They even gave us a cake when they heard it was our anniversary. The welcome fruit… I've never seen such a generous welcome fruit platter, it was like a still-life painting… The service truly felt like a warm winter sunbeam during our journey. Oh, and I didn't have time for the complimentary afternoon tea, but they arranged for me to have it after check-out… The free travel photography service was also quite good. Cleanliness: Normal, nothing to complain about. Environment and Facilities: I'll discuss these two together. I gave 5 points, fully considering that this is a century-old building, so the hardware is indeed limited… The soundproofing… well, I could vaguely hear some disagreements between what sounded like a mother and daughter next door… but it wasn't persistent and didn't affect our sleep, so I'll let that slide. The heating was definitely not cold, but there was a slight difference compared to what I understand as standard indoor heating in Harbin… However, I also know there's not much you can do, as we came specifically for this century of history… If I have time, I'd love to visit again in the summer; the climbing vines in the backyard should look beautiful.

What’s even more thoughtful is that he can help purchase attraction tickets at prices much cheaper than those on the official websites. From the moment we arrived, we felt the strong warmth and hospitality of Northeast China. We stayed in a Ondol room, which was spacious, bright, and clean. The ondol room was super warm and comfortable, making it especially relaxing to lie on. Even though it was freezing outside, the room was cozy and well heated. The floors were also very warm, so we didn’t feel any chill at all. The hotel also provides free ski suits, goggles, and helmets. There are many stylish options for the ski suits, and they are very durable for cold skiing conditions. The most convenient part is that the ski suits can be picked up a day in advance, so you don’t have to carry a lot of items when heading to the ski resort. This makes the experience much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, the hospitality of the hotel owner made our stay very smooth, and I would highly recommend giving this hotel a try！

There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.

She was incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded us to their most luxurious presidential suite, valued at 3028 yuan! 1. **Location:** When choosing a hotel, location is key. The Snow Mushroom Hotel is right in the heart of the scenic area, near the big stone monument – a prime spot. 2. **Facilities & Design:** The decor and amenities are fantastic; anyone with a discerning eye would fall in love with it. There are three floor-to-ceiling windows, a Mediterranean-style design, two 2-meter king beds, and a 6-meter Northeastern 'kang' (heated bed). What's more, the room even has a swing chair and a tea table – pure luxury! 3. **Service:** Before we even set off, the hotel manager contacted me via Trip.com and created a WeChat group for Mr. Zhang's self-drive trip to Snow Town. They constantly updated us on road conditions and nearby attractions. Upon arrival, a staff member came to the parking lot to greet us and helped carry our two heaviest suitcases. In this freezing, snowy landscape, we felt a unique warmth. 4. **Overall Tip:** No matter where you travel, it's always best to go during the off-season. Fewer crowds, beautiful scenery, and great value for money.

GGuest UserOne hundred praises wouldn't be enough for the Junyi Courtyard Scenery Hotel! During my four-night stay in Harbin, the service at this hotel wasn't just 'good'—it was 'like family.' Every staff member, from those at the entrance and front desk to the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping, greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm. We had an early morning flight and needed to leave the hotel around 7 AM, but the hotel restaurant's normal breakfast service starts at 7:30 AM. We had already resigned ourselves to going to the airport on an empty stomach. The night before, when we asked the front desk, a female staff member said she would try to arrange something. The next morning, a tall male staff member gently knocked on our door, informing us that three bowls of beef noodles were ready downstairs and asking if we needed help with our luggage. This truly made us feel what 'customer-centric' service means. The continuous, all-day dining care, beyond this special breakfast, also left us extremely satisfied. The rich breakfast allowed us to start our day feeling energized. Even better, the complimentary afternoon tea (milk tea, snacks, desserts, fruits) from 11 AM to 7 PM meant that every time we returned from the freezing cold, we could immediately get warm and refuel. After 9 PM, there was also a late-night snack service (like wontons). When my family member fell ill, a female and male staff member very thoughtfully brought some up to our room—it was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel also has a complimentary self-service laundry room, complete with detergent, which was already a big plus. But what made it even better was when the cleaning auntie saw us carrying a pile of laundry. She immediately and enthusiastically offered, ”Give it to me, no problem, I'll help you wash and dry it!” We returned that evening to find our clothes neatly placed in our room. This proactive attitude, genuinely wanting to help guests solve their problems, made us feel as if we were being cared for at home. During the Christmas season, the hotel also prepared lovely little Christmas gifts for children, making the holiday cheer absolutely full. For families traveling with kids, this hotel is sincerely recommended!

MM361486****Yabuli Yunxi B&B: An Amazing Family Ski Trip! Taking the kids to Yabuli Ski Resort, choosing Yunxi B&B absolutely doubled our happiness on the trip! This was definitely the best decision we made, and it deserves a five-star rating! The cleanliness of the B&B exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and odorless, and the wooden decor was fresh and natural. Not a speck of dust could be seen even in the corners. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was thoughtful, making it completely reassuring to stay with little ones. The biggest surprise was the Little Yellow Duck themed room – it was incredibly adorable! The wall murals, bed dolls, and toiletries all featured Little Yellow Duck elements, even the teacups had cute logos. Our child started jumping with excitement the moment we entered, hugging the duck doll and refusing to let go, staying excited the entire time. The attention to detail was truly impressive. The service was impeccable. The owner and staff were warm and attentive, answering every question and proactively sharing ski tips. I especially want to praise the free shuttle service; we didn't have to worry about finding transportation to and from the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, we could just hop on the shuttle back, which is incredibly convenient for families with kids. Even better, the B&B offers discounted ski tickets, saving us a lot compared to booking online ourselves. They also helped coordinate ski equipment – a truly all-in-one service that saved both time and money. The B&B's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping. Throughout our stay, the kids had a blast, and the parents had peace of mind. There's nothing to fault, whether it's the hygiene, service, or amenities. Next time we come to Yabuli for skiing, we will definitely choose Yunxi B&B again. I've already recommended it to all my friends planning trips with kids!
