I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! The cleanliness is top-notch; every corner of the room is spotless, not a speck of dust, and the bedding is changed for every new guest, which is very reassuring. The facilities are excellent, with a washing machine, refrigerator, and even a large projector with a Tencent membership, so you can enjoy the comfort of home even while traveling. The hotel environment is fantastic, very comfortable and incredibly quiet, completely undisturbed by outside noise. The front desk service is superb; the ladies are all very enthusiastic. I added them on WeChat after checking in, and they respond promptly to any request, delivering items very quickly. The most pleasant surprise was when I casually mentioned wanting to see the light show, and the front desk immediately and thoughtfully arranged a suitable room. The view of the light show from the balcony was incredible, with half of the beautiful scenery in full view. The experience was amazing and definitely worth revisiting many times over!

This was my second time staying here. The location is incredibly convenient, right above Fuhuali, which has all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also very close to the border crossing. The value for money is excellent, it's comfortable to stay in, and the facilities are comprehensive. The kids especially loved it. I'll definitely be back next time!

The location is superb, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The park shuttle downstairs makes it very convenient to get to all Chimelong parks. My child loved it! The hotel is new, with great views and a good outlook. The staff are very patient and have a good service attitude, and the front desk is very professional. The location is fantastic, with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby, making it perfect for families with kids. It's also very close to the high-speed train station and the airport. The lobby is large, whimsically designed, and very well-lit! All the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel lobby is well-equipped, and the lobby staff provide excellent service, responding promptly to any requests. The concierge offers free and fast luggage storage, and the floor attendants are also very welcoming. The room is clean, tidy, and warmly decorated, with all facilities available. My child particularly loved the ocean-themed cups and toothbrushes – so cute! There are many shuttle bus services, and the drivers are very friendly. It's very convenient and fun to bring children here, and the hotel service is also very thoughtful. All in all, this is a highly recommended hotel! The restaurant's dishes are fresh, delicious, and well-balanced nutritionally, and the service staff are attentive to children. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient, with easy transport connections to all Chimelong parks. The reception staff greeted us warmly, and check-in was very quick. The hotel tried its best to meet all our needs, making our stay even smoother. The room was well-lit, cozy, comfortable, clean, and odor-free. If we needed anything, we could contact housekeeping for delivery. Overall, the service was excellent. We'll definitely choose the Spaceship Hotel again next time!

The service far exceeded my expectations! As soon as I left the high-speed rail station, I saw the big 'L Hotel' sign. It's just a short walk across the street from the border crossing. Check-in is on the 5th floor, and a room was immediately available for early check-in, which was great. The whole process was efficient and professional. They gave me a little welcome gift bag, which was perfect because I'd forgotten my hair tie, and the quality was surprisingly good! In the afternoon, they brought a fruit platter with apples, pears, and oranges – a thoughtful and warm touch. The room was fantastic, clean, and hygienic. The 1.35-meter twin bed room offered comfortable space, and when I opened the curtains, the border crossing, mall, and high-speed rail station were all right there. I have to say, the bed was really comfortable, and the pillows were good too. The bathroom facilities were also complete. On the ground floor (1st floor) there's luggage storage, and next to it is a convenient store, which is incredibly handy. There are a few other hotels nearby, but from what I could see, Hotel L is the closest. I really picked the right hotel this time!

I chose Wyndham again this year because of my pleasant stay during New Year's Day last year. However, the service this time, at the same time of year, was vastly different. First, the front desk handling check-in clearly ignored my special requests. As a result, when I got to the room, I found that the room I booked was the exact opposite of what I requested. Furthermore, the so-called 'lake view' room only offered a view of large trees (Picture 1). If the hotel didn't have the requested room, shouldn't the front desk have informed the guest? Secondly, I don't think Wyndham accurately estimated the number of guests for breakfast. The entire breakfast restaurant was incredibly noisy, no different from a wet market. I can understand this, as it's a holiday and there are many people. But while people were eating, those coming in would just stand next to others' tables, which I imagine was frustrating for both those trying to eat and those looking for a table. The restaurant staff's instructions for seating guests were also unclear (Picture 3). This is because there were actually dining areas on the other side of the restaurant, but they were in a sunken area and hard for guests to notice. As for the auntie at the rice noodle roll station, I wonder if she wasn't getting paid or wasn't trained, because she wore an unpleasant expression for all to see. If you can't give an extra portion according to policy, you can explain it nicely, because guests might not have seen the notice. But being confrontational with guests only causes anger, especially when the dining atmosphere is already so frustrating! In other hotels, staff are attentive to special families and even offer assistance, but despite Wyndham's high room rates, the service falls short. The breakfast selection was very ordinary, very ordinary, and with so many people, the queues for the limited made-to-order stations were incredibly long. The experience was very poor, and I didn't end up eating much anyway. Thirdly, the five-star Wyndham clearly has very poor preparedness for its guest traffic during holidays. As the weather turned cold that evening, and the forecast had warned of it, which everyone knew, many families with children needed extra blankets. However, the blanket I requested half an hour ago wasn't delivered. Finally, after I called to follow up, they said there were no blankets, and it took another hour for the requested items and a bedsheet (which was better than nothing) to arrive. In short, this stay was very unpleasant. A big-brand hotel is still inferior to a guesthouse!

The environment is great, and the staff are mostly young, professional, and have a good service attitude. However, I felt the communication about the package services could be better. I booked the room, and my friend arrived first, but it seemed she wasn't aware of the photography, drinks, and entertainment included in the package. When I arrived, I was only told that the entertainment needed to be booked in advance and couldn't be done online, which was quite inconvenient. Another minor issue was that the tissues in the hotel were very thin, which wasn't a great experience. Although the hotel is a bit secluded, you can still order takeout, and it even gets delivered right to your door. I recommend 'Jindi'. The breakfast stands out from other buffet breakfasts, but the overall taste was just average; there's room for improvement.

This is definitely the right choice for business trips! When the front desk saw my cup was empty, they proactively refilled it for me – excellent attention to detail in their service. The hotel is close to the high-speed train station, and the lobby is decorated in a simple yet grand style, creating a comfortable environment. The hygiene standards are strict; the room was sparkling clean, and the towels and bath towels in the bathroom were disinfected, so I felt completely at ease using them. In terms of facilities, high-speed WiFi covers the entire hotel, the in-room TV supports screen mirroring, and there's a hairdryer – no worries for business travelers! Plus, I was able to get a 2-hour late check-out from customer service!

Muji Hotel Shenzhen is truly an excellent hotel. It's conveniently located at the Upperhills Shopping Center, which made shopping and dining at ease. UpperHills offers all kinds of experience that the whole family at different ages can enjoy. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious. It provides guests with many complimentary drinks and snacks, which can be also be purchased at its Muji Store on site. I highly recommended staying this hotel for anyone who plans to visit Shenzhen.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

We stayed at this hotel during the New Year's Day holiday with our child for a trip to Chimelong. It included a 'one-pass' entry to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom (and the Chimelong show), so it offered decent value for money. The hotel service was pretty standard. When we arrived by car, a valet immediately greeted us, helped with our luggage, and directed us to the parking garage. The lobby was quite distinctive, clearly showcasing typical Chimelong amusement park elements. There were a lot of people checking in, but a welcome dance kept my daughter entertained during the wait, which she really enjoyed. Our room faced the ocean and the dolphin pool, allowing us to watch the dolphin show up close. Getting to Ocean Kingdom was convenient with a ferry shuttle, taking about ten minutes. There were many attractions; my daughter especially loved the sea lion surfing bumper boats and the ice cream. The Whale Shark Exhibit was also very popular with kids, and it's the largest aquarium in Asia! I brought my son here ten years ago, and it was quite impressive then too. We watched the Chimelong parade and fireworks show for two nights, which made the ticket price feel worthwhile! Compared to ten years ago, the Chimelong show felt a little less thrilling and adventurous, but they've added more video games and popular cartoons that kids love, which was still a good choice. Hotel dining was available at all times, but the food quality was just average and definitely needs improvement. Overall, it was still a great experience, and the trip was well worth it!
