had a fantastic stay at Voyage International Hotel. The location is super convenient, especially for travelers using the airport or attending events at the exhibition center. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed a total of 6night at Sunworld Dynasty. The hotel is at a prominent and convenient location in Wangfujing. About 2min walk is the jinyuhutong subway station. Beside the hotel is the famous Beijing St Joseph's Church. APM mall is about 5min walk. There are medical store, Miniso and souvenirs n snacks stores at the ground floor of hotel. Hotel L floor (3rd floor) is a newly renovated big indoor courtyard and we have breakfast there every morning. Breakfast is good with a good varieties of Chinese,Arabic and Western choices. We booked their special buffet dinner for the hotel reopening ceremony, quite disappointing though, prawns not fresh and lamb meat smells too strong, beef are not cooked to standard, no pork ribs that the menu stated, foods are not warm. Though the foods disappointed us, their staffs good n prompt customer service make it up, they are polite and efficient. When we feedback to the waiter about the food, shortly the chef came to apologise and offer to cook something else for us, but we declined. Hotel rooms are accessible by center lift lobby, there is another lift lobby which serves 3rd to top floor. Hotel room is spacious, ample spaces to place our luggages and still got space to move around. The washroom comes with bathtub area n shower room, basin in between and toilet bowl beside shower room, spacious and clean, just became careful when you wearing room slippers inside, it can be alittle slippery. Some of the big bath towels smells oily, not sure if they stored their towels near kitchen or shared ventilation with kitchen, i hope the housekeeping can look into this matter. Sound insulation is good, though u can still hear some noise if someone slam their room door hard. Everything else is great about this newly renovated hotel, will recommend to my family and friends.

Our stay in Beijing was truly a 5-star experience for the three of us, even with a language barrier. Communication was never an issue because the hospitality felt sincere and thoughtful. One highlight we all loved was the free laundry service. After long days of walking and sightseeing, having clean clothes without extra cost felt like a real luxury and made our trip so much easier. We were also pleasantly surprised by the free snacks, always available and perfect for late nights or quick bites before heading out. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained—ideal for resting after busy days exploring Beijing. Overall, it was a generous, caring stay that exceeded expectations. We may not have spoken the same language, but the service spoke volumes. Highly recommended.

I had a really great stay at this hotel in Beijing. Everything was extremely clean, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were not only spotless but also very functional and comfortable — everything was thoughtfully arranged, making the stay easy and enjoyable. I would especially like to highlight two girls working the night shifts. They helped us a lot during our stay and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were incredibly kind, professional, and truly amazing. Thanks to them, we experienced what real, high-quality service looks like. They definitely deserve special recognition! Они были невероятно добрыми, профессиональными и просто потрясающими. Благодаря им мы увидели, каким должен быть действительно высокий уровень сервиса. Они точно заслуживают отдельной похвалы! В целом, я однозначно рекомендую этот отель и с удовольствием остановился бы здесь снова.

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and both the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The location is excellent — conveniently located near the MRT station with a big shopping mall just downstairs. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of choices. The staff Amy- was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We loved the hotel’s facilities — the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were all well-maintained and a highlight of our trip. The only small downside was the TV; some channels had blurry images and there weren’t many entertainment options available. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. My recent trip to Beijing led me to choose Qianmen Street Hotel, and my experience completely exceeded expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing. The hotel's location is absolutely prime. Step right out onto Qianmen Street, and you're within walking distance of Dashilar and Xianyukou Food Street, where you'll find everything from Quanjude roast duck and Zhajiangmian to various old Beijing snacks. It's also incredibly close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, meaning you don't have to wake up at the crack of dawn to catch the flag-raising ceremony or visit attractions. The subway is right nearby, making it super convenient to get to the Temple of Heaven, Wangfujing, and Nanluoguxiang. Getting around couldn't be easier. The room was clean and bright, boasting a new Chinese style that perfectly blends Beijing charm with modern touches. It was spacious and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress offered great support, allowing me to fall asleep quickly after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, hot water was consistent, and the toiletries were high quality. All the smart home devices were easy to use, and the soundproofing was excellent; I enjoyed peaceful quiet even in the bustling city, ensuring a high quality of rest. The service was meticulous and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the staff were warm and courteous. They actively helped with luggage and recommended authentic sightseeing routes and local eateries. Housekeeping was thorough and clean, paying attention to every detail, and requests were met promptly. The breakfast was diverse, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options, with freshly ground coffee and a wide array of Beijing specialty snacks – a great way to start an energetic day. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with convenient transportation, thoughtful service, and comfortable living. It's suitable for family trips, couples' getaways, or business travel. The value for money, especially within a core scenic area, is truly exceptional. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Beijing. Highly recommended!

The hotel was an amazing experience! as an european traveler I never expected such amazing service. Nothing was too less for them, they always wanted to make sure that everything is sorted and even issues that weren’t theirs to fix (like Taobao returns) they made sure to help. I would recommend ANYONE!!! to stay here! The location is also amazing, right next to a shopping mall.

The hotel felt very safe which was nice as a solo female traveler, although my experience in China as a whole has felt safe. I like that you can only access your floor if you have a room key for the given floor. Also, the large open concept makes all doors to rooms visible from any given point which also makes it feel safe. Doormen to open all doors in the lobby area which is really nice and they bring your luggage to the room. The hotel slippers are the BEST I’ve ever used, not like regular hotel slippers. Ai soft and comfortable. One thing I didn’t like was the large deposit (around $300USD) they needed for the room upon arrival, but it was fine. I’m just not used to that in China. The only downside is that some things need updating…you can tell the hotel is pretty old and with time, a hotel room can only feel so clean. Overall it was as clean as possible given it looks like it’s been a while since they have renovated. Still super clean I’m just picky! I would definitely stay here again. If you want a true “Chinese feel” while staying in Beijing this won’t be the place, but as someone living in China wanting a different feel, it was great. It felt as though I was in Europe somewhere. The concierge spoke English and were always helpful and attentive. The power outlets are older but they provided adapters. The bedside adapter was great, but the other ones in the common area and bathroom i would not use again. I plugged in my smart ring charger in the bathroom and it shorted and shocked me when touching the opposite end of the charger away from the outlet. My hand felt tingly for a few minutes but went away and I was fine. Overall my experience was very positive. I think if they did some minor renovations to modernize a bit, this hotel would be perfect.

We landed at 10 PM and didn't get to the B&B until almost midnight, but the owner still messaged us and waited up for us. The B&B also offers breakfast and a free shuttle service! I'll definitely book this place again next time I go to Universal. The environment is lovely, and there are even little cats. It's a shame we only stayed one night.
