Very fun place and the staff were all so friendly providing top notch service. From the time u stepped into the resort till you leave the place you get friendly service and will be v well taken care of.

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

Very helpful staff made our birthday stay special and memorable. Views of Macau were excellent and as advertised. Only issue we had is the beds very very soft (our problem, not the hotels) but the staff were very helpful trying to make our stay more comfortable.

There was no way to get out of resort for meals if one is not driving . Meals can be costly when you have it at the Chimelong hotel . One better option is to take an internal shuttle bus to Pandan Hotel Food court as you are able to get cheaper option this way . Overall during autumn , the air in one of the room we booked is rather stale . Have to turn on the aroma fragrance oil . This is quickly resolved by leaving one keycard to have the room aircon stay on while we are away for meals . But I must say the hotel staff from lobby staff to room cleaners are all very helpful and kind . They will greet the guests whenever they see us and always come over to offer their assistance

My stay was pleasant, small decent boutique hotel. I like the location which is close to Wen Ming street with all the eateries cater for local which is more close to the local people. As for tourist you can go Beijing Street. MRT need to have a little walk but it was OK. Room was clean, I was assign at 6 floor which is very close to the Reception, Cafe and Washing Machine. Guest can use the washing machine for free, 2 in 1 (Wash + Dry) 60mins. Very convenient, throw the clothes to wash walk back to room shower blablabla then can collect the clothes already. So happy. They do provide free bottle water 500ml near the lift, just take if u need more. They do serve simple breakfast and supper, good enough.

They deserve full marks on everything. Hotel room was clean and hygienic which was my 1st priority. I travelled with my family having 3 adults and 1 kid. I booked a combo ticket for hotel+ ocean kingdom 2 days tickets. Big thanks to hotel management to upgrade my room to a duplex family suite and giving me free car parking. Hotel has multiple food options and lovely pool area. Kids can see dolphins at the hotel itself and can play around. Free shuttle bus service to all Chimelong places is available. Very well managed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Strongly recommend to stay here, I will certainly come back again!!!

we stayed there for the theme park and it was a great hotel - reception and concierge were really helpful and cheerful. breakfast was average, good value for money. all in all i would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very cool, able to see peacocks, rabbits, giant birds while eating breakfast and also in the lobby as well. It is a big hotel so we had to take time to go from 1 end to the other. You have to be on the advanced user of Wechat/Alipay to fully enjoy chimelong if you are not a local. Ordering room service requires wechat and also i had to connect to their wifi to access the food menu. there is also a convenience store at lvl 1, also a vending machine (using wechat) at every lift lobby. Take note that you have to walk 10-15mins out of you want to order food. Buying of circus tickets etc, all using wechat. For foreign travelers, we have to go to the ticketing station to register our faces. It is more of a themepark for locals, have to squeeze in the buffet line + shuttle buses to ferry you to the attractions. Managed to take the free cable car and see the panda at the zoo. The circus is a MUST GO, super impressive, upgrade to the VIP if you can, don't seat too near the front, the middle lane has performances as well. Recommended for family with small kids!

Recently changed brands name from Marco Polo to Cordis. The change seems to have meant there’s been some focus on improving staff training and they were very professional, attentive and helpful. Well located close to Xintiande and a short walk to local shopping malls and food halls. Rooms are modern and suites spacious- std rooms are a little larger and more modern than the CPlaza down the road and better value for money. Some renovations underway on some floors and throughout the hotel, but didn’t notice them from the room at all during the stay. Really practical desk layout is well suited for business travelers who have to work from the hotel, although wifi was rubbish, almost non-existent. When it did work it was really slow and painful so I couldn’t work from the room which was disappointing.

Overall speaking, the room was fantastic! The staff were attentive and polite. Our plan included a ”520 Confession Set Dinner” which had a steak (though cooked well-done), fried chicken rolls with bacon, a bowl of Caesar salad, a truffle sauce pasta with clamps. The food were good, at least we don't have anything to complain with this price. Also, the air-conditioning was great, which was outstanding compared to some 5-star hotels. Definitely recommend couples to have an overnight stay here.

The Deluxe Mountain View Twin Room (913) is an excellent choice. The spacious, clean, and well-appointed room and bathroom, along with the hotel's top-notch amenities such as the beautiful pool and fitness center, provided a wonderful stay. The exceptional service from the Front Office Manager, Ms. 王曉雨, who graciously accommodated an early check-in and arranged a delightful afternoon tea, is particularly noteworthy. The dining options, including the abundant breakfast and elegant afternoon tea, are also excellent. I was thoroughly satisfied and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

I've seen a lot of Hong Kong visitor staying here. Very convenient. Close to the night market (10-15 minutes walk). Room very spacious. Will stay again.

Always wanted to try this hotel seeing the photos on little red book, and it lived up to my expectations. In addition, they had a personal butler service to make you feel right at home! Estelle was our personal butler and she was attentive to our needs with 2 kids, she offered to send sand play toys (super useful for beach playtime) and children toiletries to our rooms. During the stay she helped with coordinating and was timely in responding to our needs. It was a truly relaxing holiday at Angsana and you can always have peace and enjoy hotel facilities or take a Didi conveniently to attractions close to the hotel.

Very quiet environment and comfortable to stay.restaurant is very nearby. Washing machine and even detergent is provided. Overall satisfied and will come back this hotel again.

Arrived at Ritz on a friday afternoon. Great location as it a short walk to subway stn (大戏院, APM line). Beside the hotel is Guangzhou library, just need to cut through the library to get to the subway stn. Lots of food options near the hotel too. Only downside of the hotel room is just not as cooling as i wished it was despite setting the room temperature to 16C. Overall, had an enjoyable stay in Ritz Carlton Guangzhou. Big thanks to Abner from Concierge who helped me when i faced some difficulties locating my food delivery.

It was a really magnificent one day trip to this place. All the personal from the Resort were really welcoming from the moment we arrived there till the last minute. Amazing views, excellent Hotspring, the buffet was great. Honestly there was nothing to regret about this place. I totally recommend it and I would definitely go back there again.

Excellent location within walking distance to subway station. Only 40+ rooms occupied the first four floor. Rest of the building is ordinary apartment complex using differnt entrance. Friendly staff and the rooms are relatively small. There is no luggage storge area within the premises. Laundary area is next to the cafe with all the washing necessity.

Staff are wonderful and friendly, responsive to requests for assistance almost immediately. Room is spacious and furnished with almost everything (except the stove) you need for an apartment such refrigerator, washer/dryer, a/c, and microwave. Two bottles of water per guest are provided daily. Located in the heart of the city where everything such as shopping , sightseeing, museums, and eateries is within walking distance. Beijing Road Pedestrian Street in vibrant and full of activities. It gives the feel of the Time Square in New York almost.Clean immaculate Metro stations nearby can take you anywhere in relative comfort, even though cars get crowded sometimes, if you want to venture out. PA on metro includes English and signs are easy to read. We stayed for 13 days and had a grand time playing tourists.

Took the weekend to relax between canton fair phase 1 & 2 , it was a fantastic way to spend the weekend. Nice room, different spas and faculties. restaurant was good , buffet breakfast was ok. recommend going here

Amazing trip! Excellent service, the staff was super friendly, helpful and extremely efficient! We also received a check-out gift. The complimentary afternoon tea with waffles and the breakfast was delicious. We also got a photo shoot done by a professional photographer and the pictures were amazing. The view is breathtaking, it will definitely make you feel like you are in Greece. Overall the experience was great and very worth it♥️♥️♥️

Celebrated my always birthday in paradise at Intercontinental Dameisha! 🌊✨ Stunning sea views, a private beach escape, and delicious dim sum made it unforgettable. I recently celebrated my always-18th birthday here lol, and it was nothing short of incredible. While the check-in processing took a bit longer than expected, the amazing staff, especially- Blue Du, really made my day special by offering me a beautiful room with a stunning sea view in a quieter area which required by me —thank you for that! The beach and swimming pool area were superb—private, clean, and staffed with plenty of lifeguards, which made me feel secure and at ease. I truly appreciated the attention to safety. As for the dining experience, I was pleasantly surprised by their Chinese restaurant, the food was delicious, and the dim sum exceeded my expectations—definitely better than your average dim sum place in SZ. (highly recommended the LaiChi shrimp ball and loster noodle, super yum!!) To top it all off, the hotel sent me a lovely fruit basket as an IHG member privilege at night, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday celebration, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed over at the hotel especially to use the hot springs just to find out that it was closed for maintenance. It would've been great if they let us know at the time of booking that the hot springs were closed. Outside of the hot springs, there isn't much to do. We went to the Knight Valley which cost an arm and a leg but there wasn't much else we could do. We could've visited just for the day and had the same experience without staying over at the hotel. A waste of money for sure. Nowhere on trip.com's hotel information does it mention that the hot spring's are closed for maintenance purposes. I would never have spent the money to stay over if I knew this in advance.

Very pleased with our stay. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, they can speak Cantonese and English too.

Distance from the nearest metro station is about 15 minutes walk. A lot of eating places around. If you prefer to cook yourself, groceries and supermarkets are around. A large market place is just a few stops away by the metro. About cooking, the apartment I was staying was equipped with a functional kitchen with sufficient kitchen utensils so that you can really do some simple cooking. General cleaniness is good. I noticed that they even mop the floors. You need a key card to reach your floor and open your door. Would seriously consider to stay in this apartment should I revisit this city again.

This hotel has it all for family vacations. Tickets to the park were included in our stay. Every day were performances and it took us 3 full days to do everything the park had to offer (with a 2.5 year-old). Hotel staff was friendly and helped us constantly. Free breakfast was good. Stayed in the treehouse and it was very humid, the bedsheets felt damp in fact. I wish to recommend a dehumidifier for the rooms to the hotel. Overall it was one of our best vacations; my wife wants to come back next year with the extended family!

The 202 room was so beautiful and we loved the most was the bath tub, looked so amazing. Besides, the view and the design of the room were so lovely, such as the in room music and movie projector which made our experience more romantic! What’s more, the services was so great that lighten up our journey! It was my wife’s birthday day and the house keepers would make B day decor to surprise my wife. Although the location of the hotel was far, the house keepers would make plans and contact taxi for us that’s really considerable of them! Thank you for visiting this hotel and we will definitely suggest to our friends who is also looking for amazing, unique, romantic staycaction!!!

The first time I went to this Swan Love Luohu branch, it was not bad. The location is very good. It is located at the intersection of Baoan South Road and Honggui Road. The lobby of Shengang Haoyuan Building is at the sixth floor. The front desk is right at the elevator. The subway entrance is not very close, but not far away. 700 meters is not far away. It is impossible to say that it is the hotel. That would be too fake, haha. The main thing is that it is easy to find. Just walk straight along Honggui Road and Baoan South Road. The lobby of Swan Love is very spacious and grand. When I came, there were many people and the front desk was busy, but they saw me and asked me to sit on the sofa for a while. It was very good and polite. They didn't ignore me because they were busy. I booked a room with a bathtub and a projection screen. After checking in, the front desk also said that there was a customer service contact and WIFI account and password on the back of the room card. There was also the hotel's takeaway address below, haha, which saved me from looking for it. It was really good. After entering the room, I felt pretty good. I saw the big bathtub at a glance. It was very conspicuous. I inserted the card and found that it was automatic curtains. It was very good. In addition, the front desk can still call the smart voice control Xiaodu to control the curtains, lights, screen projection, and music. The big projection screen is also great. Watching movies is very fast. It can also support mobile phone projection. There are also disposable items in the room, which are very sturdy. Because it is a room with a bathtub, a disposable bath bag is also given. The hygiene of the room is also very good. No dirt, hair, or dust was found. The sofa is also very soft. It is very good. I need an extra pair of disposable slippers at night, which are also brought quickly. The experience is very good. I will bring friends to stay with me next time

1. The delivery of room unit is not on-time. The excuses of previous tenant have not check out on time is not acceptable. We pay the rent & we expect to take the unit on time. We have to wait 2 to 3 hours for the key & wait for cleaning process. We travel from overseas and carry 3 large luggage. It is just not convenient. 2. This apartment allow smoking in the unit. It is not acceptable where the sofa, the bedsheet, the whole unit is smell of smoke. In fact, all occupant of this building all smoke inside the building. Smoke travel through sewerage pipe & air vent get inside our units at 1am & 4am at night. 3. The cleanliness is not up to standard. While we are staying we requested cleaning services once. After cleaning, i still saw dirty mark and stain at toilet floor & tooth paste at basin. 4. BED BUGS & COCKROACHES! My family and I got bed bug bites after staying there for 4 nights. Please keep this in mind and note that they only clean your room if requested.

The location is very good, right next to Qiniang Mountain and the Geopark Museum (about 10 minutes walk), it is very convenient to go to Qiniang Mountain. There is also a bus stop downstairs. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, the air is good, and it is suitable for a relaxing tour. The homestay is beautifully designed, the service is good, and there is a meticulous butler service. The breakfast is quite rich.
