"The room was clean, and the service was excellent. There are plenty of local food stalls and night markets nearby, and the airport shuttle service was a huge plus – the driver was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The front desk staff was also very nice!"

"中文下面 I stayed at the hotel twice. We enjoyed the large outdoor main pool and the 20th floor infinity pool which both were warm and comfortable. We didn’t go to the 3rd floor beach pool as there were many kids there. There were many activities for the kids from a large indoor play area with ball pits and huge slides to arts and craft for some family bonding time. The live music in the lobby was a nice touch for the atmosphere. The rooms are large with lots of space. We got the two bedroom with two full bathrooms and kitchen. The washer machine was great. we can do all our laundry in the room. Thesege outdoor tub on the balcony was a great way to enjoy the view. We really enjoyed the sunset view from our balcony and from the UP VIEW sky bar and infinity pool. I took so many pretty photos from up there. The hotel gives you two beautiful and delicious drinks to start off the night at the bar. There were also a floating flamingo and paddle board in the infinity pool for you to use for your photoshoot. But be warned they are both very unstable if you’re on it. Skilled balancing is needed. The sunset views from the hotel is priceless. There are more than enough elevators that you don’t have to wait long. there is a delivery point for all your takeout deliveries. This three in one hotel is huge, the facilities can be enjoyed by everyone in any of the three hotels. Shuttle golf cart is provided free. Definitely a great family oriented hotel for the kids and parents to enjoy. The large Number 1 night market is very close a few minutes away. Airport is only 30 minutes away. The mall and duty free shopping area is also a few mi away by taxi. Luy and the entire front desk staff helped answer a lot of my questions and even helped me with didi to hail a cab. My kids really enjoyed the hotel facilities. no real complaints but as with china being a smoking country, it would be nice to have a smoke free seating section at the buffet. The most practical amenity was the self-service laundry room – three washing machines and three dryers running simultaneously. For us, traveling with a child and needing frequent clothes changes, it was a lifesaver. The drying efficiency was high; we could wear dry clothes within half an hour. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively recommending nearby attractions and food streets. Check-in was swift, and they thoughtfully provided a children's toiletries kit. The breakfast had a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western hot dishes, freshly cooked noodles, and a selection of breads and pastries, satisfying both seniors and kids. Parking was very convenient for those driving, and with multiple charging stations, there was no stress about charging electric vehicles. Overall, this hotel has new facilities and practical services, without any unnecessary frills. Every detail is designed with the traveler in mind, making it very suitable for business trips or family layovers. We will choose to stay here again next time we visit Haikou. Additionally, the hotel is not far from Hainan University, adding a touch of cultural charm."

"After seeing quite a few negative reviews online, I decided to take a chance on a discounted package. I originally booked for two nights, but the experience exceeded my expectations so much that I extended my stay to four days! The lobby can be a bit warm, but the rooms and other public areas are nice and cool, which didn't affect my stay at all. A special thanks to the lovely and kind lady at the front desk on the afternoon of the 13th for upgrading our room. The hotel has three swimming pools and a wide range of daily family-friendly activities, making it very easy for parents traveling with children. The unobstructed ocean view is truly breathtaking! I had planned to go to Wanning, but I completely scrapped those plans to just relax here. If I didn't have to go back to work, I really wouldn't want to leave. It's excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely be back next time!"

"Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s worth noting that the hotel caters primarily to Russian tourists, so much of the signage, tours and information are aimed at Russian guests. As an English speaker, this sometimes made things a little more difficult, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my holiday. When I arrived, I had a couple of issues with my room. The hot tub took over an hour to fill, and the water wouldn’t stay warm while it was running, so I wasn’t really able to enjoy it. The charging ports in the room also weren’t working, although the hotel kindly provided me with an adapter, which solved that problem. Unfortunately, the hot tub issue was never resolved. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food each morning. The swimming pool was also lovely—warm, clean and a great place to relax. My biggest concern was the fish spa. I initially thought seeing a dead fish was just a one-off, but I noticed dead fish in the spa every day during my stay. That made me question how well the spa was being maintained, and I hope the hotel looks into this. The staff were always kind, polite and helpful, and despite the few issues, I had a lovely stay overall. With a little more attention to maintenance, particularly in the fish spa and the hot tub, this hotel would be even better."

The lobby is clean and grand, and check-in was very quick. The staff were all gentle and polite. The room was spotless and well-laid out, with soft, skin-friendly bedding – I could literally feel the travel fatigue melt away as soon as I lay down. The bathroom facilities were in perfect condition, hot water supply was stable, and the toiletries were of good quality. The overall sound insulation was great; it was very quiet at night, leading to excellent sleep quality. It's suitable for both leisure travel and a short stopover. The value for money is top-notch, and it's definitely on my re-book list. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!"

"Pros: The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the beach and the main commercial street. The environment is pleasant, and the breakfast spread is generous. The public swimming pool is quite large, and there's a wide variety of room types to choose from. Cons: Some rooms are not in the main building, requiring a shuttle service to get around, which isn't very convenient. The ground floor rooms in the main building are actually basement level. While they do come with a pool, it's quite small. These rooms can be very damp, have very limited sunlight, and attract a lot of mosquitoes. The hotel also lacks a self-service laundry facility, so families with young children might want to reconsider these room types."

"As someone driving to Haikou, parking is my top priority, so the free parking here is a thoughtful touch. The location is right near the Qilou Old Street, so I could park my car and walk to explore the old town without having to search for a parking spot everywhere. The room facilities are very new, and even the corners were clean. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard. The staff were always available and responded quickly to any requests. There are tons of local food options nearby. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling by car."
