Choosing this hotel for my Sanya trip was such a smart decision! The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the sea, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with excellent natural light and views. From my sea-view room, opening the window revealed nothing but the clear blue sea and sky – the sea breeze was wonderfully refreshing. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a great atmosphere. The pool was clean and comfortable too. The staff were warm, polite, and provided thoughtful, attentive service, making for an excellent stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Overall, the value for money is superb. It's my top choice for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sanya. Highly recommend!

My stay was initially quite pleasant. The front-line staff were consistently warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. When a small issue arose with our travel photos, the hotel promptly communicated and resolved it, which I appreciated. I thought I was going to have a wonderful experience, but it was completely ruined by one utterly unprofessional staff member, plummeting my satisfaction! While riding the shuttle bus, we politely asked the shuttle driver about the hotel's attractions and photo spots. The driver was halfway through explaining when another person nearby suddenly interjected and answered for him! Her attitude was extremely rude, cold, and dismissive. She was sarcastic the entire time, even accusing us of not speaking clearly. We were just asking basic, straightforward questions about attractions, and I truly don't understand how we could have possibly expressed ourselves more 'clearly'. When we politely asked about photo spots, she flat-out said there weren't any, and was incredibly impatient. Yet, later we saw clear signs for photo spots all over the hotel. We got zero useful information, only a belly full of frustration and anger! Afterward, the hotel told us this person was a 'secondary employee' and wasn't on duty, which is why she wasn't wearing an ID badge. I completely reject this flimsy explanation! Why was she wearing a uniform, riding a guest shuttle, and casually interjecting to address guests if she wasn't on duty? It's one thing to be unfamiliar with hotel operations and lack service awareness, but she didn't even have basic human decency. She seemed to be working with a chip on her shoulder, acting condescendingly, as if we, the guests, were accommodating her bad mood! In stark contrast, all the other shuttle drivers were kind, friendly, patient, and enthusiastic, creating an incredibly jarring difference! The hotel's reputation, carefully built by its front-line staff, was completely destroyed by this 'secondary employee' who showed no rules, no professionalism, and no respect. The hotel merely offered a casual explanation of her identity without any indication of intending to improve. Such tolerance for employee misconduct is truly disheartening. I will never recommend this hotel, nor will I ever stay here again!

Waking up to the ocean view right outside my window instantly lifted my spirits. This place is truly perfect for a vacation! The room was very clean and comfortable, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the bedding. They even provided pillows of different heights to choose from. The common area on the first floor and the rooftop are both super photogenic. It's so relaxing just sitting here and enjoying the scenery. Plus, it's super close to the beach, just a short walk away!

This is our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as satisfying as the first, which is why we chose it again for our vacation. The overall living experience at the hotel is very comfortable, the room offers expansive views, and the sea view is particularly beautiful, making for a truly pleasant stay. We heard that an undersea tunnel and a grand theater are currently under construction near the hotel, part of a Sanya municipal project, which is completely understandable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a rich variety of dishes and great flavors – we were very happy with it. As we traveled during the May Day holiday, there were quite a few guests, so a larger crowd was to be expected. The overall service was 10/10 thoughtful and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We're always happy to choose this place whenever we come to Sanya and will definitely return!

The beach directly opposite is fantastic for photos and less crowded! Step out, and you're surrounded by coconut groves and orange sunsets 🌅. In the evening, you can enjoy a stroll with the sea breeze. There are also plenty of authentic local snacks, seafood stalls, and coconut chicken restaurants nearby. For snacks, you can head to the night market – you don't have to go far to savor all of Hainan's flavors!! 🏡 **Room Experience (real photos, no filter)** * Simple and clean, with an Instagram-worthy design. The lighting is excellent, making every corner photogenic. * Floor-to-ceiling windows offer sea views; you wake up to the clear blue ocean and can even watch the sunset! * The bedding is comfortable and changed for every guest. Soundproofing is good, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. 💰 **Incredible Value for Money!** The price is very reasonable, around 100 yuan per person, and even more affordable during the off-season. 🤩 A high-value-for-money guesthouse with sea views right by Coconut Dream Corridor. It's clean, convenient, perfect for photos, and truly worth booking!

Facilities: Great, better than I expected, it exceeded my expectations. Just a heads up, a few of the EV charging stations were out of order, they could use a fix. Cleanliness: Also great, thumbs up! Environment: It's right near the Space City, so you can watch rocket launches, and the surrounding beaches are fantastic. Service: Lisa provided excellent, attentive service. We'll definitely be back to stay here again.

An amazing guesthouse with stunning sea views, a truly fulfilling and enjoyable stay! The common areas have books and tea. The service was prompt and attentive, the hygiene impeccable, and the environment offered direct views of the ocean. The facilities are new and highly functional. Excellent value for money! I came with my girlfriends, and we kept saying ”Wow...” the moment we opened the door. We'll definitely be back! 😊

Pullman Sanya Bay Haiju Resort is absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, directly facing an unbeatable sea view, and there's an exclusive passage straight to the beach, making getting around super convenient. The biggest surprise was the sheer number of activities available: a water park, an indoor playground, an arcade, a bubble party, and DIY crafts. Plus, there's a fun stamp collecting activity every day, keeping the kids entertained from morning till night. They absolutely loved it! I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, Lily, for her incredibly attentive service! She contacted us in advance, followed up meticulously throughout our stay, was always responsive, proactively prepared amenities for the kids, recommended attractions and restaurants, and arranged everything perfectly. She was both warm and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, with a top-notch sea view, and breakfast was rich and delicious. This is definitely our top choice for a family vacation; the experience was perfect, and I highly recommend it. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

The sea-view room exceeded my expectations! The 270° floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view; I could see the ocean right from my bed. Watching the sunset from the bathtub was an amazing experience. Plus, the beach is right downstairs. The location and ambiance are fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Our first family room had a damp smell, but the front desk manager kindly helped us switch to another family room facing the sea. The service was attentive, and the room was clean. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the environment was pleasant. The water park wasn't open yet, and the ocean park didn't have much to do besides taking photos. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. The kids' world is still under construction. There's a food street near the hotel, making dining quite convenient. The hotel also offers a paid mini-train ride that takes you around the hotel for 40 minutes at 15 yuan per ride, which is worth it. There's Twin Beach near the Hilton, which is great for watching the sunset. If the island's facilities improve further, I would definitely visit again.
