"中文下面 I stayed at the hotel twice. We enjoyed the large outdoor main pool and the 20th floor infinity pool which both were warm and comfortable. We didn’t go to the 3rd floor beach pool as there were many kids there. There were many activities for the kids from a large indoor play area with ball pits and huge slides to arts and craft for some family bonding time. The live music in the lobby was a nice touch for the atmosphere. The rooms are large with lots of space. We got the two bedroom with two full bathrooms and kitchen. The washer machine was great. we can do all our laundry in the room. Thesege outdoor tub on the balcony was a great way to enjoy the view. We really enjoyed the sunset view from our balcony and from the UP VIEW sky bar and infinity pool. I took so many pretty photos from up there. The hotel gives you two beautiful and delicious drinks to start off the night at the bar. There were also a floating flamingo and paddle board in the infinity pool for you to use for your photoshoot. But be warned they are both very unstable if you’re on it. Skilled balancing is needed. The sunset views from the hotel is priceless. There are more than enough elevators that you don’t have to wait long. there is a delivery point for all your takeout deliveries. This three in one hotel is huge, the facilities can be enjoyed by everyone in any of the three hotels. Shuttle golf cart is provided free. Definitely a great family oriented hotel for the kids and parents to enjoy. The large Number 1 night market is very close a few minutes away. Airport is only 30 minutes away. The mall and duty free shopping area is also a few mi away by taxi. Luy and the entire front desk staff helped answer a lot of my questions and even helped me with didi to hail a cab. My kids really enjoyed the hotel facilities. no real complaints but as with china being a smoking country, it would be nice to have a smoke free seating section at the buffet. "This is my umpteenth time staying at the Four Seasons Haiting Hotel. Whenever I visit Sanya, I always try out a few different hotels, and besides the beachfront resorts, the Four Seasons Haiting Hotel is always my top choice because it offers incredible value for money. This time, Mr. Li at the front desk left a lasting impression on me – he was incredibly warm, attentive, and had excellent emotional intelligence. He communicated with guests genuinely, without any perfunctory responses, and even my elderly family members expressed their sincere gratitude to him. What I noticed this trip was how few Chinese guests there were and how many Russians; during meal times, I honestly felt like I was abroad! The hotel is just as good as ever, the service remains excellent, the rooms are well-maintained, and the breakfast is great value."

"Came to the hotel to watch the rockets. Booked a tower-view room, and the butler was excellent, always ready to help. The hotel is a bit old, understandably so after all these years, but the cleanliness is good. Being able to watch the rockets from the room was fantastic. The hotel has plenty of activities for kids, and the breakfast selection is diverse. Due to the rain, we only got to experience the indoor pool, which is 1 meter deep – perfect for children. Before we left, the butler even gave us tickets to Coconut Kingdom. Overall, a great experience!"

"Stayed in a triple room at Yuhuayuan with two adults and two children. The room was spacious enough for a family of four, but the facilities were a bit dated. The hotel is very close to Meilan Airport, which was super convenient for an early morning flight. It was also a short taxi ride to Lingshan Town for local breakfast, making it easy to find food. The library on the first floor was cozy and well-stocked, providing a quiet place for the kids to read and pass the time. Overall, it's a good option for a transit stay, especially if you prioritize location and a good book nook. However, if old facilities bother you, you might want to consider other options."

The room is clean and well-equipped, and the bathtub on the terrace is perfect for photos. The owner provides excellent service, including free airport pickup and pet-friendly accommodations. Plus, there are complimentary travel photography services for longer stays. It's very affordable, close to Tianya Haijiao (Ends of the Earth), and convenient for getting around. The mint-blue swimming pool is perfect for photos, offering both relaxation and healing. It's truly worthy of being a designer's award-winning work; every photo you take here looks amazing. The entire place features smart home facilities, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The butler service is attentive. Breakfast is abundant, and there's also a coffee shop where you can leisurely enjoy a cup. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the lively surroundings, and you can walk to the beach. It's so comfortable to just relax and unwind here."

The living room is very spacious with a separate sink for washing fruit. The whole family can watch TV on the sofa, and then pick a bed to sleep in when they're tired. There are also two separate bathrooms, which is extremely convenient, avoiding the awkward situation of queuing for showers after swimming. However, the suite isn't in the main building, so you'll need to walk a bit. On the first day, we needed a shuttle to help us get there, but once you get familiar with the route, it's only a few hundred meters away. The food at the executive lounge was just okay, nothing surprising but not bad either. The swimming pool is open until 10 PM, and the kids had a great time playing in it. In terms of location, it's not far from the airport, making it a top choice for your first or last night in Sanya. Service: The butler was very thoughtful and warm, providing excellent service. "Specialist Jill was absolutely fantastic! She contacted us two days before check-in and was incredibly responsive, day or night, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. The hotel itself also exceeded my expectations. I loved everything, from the water-themed sofas in the lobby to the huge indoor and outdoor play areas. I was especially happy with my executive lounge access this time. The best part was being able to enjoy the executive lounge while also getting a room on the top floor of the West Wing, which had an amazing view. The 'Shan Hai Jing' themed room was excellent too – honestly, everything was perfect. We even went tide pooling in the reef area below the hotel. This is definitely a hotel I'd highly recommend to my friends!"
