The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China. We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

My stay was pleasant, small decent boutique hotel. I like the location which is close to Wen Ming street with all the eateries cater for local which is more close to the local people. As for tourist you can go Beijing Street. MRT need to have a little walk but it was OK. Room was clean, I was assign at 6 floor which is very close to the Reception, Cafe and Washing Machine. Guest can use the washing machine for free, 2 in 1 (Wash + Dry) 60mins. Very convenient, throw the clothes to wash walk back to room shower blablabla then can collect the clothes already. So happy. They do provide free bottle water 500ml near the lift, just take if u need more. They do serve simple breakfast and supper, good enough.

Fantastic experience all around. Stayed in the hotel room and also in the camping caravan. Both the adults and kids loved the experience. One or two small minor inconveniences but can't the overall service more than made up for it. Maybe a bit difficult for English speakers but can't fault them - we chose to go to China and to this particular hotel, so it's only fair we made the effort to learn a bit of Chinese!

There was no way to get out of resort for meals if one is not driving . Meals can be costly when you have it at the Chimelong hotel . One better option is to take an internal shuttle bus to Pandan Hotel Food court as you are able to get cheaper option this way . Overall during autumn , the air in one of the room we booked is rather stale . Have to turn on the aroma fragrance oil . This is quickly resolved by leaving one keycard to have the room aircon stay on while we are away for meals . But I must say the hotel staff from lobby staff to room cleaners are all very helpful and kind . They will greet the guests whenever they see us and always come over to offer their assistance

It was really special to have the complimentary afternoon tea by the playful dolphins. The ferry ride to Ocean Kingdom was nice too! The pools and fitness gym were proper. We would have enjoyed some pool fun if we had brought our swiming attire. Overall very satisfied and we'll definitely book this hotel again :)

The kids enjoy the hotel internal mini zoo. I can see the hotel operator is trying very hard to make it like a world class resort just like Disney but somehow it appeared very ”localize” kids friendly hotel. The room is quite smelly with smoke even thought we specially requested for non smoking room. Location wise is fantastic if you looking for easy accessibility for the zoo, theme park and circus.

The Deluxe Mountain View Twin Room (913) is an excellent choice. The spacious, clean, and well-appointed room and bathroom, along with the hotel's top-notch amenities such as the beautiful pool and fitness center, provided a wonderful stay. The exceptional service from the Front Office Manager, Ms. 王曉雨, who graciously accommodated an early check-in and arranged a delightful afternoon tea, is particularly noteworthy. The dining options, including the abundant breakfast and elegant afternoon tea, are also excellent. I was thoroughly satisfied and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

Good location with excellent reception Appreciate the quick intervention of the hotel staff with noisy chn in another room at 12:15am for one particular night. Hotel has good housekeeping with good towels/ clean room and smoke free rooms. Good that water is available all the time. Toiletries are replaced daily. Love the good mattress and bright room! Huafa Place was a pleasant surprise. I was a little skeptical at first because of its low price, but since I was only staying for 1 night, I opted for the room with the lowest rate, a room with 2 twin beds with city view. I was greeted by Joey who was very helpful and nice, and upgraded me with a room ion the high floor with view. When I stepped into the room, I found that the room offered more than a beautiful water view of Macau, but it also had a living room and a big balcony. The 2 twin beds were comfortable, supportive but not hard (which is the norm for most Asian hotels). There was also a plate of fresh fruit on the coffee table, another surprise. When I checked out, Ann was there and she was just as pleasant. I will not hesitate to come back to Huafa Place when I come to ZhuHai again.

Room is spacious and clean. Walking distance to Ocean Kingdom. Bought with breakfast & dinner and entrance to Ocean Kingdom. Dinner has good spread and yummy food. Ocean Kingdom is a great place for kids and adults with interesting n exciting rides. Love the shark aquarium, penguin, sea lions/walrus and also all the shows. The best is the Fireworks Ocean Symphony at the end of the day. Really spectacular performance. Had a great time here.

Location is good just 1 bus stop from Gongbei Macau to Zhuhai border entry. Many restaurants and supermart within walking distance. Nature massage just on 2nd floor. Hotel room all at 3 floor. Room is spacious and quiet. Just a slight traffic noise from Lover Road. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast typical Chinese style. Not much variety. Just nice for us to leave some room on our stomach to taste other street foods. Reception staffs very friendly.

great customer service. they let me check in early 12 noon and check out late 2pm. convenient location with lots of shopping nearby. clean amd quiet inside room. nice projector TV. big bathroom with full size mirror. would stay here again.

I had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The location is perfect, offering easy access to both the city and serene views. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The place is clean, the staffs are helpful and patient. Location is about a five minute walk from Ximenkou station ( exit C).!Turn right and walk towards the temple. Hotel is to the left of it. Lots of street foods and restaurants. Macdonald is by the station. Will definitely stay here again.

The resort has clean and modern interior. The room is spacious with scenic mountain view from the balcony. There are different themed hot spring pools. Some pools have small private pavilion which we enjoyed the privacy. My kids love the indoor water park with slides and wave pool. I highly recommend the food in the restaurant with ala carte menu! Fine cooking with fresh ingredients. Simply delicious! The restaurant and hotel staff are friendly and professional. In addition, the resort is just a few minutes away by car to the popular site, Baishuizhai waterfall! We really had an awesome and memorable stay Skov River Resort! \(^o^)/

Staff are wonderful and friendly, responsive to requests for assistance almost immediately. Room is spacious and furnished with almost everything (except the stove) you need for an apartment such refrigerator, washer/dryer, a/c, and microwave. Two bottles of water per guest are provided daily. Located in the heart of the city where everything such as shopping , sightseeing, museums, and eateries is within walking distance. Beijing Road Pedestrian Street in vibrant and full of activities. It gives the feel of the Time Square in New York almost.Clean immaculate Metro stations nearby can take you anywhere in relative comfort, even though cars get crowded sometimes, if you want to venture out. PA on metro includes English and signs are easy to read. We stayed for 13 days and had a grand time playing tourists.

Elevator a little annoying because too many people and have to change it in the 23rd floor but everything else was amazing Location and everything Worth it

Pros: 1) Breakfast was decent given at its price. Small but sufficient spread with fruits, bread and a mixture of snacks. 2) Supper of instant noodles and some bread 3) Convenient location, very near male clothes street and shangxiajiu pedestrian street although it was old 4) Decent room size Cons: 1) Cracked tile at the entrance of our room which was quite dangerous. 2) Creaky bed which made every movement very loud, even tossing and turning Rating:7/10. I will probably book another hotel as the creaking sounds bothered us quite abit.

Amazing trip! Excellent service, the staff was super friendly, helpful and extremely efficient! We also received a check-out gift. The complimentary afternoon tea with waffles and the breakfast was delicious. We also got a photo shoot done by a professional photographer and the pictures were amazing. The view is breathtaking, it will definitely make you feel like you are in Greece. Overall the experience was great and very worth it♥️♥️♥️

Very nice short holiday in intercontinental. Very nice beach nice facility and very beautiful and comfortable rooms. The best part is the new one with lounge facilities with a stunning infinity pool. We got assisted very well by Alice, she helps us upgrade our room into the lounge access one, and she did a fantastic job! Thanks! We would be back soon!

It was my first time travelling to suburban area in shenzhen. The drive from Futian took around 1 hour to arrive. The Butler has been contacting us before our arrival to make sure everything was smooth. We were surprised by the architecture and the location which was set at the mountain, it is quite private but still it is a short distance to the beach and beach side seafood restaurants. The Butler welcome us at the reception and everything was clean and ready at our room. The package come with 20mins photography, afternoon tea and morning breakfast. The photography “ah lon” (Mr Dragon) was a great photographer. He is over my expectations because his level of aesthetics is over the top! He is professional and quick enough to send me all the photos within same day! I am very happy with the outcome and this is absolutely another to do list if you come to Shen zhen. I would recommend people to come to this hotel to enjoy a relaxing night, with seafood meal at the beach area.

excellent location and view, staff is very friendly. One downside in service is that there is no restaurant after 4 pm , so you have to order food from outside. However staff (邓鄧) helped me to order from outside. Rooms are specious and the surrounding is great. However it needs a renovation very badly as the carpets are really innbad shape as well the facilities are dated.

Distance from the nearest metro station is about 15 minutes walk. A lot of eating places around. If you prefer to cook yourself, groceries and supermarkets are around. A large market place is just a few stops away by the metro. About cooking, the apartment I was staying was equipped with a functional kitchen with sufficient kitchen utensils so that you can really do some simple cooking. General cleaniness is good. I noticed that they even mop the floors. You need a key card to reach your floor and open your door. Would seriously consider to stay in this apartment should I revisit this city again.

Very pleased with our stay. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, they can speak Cantonese and English too.

We love this hotel and when we want to have really good vacation, we choose Interlaken. I just hope breakfasts could be more western, better choice for western food. Same for evening buffet.

Besides the slowwr than usual lift, everything is perfect. Location is excellent.. Just 200m from Shenzhen North Station (深圳北站). Plenty of eateries just 600m away which comprise more local stuffs (search for Yushen on your Map). The hotel is actually a SOHO unit (office/home) and is like 90m in size complete with a LOFT, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Price is reasonable too.

Facilities: I like the design style of this B&B and the decoration materials are heavy-duty, not the kind of cheap plastic feeling Hygiene: It is quite clean, no bugs or hair, etc. Environment: It is the last building in an open residential community, with a mountain at the back and its own small garden, and it is very quiet to sleep at night Service: The B&B staff are very professional, warm and thoughtful. They arranged a courier for us when we forgot to take things when we checked out. We can also add extra beds and quilts. Check-out is delayed until 2 o'clock, which is very humane Disadvantages: The opening of the trash can is too small, it is not easy to throw garbage, and it is full after a few throws The bathroom toilet is transparent glass, which should be a design error. However, you can hang a curtain, but the toilet and bathroom can also see each other from the inside. It is recommended to put Frosted stickers Breakfast is not self-service, it is a designated food.
