The check-in-process is very smooth and staff is very professional. The room is quite spacious, we have a queen bed and a small bed for my son. Our bed matress is comfortable but the kid bed is quite hard, is not really recommended unless you place the comforter on the mattress, then is comfortable enough to sleep in. The cleaniless is OK. We did not use the internet as we connect to the foreign website so we use our own mobile and act as a modem. We only ate at the Penguin restaurant. We ate breakfast and dinner at the Penguin restaurant. One of the meal - we paid ourselves, the food that hotel charge is not exactly cheap, BUT they have so much choices and taste pretty delicious. There are so many diners that it is amazing how the staff keep it running efficiently. The hotel is very near to the Ocean world, like walking distance 3 minutes and to go to the spaceship you need to take shuttle, but all is arranged conveniently for the customers. I am very happy with my choice of the trip and highly recommend this hotel.

Chimelong Hotel is a massive property with only three restaurants. If you stay for more than two nights, like we did, you might find the food variety a bit repetitive, although the dishes are generally delicious. However, the food prices are on the higher side. The rooms are spacious, especially the family room with a king bed and two single beds, which are both comfortable and roomy. While the rooms are somewhat dated and some corners have old dirt, it’s clear that the staff make a concerted effort to keep them as clean as possible. One of the highlights for families is the hotel’s effort to delight children with small surprises, such as cute cartoon designs on toiletries, cups, wall decorations, ceilings, TV panels, cabinets, and slippers. The most impressive feature is the White Tigers Restaurant, where you can enjoy a buffet breakfast while watching two real white tigers, flamingos, and birds around the restaurant. The restaurant is large, and food is replenished promptly, with a good variety of mostly local Chinese cuisine. The management team does an excellent job running such a large restaurant with a significant staff, although there is often a long queue to enter. The hotel provides transport to the wildlife safari park and bird park, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the circus and theme park opposite the hotel. The check-in and checkout process is smooth, though it typically involves a 15-20 minute wait. Overall, it is a nice family hotel for activities at the three parks. My children enjoyed their stay at this hotel.

Very fun place and the staff were all so friendly providing top notch service. From the time u stepped into the resort till you leave the place you get friendly service and will be v well taken care of.

Hengqin Bay Hotel Changlong is the first choice A very good accommodation experience❤️👍🏻 Whether it is facilities or accommodation conditions, scenery, sea view and garden scenery, they all have their own characteristics. Suitable for all ages such as parent-child, family, business, etc. Parent-child fun is more recommended. Non-winter is the next non-winter. The items are more abundant. Water amusement park, flamingo zoo, parent-child reading are all suitable for children. There are also commuter buses to the Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park, which is also very convenient. The hotel butler is very considerate. Overall praise from the commentator👍🏻❤️

Panda-themed. Overall experience was quite good, because my kids love the panda decorations and the water park very much. We didn't go to the safari park, birds park, or circus because my kids didn't want to. Maybe we should come and visit these places next time!

I went there for the second time because of the good experience I had the first time months ago. This time the parking lot was full, it took me 20 minutes to get a parking space, later there was a long line for a bus excursion visitors, they do not have another representative for regular travelers, which was annoying and disappointing. Later they assigned me a family room, far from my expectations, with toys and camping tend in the room. After my complaint, they changed the room far, far away, just in the corner of the hotel with terrible view and not good moon of the employee. The room looks old and smell to humidity as well that you can see some scratches in the wall and furniture. It was dissapointed experience, they do not have a constant level of service, next time I will look for another option in the area.

One or two small minor inconveniences but can't the overall service more than made up for it. Maybe a bit difficult for English speakers but can't fault them - we chose to go to China and to this particular hotel, so it's only fair we made the effort to learn a bit of Chinese!

Huafa Place was a pleasant surprise. I was a little skeptical at first because of its low price, but since I was only staying for 1 night, I opted for the room with the lowest rate, a room with 2 twin beds with city view. I was greeted by Joey who was very helpful and nice, and upgraded me with a room ion the high floor with view. When I stepped into the room, I found that the room offered more than a beautiful water view of Macau, but it also had a living room and a big balcony. The 2 twin beds were comfortable, supportive but not hard (which is the norm for most Asian hotels). There was also a plate of fresh fruit on the coffee table, another surprise. When I checked out, Ann was there and she was just as pleasant. I will not hesitate to come back to Huafa Place when I come to ZhuHai again.

Good location with excellent reception Appreciate the quick intervention of the hotel staff with noisy chn in another room at 12:15am for one particular night. Hotel has good housekeeping with good towels/ clean room and smoke free rooms. Good that water is available all the time. Toiletries are replaced daily. Love the good mattress and bright room! Despite this, the proximity to the main attractions makes it a good choice for families and travelers looking for an immersive Chimelong experience. I would highly recommend staying at least 3 days and 2 nights (3D2N) to fully enjoy everything the hotel and the nearby attractions have to offer. This duration allows you to experience the circus, Ocean Park, and other activities without feeling rushed. In summary, the Zhuhai Chimelong Circus Hotel is a great option for a fun-filled getaway, with good food, spacious accommodations, and an excellent location near key attractions.

Our room, food, and service were all excellent! We loved every minute of our stay, especially the private bathtub and pool on our balcony. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both exceptional. great customer service. they let me check in early 12 noon and check out late 2pm. convenient location with lots of shopping nearby. clean amd quiet inside room. nice projector TV. big bathroom with full size mirror. would stay here again.

The hotel staff were really excellent, friendly, polite, professional and very helpful. Each time I need anything everyone does their best to help me. The view of my opera facing room was magnificent, the breakfast was excellent and the in-room dining was delicious as well. I truly recommend it and definitely I will come back during my next visit.

Cosy hotel next to the famous temple...very very old temple. Busy during daytime. Near to train station also. Lots of food. Hotel is cosy and simple. Only problem walls are thin as can hear talking. Some guests also smoke at the hotel corridor. I have completed to reception and also told the guests off but the guests don't care. nice cosy hotel. Definitely come back. Location is within walking distance to many places.

The resort has clean and modern interior. The room is spacious with scenic mountain view from the balcony. There are different themed hot spring pools. Some pools have small private pavilion which we enjoyed the privacy. My kids love the indoor water park with slides and wave pool. I highly recommend the food in the restaurant with ala carte menu! Fine cooking with fresh ingredients. Simply delicious! The restaurant and hotel staff are friendly and professional. In addition, the resort is just a few minutes away by car to the popular site, Baishuizhai waterfall! We really had an awesome and memorable stay Skov River Resort! \(^o^)/

Fantastic location, but we paid extra for a window and that is just a small thing. Breakfast was basic, only one staff at the entrance and room was OK. Unfortunately they hadn't properly cleaned the toilets. Recommended just for the Location.

It's fine to stay at. But don't expect too much. There is a kitchen, but no pans to cook with or plates to serve on. Housekeeping barely does it's job. Some days only brings new towels, not even collects the dirty ones. Bedding isn't renewed although obviously needed. The appartments are in need of renovation.

This was the perfect place to start our holiday! The staff are amazing, thoughtful and always ready to help. The food service was quick and delicious, delivered straight to our door. It’s my second time here and it’s still very good. The most I like about this hotel is the swimming pools (3 outdoor and 1 indoor) and the seaview. Breakfast is also very good with a lot of selections.

It was my first time travelling to suburban area in shenzhen. The drive from Futian took around 1 hour to arrive. The Butler has been contacting us before our arrival to make sure everything was smooth. We were surprised by the architecture and the location which was set at the mountain, it is quite private but still it is a short distance to the beach and beach side seafood restaurants. The Butler welcome us at the reception and everything was clean and ready at our room. The package come with 20mins photography, afternoon tea and morning breakfast. The photography “ah lon” (Mr Dragon) was a great photographer. He is over my expectations because his level of aesthetics is over the top! He is professional and quick enough to send me all the photos within same day! I am very happy with the outcome and this is absolutely another to do list if you come to Shen zhen. I would recommend people to come to this hotel to enjoy a relaxing night, with seafood meal at the beach area.

The hotel is in the mountain close to the Nanshan park. It is a little dated but we had a private cabin which has good privacy and very spacious. The weather was rainy, could be better if the weather is nice. We have a few big luggage but the cabin is up in the hill so it takes some effort to lift all the luggages up to the cabin.

Distance from the nearest metro station is about 15 minutes walk. A lot of eating places around. If you prefer to cook yourself, groceries and supermarkets are around. A large market place is just a few stops away by the metro. About cooking, the apartment I was staying was equipped with a functional kitchen with sufficient kitchen utensils so that you can really do some simple cooking. General cleaniness is good. I noticed that they even mop the floors. You need a key card to reach your floor and open your door. Would seriously consider to stay in this apartment should I revisit this city again.

Every time I book, I will ask the customer service to help me keep the room I like. There are food, accommodation, and shopping nearby. It is very convenient. The hotel is very close to the border and is worth recommending... Special thanks to this store's excellent customer service!

The room is spacious and clean. The view from room is nice, having a 180 degree view of the sea/lake, the breakfast area is average as they are renovating and hotel guests have to use a temporary space for having breakfast, but the handmade noodles were awesome

1. The delivery of room unit is not on-time. The excuses of previous tenant have not check out on time is not acceptable. We pay the rent & we expect to take the unit on time. We have to wait 2 to 3 hours for the key & wait for cleaning process. We travel from overseas and carry 3 large luggage. It is just not convenient. 2. This apartment allow smoking in the unit. It is not acceptable where the sofa, the bedsheet, the whole unit is smell of smoke. In fact, all occupant of this building all smoke inside the building. Smoke travel through sewerage pipe & air vent get inside our units at 1am & 4am at night. 3. The cleanliness is not up to standard. While we are staying we requested cleaning services once. After cleaning, i still saw dirty mark and stain at toilet floor & tooth paste at basin. 4. BED BUGS & COCKROACHES! My family and I got bed bug bites after staying there for 4 nights. Please keep this in mind and note that they only clean your room if requested.

During the last two days of the holiday, I wanted to go to the mountains to relax quietly. I found this B&B on Ctrip. It is an exquisite, Zen hotel with scenery everywhere, very clean and comfortable. Hotel butler-level service, fruit wine souvenirs when checking in, and gifts when checking out; delicious breakfast, Shanghai noodles, porridge, salad; The dishes of the famous homestay are exquisite and delicious~ You can drink tea and read quietly in the teahouse, and there is a small courtyard outdoors for activities~ There are many places to play around. Come to Dapeng Peninsula, like clean and comfortable B&Bs, this location is a very ideal choice, you can play in the mountains and swim in the water.

this is my 3rd time booking for this hotel. I stayed for more than 1 week each time. The front desk receptionist and manager were very helpful and friendly. We were greet politely from the moment we step in the hotel main hall. During the stay our problems with hotel facilities such as card access and request for bottled drink were attended immediately without delay. They reception service is available 24/7. During my stay, the team extended their help on our Alipay issues, food ordering issues, medical attention and taxi booking. The payment for hotel stay and laundry was not tedious and the process is easy and fast. The location is strategic where it is close to a few convenience stores and restaurant. Outlets is just walkable distance from the hotel entrance. The hotel has a guarded compound therefore even though is near to the public beaches which is very crowded yet very secure and tranquil within the facility. Recently the construction work in front the hotel has completed where new pedestrian path and crossing traffic light were up and functioning. The hotel room is clean (daily room keeping) and provide all necessary personal consumable. Worth mentioned that they provided shoe cleaning kit, umbrella, additional slipper and towel for beach use. Overall, the hotel stay is worth the cost and will stay with them again.
