishes, stir-fried vegetables, eggs, and steamed buns. The surrounding area had decent shopping and dining. There was a place called 'He Shen Me Xiao Yuan' (some kind of courtyard) – their 'Da Bing Juan Zhou Zi' (pancakes rolled with pork hock) was absolutely delicious."
