Anson from Concierge patiently followed up on my car booking from before check-in all the way until check-out. Everything was arranged perfectly! A big thank you to everyone I met at the hotel! The hotel offers a complete range of dining options, from a buffet to dim sum, Western, and Chinese cuisine, so there's no need to worry about not finding good food during holidays or festivals. There was even a lion dance on the first day of the ***** New Year, which was great! The hotel's location is also excellent: it's at the start of Lover's Road, making it very convenient for trips to Macau and Hong Kong. It's also super close to the popular restaurant 'Jin Yue Xuan'.

The biggest fear on a business trip is a hotel with poor soundproofing, where you can hear every movement next door and every footstep in the hallway, making it impossible to work or rest peacefully. But at Li Shang Hotel, closing the door felt like entering a quiet little world; the outside noise was completely isolated. Working late into the night, it was dead silent, with only the sound of my keyboard. Sleeping was even more peaceful; I slept soundly until morning, undisturbed by any external noise. This absolutely deserves full marks! Other facilities in the room were equally excellent. The 1.8-meter king-size bed was soft and comfortable, with just the right mattress support—not too soft or too hard. After a day of business, lying on it immediately brought relaxation. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the biggest surprise was the bathtub inside. It was spotlessly clean, without any water stains or strange odors, and the tub walls were smooth and pristine. After finishing work in the evening, drawing a hot bath to soak away the day's fatigue was truly a small luxury on a business trip. The toiletries were of good quality, with a fresh scent, and very pleasant to use. Standing by the French window in the room, I could also enjoy the city view of Zhuhai; the view was expansive. During the day, sunlight streamed in, making the room bright and airy, which lifted my spirits. The hotel's location is also excellent. Although not in the bustling city center, it's not far from major attractions. If I wanted to visit Lovers' Road or the Opera House during my downtime, it was very convenient by car or taxi. There were also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making daily outings completely hassle-free. Another surprise worth mentioning was the handcrafted coffee made by Miss Rose at the front desk! When checking in, Rose enthusiastically asked if we'd like a cup of coffee. I agreed casually, but when I tasted it, I was instantly amazed. The coffee had a rich aroma and a smooth taste, with a perfect balance of bitterness and acidity—it was easily comparable to a specialty coffee shop. After one cup, I felt completely refreshed and much more motivated for work. Miss Rose was also incredibly gentle, providing thoughtful yet unobtrusive service that made me feel very comfortable. Throughout my stay, Li Shang Hotel truly gave me many surprises: a quiet environment, practical amenities, a well-designed room, a clean bathtub, and amazing handcrafted coffee. Every detail felt comforting and considerate. For business travelers, this is definitely an ideal accommodation choice, allowing for both focused work and comfortable rest, offering excellent value for money. The next time I'm in Zhuhai for business, I will definitely stay at Li Shang Hotel again and recommend it to friends who need to travel for business or leisure. Such a hidden gem deserves to be discovered by more people!

The sky garden lobby on the 6th floor was a delightful surprise – lots of greenery and fresh air, which instantly helped ease my work stress during check-in. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The fridge was perfect for drinks and fruit, and the huge projection screen with Tencent membership was a lifesaver for unwinding with some TV after work; it's even better if you have your own membership for watching shows. The butler service was absolutely amazing; they responded instantly on WeChat and were incredibly accommodating, bringing me printing paper super quickly. Professional and thoughtful, this is definitely my top choice for business travel!

Check-in was super fast, and the room was absolutely fantastic, far exceeding what you'd expect for this price point. It had a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area, and my child's favorite, a square bathtub. The bed was also extremely comfortable. All in all, whenever I come to Shenzhen in the future, this will be my go-to place.

My stay at the Hilton Zhongshan Le Méridien truly left a deep impression on me. The hotel is located in the heart of the city with excellent views. The room design is a bit vintage but still very stylish. I particularly appreciated the service at the executive lounge, which was quiet and professional. The gym had a full range of equipment, and the pool temperature was just right. The staff were warm and attentive, making the entire experience from check-in to check-out seamless. It was a high-quality stay that offered great value for money, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

I bought a hotel package that included breakfast and dinner. I used it two days before Chinese New Year and had to pay an extra 300, which made the price pretty much the same as booking a room separately and then purchasing dinner and breakfast as needed. So, there wasn't much of a price advantage. The hotel is right by the Star Lake Greenway, and it's only about a 15-minute walk to the East Gate of the Seven Star Crags scenic area. The hotel's location is excellent.

The basic room for Chinese New Year was quite pricey due to the fireworks display. The room itself was more spacious than expected, clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout. It even had a desk, a bay window, and a bathtub. Upon arrival, a bellhop immediately came to take our luggage from our car at the hotel entrance and brought it to our room. It wasn't until we checked in on New Year's Eve that we learned about the traffic control starting at 8 AM on New Year's Day. There were barricades everywhere on the island, turning what should have been a 10-minute walk to Yongqingfang into two or three times that distance, which really impacted our experience. On our second day, we surprisingly discovered that our room door could be opened without a key card. I'm not sure if it was already broken on the first day, but we wouldn't have found out if our child hadn't opened the door directly. The hotel sent someone to fix it, but their reaction was quite nonchalant, as if it were a minor, insignificant issue. For single female travelers, I'd suggest being cautious and checking this first. The fireworks over Baie Lake were stunning and truly breathtaking. Yutang Chunnuan was overrated; Qiaomei Restaurant right outside the hotel was much better.

The location is incredibly convenient! It's in the heart of Luohu, just a five-minute walk to Laojie Station, and both MixC and King Glory Plaza are practically on your doorstep. Whether you're traveling for business or looking to explore and dine, this is an excellent starting point. Although the hotel has been around for some years, it's well-maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views, especially from the executive floors where you can overlook the city skyline. The service details truly enhance the experience. The front desk is efficient, and the concierge proactively assists with luggage. My favorite spot is the revolving restaurant on the top floor. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes. Window seats need to be booked in advance, but they are absolutely worth it, especially around sunset when you can watch the sky turn crimson. The surrounding area has a vibrant local atmosphere. You can find authentic Chaoshan claypot porridge right downstairs, and just a short walk away, there are tea restaurants favored by locals. If it's your first time in Shenzhen and you want both convenience and good value, the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu is a smart choice. The value for money is indeed excellent, especially compared to similarly-rated hotels in Futian. Here, you get a prime location and reliable service at a more reasonable price. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.
