Hotel near Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center,Beijing
GGuest User 2026.02.25
I had a layover at Beijing Capital Airport and chose this hotel because it shares my name. The reviews looked great, and my stay was indeed fantastic! I genuinely mean it! From the airport pick-up, the staff were incredibly efficient, helping me with my luggage into the car, and then again when checking in at the hotel. The service was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. The room layout was well-designed, and it was spotlessly clean, plus there were welcome fruits and yogurt! I didn't have high expectations for breakfast; I just thought I'd grab a quick bite, but to my surprise, it was delicious and very clean! A really pleasant surprise! In the morning, I even got to feed alpacas, which were adorable! The staff here really provide excellent, friendly service. You can tell they put their heart into it, better than many hotels I've stayed at abroad! Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely stay here again. Kudos to the hotel staff!

The room was spotless and tidy; the cleaning staff came every day to make sure everything was sparkling clean and replaced all our amenities. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wangfujing shopping area and the Forbidden City. A special shout-out to Apple, the guest relations manager, whose service was exceptional. She was very engaging and shared many recommendations for local food and attractions. She even treated me to afternoon tea, where I enjoyed some fruit and tea. Seeing that I was alone, she kindly kept me company and chatted with me. She also helped me resolve an issue with my parcel by contacting the courier company. Furthermore, she proactively helped me carry my luggage to the car. I'm incredibly grateful!

Our stay in Beijing was truly a 5-star experience for the three of us, even with a language barrier. From check-in onward, the staff went out of their way to help—using translation apps, hand gestures, and constant warm smiles. Communication was never an issue because the hospitality felt sincere and thoughtful. One highlight we all loved was the free laundry service. After long days of walking and sightseeing, having clean clothes without extra cost felt like a real luxury and made our trip so much easier. We were also pleasantly surprised by the free snacks, always available and perfect for late nights or quick bites before heading out. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained—ideal for resting after busy days exploring Beijing. Overall, it was a generous, caring stay that exceeded expectations. We may not have spoken the same language, but the service spoke volumes. Highly recommended.

The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff were polite and checked me in quickly. There were complimentary hot drinks at the front desk, which was perfect for a business trip. I'll definitely come again; it was a very comfortable stay, the most comfortable I've had in Beijing.

The service was pretty good overall, they even brought a special breakfast for the kids. However, when I was ordering takeout, the front desk staff seemed a bit clueless and couldn't answer my questions – that was a minor hiccup. The breakfast itself was delicious with lots of choices! **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was decent; everything was quite clean. **Environment:** The surrounding area and facilities are incredibly convenient. The location is truly the best part, very, very convenient. After all, it's on East Chang'an Avenue, so the subway, dining, and even trips to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are all easily accessible. It's super convenient for getting around. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite old. I really suggest they update them, as there was a slightly dated smell. If they were newer, it would be absolutely perfect. Paying over 1000 for such an old hotel isn't cheap, but the location definitely makes up for it.

My stay here was great! The front desk staff were gentle and patient, which made me feel very welcome and cared for. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was absolutely no noise disturbance. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, stable water pressure, and the toiletries felt very reliable. The hotel's public areas were clean and elegant, with the lighting and soft furnishings creating a really sophisticated feel. The location is super convenient – getting around, shopping, and dining out were all a breeze. The subway station is right outside the door. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

Hello everyone, for those of you who are coming to visit Beijing and looking for a place to stay, I would definitely recommend Jingli Hotel because once I came to the location I was kindly greeted by the staff with happy faces to welcome to the Chinese New Year. The ones that assisted me with my stay this week was Anna (张羲) and Cynthia (欣欣). They helped me check in and out. They were so friendly and helpful as they answered all the questions I asked. They’re the best! The staff were all nice to be honest. This is a great location to be honest, it’s close to a lot of malls by walking and it’s a few minutes by Dajiaoting station and a bus stop too. Convenient to transfer anywhere. You can definitely take the subway to the city center as well. The stay and room was really nice. It was always cleaned every time when I came back from my adventurous days of exploration around the city. The bed was comfy and had everything I needed. The late night snack which starts from 9:00 PM was delicious after the long day being out. All in all, the place is safe and guarded. I loved staying here and would again, if I came back to Beijing. It’s quiet and peaceful.

Room facilities: I think it's better than many hotels; the room is spacious and clean. Value for money: For Beijing, it's excellent. Breakfast: The hotel has a great location, the lobby is very clean, and the decor is fantastic – totally my style. It's in a bustling area with convenient transportation. Even the pillows are comfortable; I feel like my sleep quality has improved since staying here. The staff are all very enthusiastic.

Facilities: No smart toilet, the TV is quite old and doesn't support screen mirroring. Cleanliness: Excellent, cleaned daily and very tidy. Environment: Very satisfying, strong Spring Festival atmosphere. The room is large and soundproof, very quiet. Service: Great. At first, I found the mattress too soft, but they kindly added a firm coir mattress for free, and I slept very comfortably.

Exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic, with a free shuttle to Universal Studios right outside, making it super convenient to get there quickly. It's also a 10-minute taxi ride to the subway station. I checked in in the afternoon, and the staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, answering my questions almost instantly. They recommended checking out the newly opened Wangfujing at Wanli, which was great. There are tons of dining options nearby, from local Beijing eateries to fast-food chains, including BBQ, iron pot stewed goose, old Beijing hot pot, and dumplings. The room had underfloor heating, which was lovely and warm, and the air conditioning provided ample hot air. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered great natural light, and the bedding was comfortable and clean. The biggest surprise was the smart home setup – keyless entry made self-check-in a breeze, quiet and secure. Plus, the smart toilet seat was heated! 💕 The host even gave us a free room upgrade. The breakfast had a wide variety, so we promptly extended our stay. They even cleaned the room for us the second day. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

YYaroslava G.I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel and its staff for the wonderful experience during my stay in Beijing. I had already stayed at this hotel back in January when I visited alone, and I liked it so much that my husband and I decided to book it again this time. The hotel is clean and cozy, with a very convenient location—three subway stations are within walking distance. The staff are hospitable and always ready to help. The breakfast is excellent and offers a great variety. Even simple dishes like your steamed sweet potato are incredibly tasty. The breakfast buffet always included steamed corn, sweet potato, and carrots; both sweet and savory steamed buns; two types of porridge; side dishes; several hot meals; a vegetable salad; fruits; coffee; milk; toast; and pastries. The dining room staff are sweet and attentive, always creating a positive mood. The room was cozy, with spotlessly white bed linens and towels. During the daily housekeeping, they left a lovely treat in the room: tea, coffee, a snack, a candy, and a milk drink. I also fell in love with the green tea you provide in the room. I've been missing it since January! I tried to find where to buy some, but I couldn't find any that tasted as good. Near the hotel entrance, there's a charming area with bars, coffee shops, and cats. Out of the five hotels and apartments we stayed at in China, we liked this one the most. To provide a balanced review, I will also mention a few areas for improvement: 1. I would prefer a mattress with independent pocket springs. The current one is very bouncy, so when one person tosses and turns at night, it's quite uncomfortable for two people to sleep. 2. The entire bathroom floor gets wet after showering. If one person takes a shower, you can't approach the toilet or the sink for two hours because of the standing water. It would be great to have a squeegee in the bathroom to push the water toward the drain and help the floor dry faster. 3. Smoking in the rooms is officially prohibited, but periodically, someone smokes, and the cigarette smoke comes directly into our room through the ventilation system. Waking up at night because you can't breathe and finding your entire room filled with cigarette smoke is one of the worst experiences. After it happened, we started leaving the bathroom exhaust fan on and the bathroom door closed at all times. Unfortunately, smoking is very common in China, including indoors. 4. The noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms is very audible. Considering that some guests return around 2 AM while others are already getting up at 4 AM, you can only sleep if you use earplugs. Earplugs are available for free at the reception, just like toiletries. 5. Most guests were from China (the staff doesn't speak English), but there were a few European guests who behaved disrespectfully towards the staff and other guests. I felt ashamed on their behalf. I thank the staff for their hospitality and will be delighted to stay with you again on my next trip to Beijing!

GGebidelaojiuWe came to Gubei Water Town on the fourth day of Chinese New Year and, as always, chose to stay at the Gubei Light Hotel. Manager Tong was incredibly enthusiastic and arranged everything perfectly, accommodating all our requests – a big thank you to her! During the New Year period, there were many services available in the water town, and the hotel was almost fully booked. Despite being busy, everything ran smoothly. In particular, the breakfast service over the past two days, despite the large crowd, was very orderly, showing that the hotel had a plan in place. We stayed for two days, enjoying the hot springs and swimming pool, spending most of our time at the hotel. Especially on the fifth day when there was a sandstorm, guests were mostly indoors, but there was no sense of panic. The dinner buffet also featured magic shows and other entertainment, creating a fantastic atmosphere overall. Definitely worth choosing!

GGuest UserHere I am again, staying at this hotel. It's spotlessly clean, and the facilities are brand new. It's only about 200-300 meters from Gubei Water Town. My kids absolutely loved the family-themed room and started playing as soon as we arrived. A big thank you to our butler, Xiao Wang, for the thoughtful service and for arranging a room with a direct view of the Simatai Great Wall and the Water Town scenery from the window. It was a fantastic experience!

SSikaienshisimingA special thank you to Zhang Jiaxin at the front desk and Deng Shufen, the server, for making us feel so warmly at home, even though we were far from it. Throughout our stay, both were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. They responded quickly and efficiently to all our requests. I particularly want to thank Deng Shufen, who not only had a kind attitude but also proactively helped us change the bed board and promptly contacted maintenance to fix issues with our door and power outlets. She was truly dedicated and responsible, and her attentiveness was evident in everything she did. I highly recommend this place to anyone who values excellent service quality and pays attention to detail!

MM47222****Our stay at Longxi Vienus International Convention Center was fantastic. The room was impeccably clean. We were also treated to a complimentary fruit plate. The kids especially adored the large balcony, which offered expansive views of the pool and lush greenery. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that the kids absolutely loved. We'd like to specifically commend Ms. Gan Jingxuan for her incredibly thoughtful service. We also spent a significant amount of time enjoying the Longxi Hot Spring Water World. The water was pristine, the service was great, and there was an impressive array of hot spring pools to choose from. The children had a blast, especially with the bubble machine experience. Manager Wang Fang also deserves a special shout-out for her exceptionally attentive service. We definitely plan to return!

BBennexieThey upgraded our room directly, which was very kind of them. The hotel is super close to the scenic area and wonderfully quiet. The facilities are excellent, and there's even a Pizza Hut right next door. Breakfast was also fantastic, surprisingly good for this location. Plus, they gave us tickets to Wuzhen, hot spring vouchers, and free shuttle service.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay, and it was just as excellent as the first. Our butler, Tracy Zhang Xi, was incredibly responsive and provided thoughtful service. We initially had a different room than what we booked, but she promptly arranged a satisfactory change for us. She even helped us find an Ethernet cable and an HDMI cable, which was a huge plus. The hot springs at Haiwan Banshan are built into the mountainside, and the beautiful scenery is a definite advantage. There are over 10 different types of pools, each with a great view. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for extreme privacy, luxury, or a dedicated water play area for children. The kids' play area at Haiwan Banshan is quite large. Among 5-star hotels in Beijing with hot springs, only Club Med, Badaling Jinyu, and Xishan Hot Spring Blue Parrot probably offer bigger and more entertaining options. The suite was spacious, and the facilities were undeniably 5-star quality when compared to similar hotels. The only downside was the slightly higher price during holiday periods. The Ethernet port on the desk was fake; to get a wired connection, you had to use the port behind the bedroom TV, which was about 5 meters away. The butler could only find a 2-meter cable, which was a bit inconvenient for guests who need to work during their stay. I didn't get to try the Bian stone sweat steaming at the wellness center as too many people had booked it. The indoor air dome sports field is also very large, offering basketball, badminton, and table tennis, all of which require reservations. There's also a small outdoor ice rink where you can ice skate or play on ice sleds.

MM240113****The hotel's hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor areas, and there's also a dedicated family pool. The water temperature is just right, and the kids had a blast. After soaking, you feel completely refreshed. The relaxation area thoughtfully provides free drinks and fruits, perfect for quenching your thirst and re-energizing. The room was clean and tidy, and the heating was ample, making for a cozy stay in winter. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to assist, which made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, setting us up for an energetic day. What was most surprising was that the hotel offers skiing. After hitting the slopes, you can then relax in the hot springs, and all your fatigue melts away. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe were pleasantly surprised by the homely atmosphere upon arrival and were warmly greeted by the host (co-owner). We booked a room to accommodate 4 of us but realised upon arrival that it was a little too small to accommodate all of us. The host immediately gave us another adjoining room within the same chalet at a very reasonable rate. The rooms were very thoughtfully designed, for example there were heat lamps above the shower stall so that one did not have to contend with the cold after a shower; and the bathroom lights were motion sensor activated so that one did not have to stumble around in the middle of the night. The place is well-kept and has excellent and personalised service. We were driven by the host to the Nanshan ski park and nearby places for dinner, and on the last day to the train station; all this at no extra cost. The in-house dinner was good and delicious and very reasonably priced. It is a cozy place for families to gather and engage in recreational activities. We were treated to a traditional tea session within the premises by the host, who was extremely gracious and warm. All the co-owners were also extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, making our short stay there a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you! We will return in the near future! :)

MM43357****Traveling during the New Year's Day holiday, I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to Emily from the Guest Relations Department at this hotel! The hotel was packed with people during the holidays, and there was a constant stream of guests checking in, asking questions, and needing assistance. Yet, Emily maintained her full enthusiasm and patience throughout, without a hint of slacking off. We were staying with our child, and she proactively and thoughtfully took care of us, offering convenient services for children.
