As a solo traveler I enjoyed my time at Jingli Hotel. The location is convenient for traveling, there is a subway close by, three malls across the street and another mall about 10 minutes drive away. It was convenient to get around since the subway station was easy to navigate. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend

I've stayed here several times now, and the surrounding environment and service are consistently great. They're also flexible if you need to check out a little later. The cleanliness is very satisfying, and the service attitude is excellent. The young lady at the front desk was very proactive in helping me with an issue when I got back from work late at night. I'm very satisfied with this hotel.

The location of Beijing Futian Hotel is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The front desk service is top-notch; their meticulous care makes you feel right at home. The duty manager provided great service, and the customer relations service was very professional. The hotel's interior decoration is beautiful and grand, and the facilities are comprehensive: the washer-dryer combo is very convenient to use, the branded kitchen appliances are practical, and the Panasonic PM2.5 fresh air system circulates clean air. The food in the restaurant also suits my taste perfectly. This is definitely my top choice for both short and long stays. I'll be coming back often when I have the chance, and I give a big thumbs up to their service!

Great location, so close to subway. Also massive shopping centres with many food options and shopping options. Staff were very friendly and the overall hotel vibe is very young and chill. Can see why it ranked number 1 place in 4 star hotels. Management has done a fantastic job with the hotel. Laundry room seemed clean and modern and new, same with the lobby facilities. Generous mini bar and bottled water offerings as part of booking. Environmentally friendly design, with the motion sensors in room to turn off lighting if unused. My main disappointment was when we got new towels, one was fresh and one was smokey, like cigarettes drenched smell. No washing detergent smell at all. The hotel is a non smoking hotel so not sure how that happened. It was very bad, like if the towel had been used to contain smoking or something. But staff quickly amended this for me, so still 100% score from me :) Shout out to Su Yuchen for a really warm welcome and check in process. And Wangxin for going above and beyond to assit us with booking tickets. Big thanks to rest of team for a lovely stay. Will book here again for next year's visit and also look at booking CitiGo brands in other cities as well!

I stayed for four nights, and the hotel's location is super convenient, right on Qianmen Street, with a subway entrance directly across the road. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great experience!

Before coming, I saw many people saying that the Universal Hotel wasn't as good as the Nuo Hotel. However, because it's conveniently located right above Universal Studios, I decided to book it anyway. After checking in, I felt it completely exceeded my expectations. Hygiene/Facilities: The room was very clean. Although the windows were sealed, there was no damp or strange odor inside. The bedside tables even had corner protectors, and lotions, shower gels, etc., had security seals – something many five-star hotels don't do, as they usually use refillable dispensers. The number of bottled water bottles in the room was also more than what you'd find in a typical hotel. Environment/Service: Rooms with a view offer direct sight of the park. The hotel staff were proactive in their service. Luggage storage was very convenient, and even the cleaning staff would greet you in the hallway. Before check-in, a staff member called in advance to understand my needs. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the Universal Hotel. Plus, it's really close to the park; you can use a separate hotel passage, which allows early park entry an hour before opening, saving a lot of time.

The service was a bit inconsistent, but I have to say, they really delivered on my request for a room with a better view when I booked in advance, which is a big plus. The most bizarre thing, though, is that you have to pick up your own food deliveries; staff can't do it for you, and there are no robots either. As for the facilities, well, they're quite old-fashioned.

The Sofitel Grand Hotel was absolutely amazing! Since it was my first stay, they upgraded me to a suite for free, which was incredibly spacious and bright with separate living and sleeping areas – super comfortable. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view of the city. The bedding was so soft; I slept like a baby. The bathroom was large and clean, and the big bathtub was incredibly relaxing. The toiletries were good quality and smelled great. The service was warm, attentive, and quick to respond, making both check-in and check-out hassle-free. The entire experience was fantastic, I genuinely recommend it!

We are a family of 8. Really enjoyed our stay at Enjoy Hotel. Service provided by all the staffs are top notch. We would like to specially give credits to the following staffs, 邓女士， 王女士， 修女士 and 李女士 and the super tall front desk boy who went the extra mile in helping us carry our luggage up our transport to the airport. Kudos to the whole team. Well Done!

The hotel boasts an excellent location within the Second Ring Road, right by the Temple of Heaven Park. It's quiet and safe, which gave us great peace of mind travelling with our child. Situated within a training school compound and set back from the main road, it's particularly peaceful. While the hotel is a bit older, it's impeccably neat and clean. The rooms are a little small and the soundproofing is only average, but considering its prime location, we really can't complain.
