Guest UserMy family and I had a very satisfying stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel, which is perfect for families traveling with children.
The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained, providing a high level of comfort. Room service was prompt; items were delivered quickly, and cleaning was thorough and thoughtful. They even provided children's toiletries, which was a nice touch for the little ones.
The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, Cantonese dim sum, freshly cooked noodles, fruits, and desserts. There was plenty to choose from, and the food tasted good. Both adults and children could find something they liked, making it very convenient to eat well before heading to the theme park.
The hotel's amenities are excellent, with its own swimming pools and a water park. There are indoor and outdoor water play areas, so kids can swim and play to their heart's content, keeping them entertained for most of the day without even leaving the hotel.
There's also a small shop where you can buy snacks, daily necessities, and souvenirs, making simple purchases very convenient.
The free shuttle buses to and from Ocean Kingdom are frequent and punctual, making travel easy and stress-free. You don't have to worry about transportation, allowing for smooth trips to and from the park, which is very efficient.
Overall, the service was warm and attentive, and the hotel had a great vacation vibe. With its complete facilities for swimming, accommodation, dining, and transportation, it makes traveling with kids much easier. We will definitely prioritize staying here again on our next visit to Chimelong.

Guest UserFirst off, a big thank you to Flora for arranging everything! We stayed at Wanghailou and MGM before this, and while those were satisfactory, Angsana's service truly surprised us. They upgraded our original sea view room to a 'Premium Sea View,' which was fantastic. The elevator goes directly down to the pool, and the way the pool blends with the trees here creates a wonderful, Bali-like atmosphere. Plus, the sunshine in Zhuhai isn't as intense as in Sanya, making it feel very relaxing – a much more laid-back vibe than the scenic pool at Wanghailou. The only minor point was on the other side of the pool, it seemed like it needed a good clean, as there was a bit of plastic trash.
Since it wasn't a holiday, they also kindly arranged an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which I genuinely appreciated. At MGM, despite many empty rooms, they insisted on a 3 PM check-in, so comparisons are inevitable. The room facilities aren't brand new, but for the price point, they're perfectly fine, especially considering the neighboring hotels are over 3K.
The Thai restaurant, 'Miyan,' was delicious; every dish was excellent, even better than most Thai restaurants. Irene also helped us secure the only private room, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. My only suggestion: the price of the Coke was unnecessarily high. The food prices were reasonable, but the Coke felt really out of place. Also, I'd suggest considering packages that include the minibar. For a resort hotel, a small investment there could greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this was the best part of our trip, and we'll definitely be back!

My friends and I recently visited Guangzhou, and we chose to stay at the Magnificient Hotel Guangzhou Panyu Flagship Store. Our overall experience was fantastic, making it an absolute gem for anyone visiting Panyu! The ambiance, dining quality, and recreational facilities all far exceeded our expectations. The value for money is incredible, and I've already silently added it to my top hotel choices in Guangzhou.
The most impressive aspect of the hotel is its overall scenery and atmosphere. The entire building boasts an exquisite European castle style – grand, magnificent, and incredibly photogenic. The lobby exudes light luxury and elegance, with crystal chandeliers and a high-end feel throughout, perfect for snapping some great photos. Our room was brightly lit, with lush greenery outside the window and expansive views. It offered a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle, making our stay exceptionally comfortable and serene, creating a truly immersive atmosphere.
Dining was another delightful surprise during our stay. The breakfast buffet offered an incredibly rich variety, perfectly blending Chinese and Western cuisine. We had everything from stir-fried noodles to baked goods, egg tarts, salads, and juices – a complete mix of meat and vegetables, and dry and wet dishes. The food was fresh and authentic, and the staff were quick to replenish items, ensuring a full spread at all times, catering to the diverse tastes of seniors, children, and young adults. Besides the lavish breakfast, the hotel's afternoon tea was also a pleasant surprise, featuring a wide array of exquisite and tempting treats. Western-style mini cakes and nut biscuits were all available, along with fresh seasonal fruits, ice cream, and refreshing sodas, offering a perfect balance of sweet and savory, hot and cold. Enjoying afternoon tea by the window, gazing at the beautiful scenery, was incredibly leisurely and therapeutic, truly relaxing.
The recreational facilities were also superb for leisure time. The hotel features a well-equipped gym with a full range of professional fitness equipment, including cardio and strength machines. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, allowing us to keep up our workout routine even while traveling. It also boasts a stunning outdoor swimming pool with crystal-clear, regularly maintained water, surrounded by greenery, creating a comfortable environment. It's perfect for a refreshing swim in the summer or for taking picturesque photos.
Jasmine, at the front desk, checked us in very quickly, and the other hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, greeting us proactively and responding promptly. Their attention to detail was particularly thoughtful. Overall, the accommodation was comfortable, the dining was excellent, the facilities were complete, and the scenery was magnificent. The staff also mentioned that the restaurant on the first floor is currently being renovated and upgraded, and we're really looking forward to its reopening. This hotel is ideal for family trips, vacations with friends, or business travel. I sincerely recommend it to everyone and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Panyu, Guangzhou!

Guest UserRegarding the slow check-in process mentioned in some reviews, I want to be honest: the main reason for slow check-in is probably due to some guests not understanding their package details and asking too many questions during check-in, not the hotel front desk's fault! My check-in was very fast – just showed my ID, signed, paid the deposit, and no excessive questioning. This is because some guests might genuinely be unfamiliar with the hotel package details and need thorough explanations, and the hotel staff attentively listens and provides detailed answers, which naturally takes time. Besides, as an InterContinental member, I can check out late until 2 PM, which I think more than compensates for any delay in getting the room!
Although most guests can't get their room by 3 PM, the hotel provides beach cards for access to the beach and public pools. With this card, you can use a locker at the public pool service desk to store your luggage, and you'll get a wristband. So, it's not a problem if you can't get your room right away; you can store your large luggage in the lobby, change in the pool changing rooms, put your changed clothes in a locker, and then go for a swim! The pool water quality is good, disinfected every morning, and the central infinity pool visually blends with the sea and sky, creating a beautiful view. I spent two days relaxing there. With plenty of lifeguards on duty, kids can play safely and adults can relax. The pool and beach seem to open at 6 AM and close at 11 PM, which I think is a good timeframe. After all, lifeguards, lighting, and other resources cost money, and this schedule already makes up for any delay in room access!
After swimming, you can head to the restaurant for the buffet dinner at 5:30 PM. The dinner quality isn't exceptionally stunning, but I think the variety of dishes meets five-star hotel standards. Red wine, white wine 🍷, crayfish, oysters, over 10 types of desserts, and 5 types of ice cream are all-you-can-eat. We didn't try the hot pot 🥘 this time, maybe next time! Of course, if you want to eat enough to get your money's worth, that might not be for everyone, haha! We certainly didn't get our money's worth!
After dinner, a stroll along the beach is incredibly relaxing!
Thanks to the hotel manager for upgrading our room. The room was comfortable, and the facilities are very well-maintained! Everything that should be provided was there, and service was promptly responsive! We will definitely come back next time! Thank you.

Heiliqiao6612This hotel is our top choice for a family trip to Chimelong! It's right in the heart of the resort, with shuttle buses going directly to all the parks and exclusive access, saving us time and hassle.
The hotel has a jungle safari theme, which creates an amazing atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, and they have excellent facilities for families. The White Tiger Buffet Restaurant is a real highlight – you can dine while watching white tigers, and the food selection is extensive. The service is meticulous and thoughtful; they even mailed back forgotten items for free and included a gift, which was a very nice touch. Our stay was fantastic. It was so convenient to return to the hotel to rest after a tiring day of fun. We'll definitely stay here again!

YindunzhilongThis hotel was my choice for a summer family trip, booked in advance with a 'stay + play' package. We arrived around 4 PM and I was still surprised by how massive it is. The penguin theme is really distinct, and it was packed with people – clearly a popular place! There were staff members everywhere. We took their advice and went to the Ocean Kingdom first, entering in minutes through the hotel's exclusive pass. When we returned after 6 PM, it was indeed less crowded, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and odor-free, with child-friendly toiletries. The air conditioning worked great, the bedding was comfortable, and we had a view of the Ocean Kingdom from the window. We even discovered we could see the fireworks show at night, though unfortunately, a heavy rain that evening meant we had to miss Lang Lang's performance. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, explaining everything we needed to know about our stay and the park. For breakfast, they sent a QR code via WeChat, so no need to check at the front desk. Breakfast offered a huge variety, both Chinese and Western, and even though there were many people, it didn't feel chaotic. There was plenty of seating, and after a satisfying meal, we headed back into the park, full of good cheer. It was a very satisfying travel experience.

TiantiandechoubaobaoThe room was great, spacious and bright, and the location was absolutely fantastic – super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room; it was so noisy, constantly buzzing, which made it hard for my elderly parents to get a good night's sleep. Also, the parking fee was a bit expensive; it would be great if the hotel offered a discounted rate.

Adu2721. First, let's talk about the service: The hotel contacted me in advance, added me on WeChat, and informed me of important details. They upgraded my room for free to a Sky room, which mostly met my requests. Lin Lirong from housekeeping provided excellent and enthusiastic service. She proactively asked about any needs or dissatisfactions. I requested two extra towels and an additional blanket, and everything was perfectly handled. When checking out, they even gave us some extra drinks.
2. Next, the cleanliness: The hotel has been operating for a while, so it's a bit dated, but that's typical for beachfront hotels, so you can't expect too much.
3. Then, the dining: We booked the buffet breakfast and dinner. I can only say it was hard to describe; there were too many people, and we could only eat until we were full. Downstairs, right outside the hotel, there are many seafood street food stalls. The food quality is good, but the prices aren't cheap. I'd recommend not having dinner at the hotel.
4. Finally, the recreational facilities: The hotel's beach downstairs is very convenient. Although the sand on the beach is quite coarse, after walking about 5 meters into the water, the seabed sand is very fine, the water quality is excellent, and it's not deep, making it great for surfing. The accompanying children's play area with a ball pit and water park also made our kids very happy.

Guest UserWe were celebrating my child's birthday here, and when I informed the hotel, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and decorated the room for the little one. I really appreciate that. They mentioned we could claim a complimentary birthday cake with my child's ID, but only if the birthdate on the ID matched the current date. Since my child's birthday is celebrated according to the ***** calendar, it naturally didn't match. I feel like this policy could be a bit more flexible. Luckily, I happened to run into a delivery person bringing a cake to the hotel lobby, and I was able to order one from him right away. It arrived in about an hour. Overall, everything was excellent, and the environment was lovely.

Guest UserWe've stayed at this hotel more than once, and that alone speaks volumes. It's one of the best hotels for us when visiting Zhuhai, particularly for its location between Xiangzhou District and Hengqin. The sea-view rooms are especially wonderful; just opening the balcony door (or even just looking through it) will captivate you with the stunning views of the Haojiang River and Macau. You can fully enjoy events like the Macau fireworks in September or watch the sunrise in the morning without even leaving your room. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the lobby downstairs is a great spot for photos. It's also quite close to the Shizimen Huafa Mall, so if you find the hotel's dining options a bit pricey, you can walk a few hundred meters to the mall for a wider range of choices to suit any budget. A morning stroll by the sea is also incredibly pleasant.
