The villa we booked is in a very good location. Manager Wang is a very nice person. He provides pick-up and drop-off services wherever we go. On the day we returned, it was not yet time for the high-speed train, and he even sent us to other places to play. We asked him to book tickets and the chartered car service was perfect.

When we arrived, we didn't really get a great energy instead we were welcomed by a lady who greeted us like as though our arrival was a disappointment to her. We feedback to the manager and she changed her attitude. But the experience was sort of tampered with because of that. They also have costumes below that you can wear around the lobby or even in your own room. Note that many costumes are not in good condition (Torn, Zipper not working). Overall the experience was still not too bad given its a historic hotel, and the elevator was cool.

Very positive experience since i stepped into the hotel. Stayed 5 nights, the concierge team is excellent, always eager to help and offer assistance when I have any questions like how to get to certain places etc. they always offer great meals and you could tell the chef puts in effort to ensure the quality of the food as well as variety. Even as I choose the no breakfast options, there is still a wide selection of food available . Every evening there’s snacks offered at the reception area. I particularly like the peach gum coconut fungus dessert. I do not remember all the staff name, like 银 and 单单， always smile and always go the extra mile. A gentleman in the team also directed me where to get a pair of shoes etc. the housekeeping staff offered to help me with my luggage as I was checking out. Will definitely book again if I visit Harbin! Excellent location near the morning market and the central street. Across the hotel and along the sane street, massage and hair salon, nail salon is available.

The hotel location is great! Only a few minutes walk to 中央大街. The hotel is equipped with washing machine, dryer and gym, which are free to use! Most importantly, the hotel staffs are kind and helpful! They always try their best to fulfil customer's request even during night time. Overall, the stay at this hotel was great and pleasant!

I would say this is the best of best experience I’m having , met a few families from Singapore as well , all of them were having same great comments on this home stay , owner is extremely friendly and helpful , he helped us booked a few activities which prices are much lower than market ( I did some research and compared ) .  This home stay is top notch in Yabuli I believe , try it you would know I meant

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

Treasure B&B! So warm! We definitely chose the right place to stay when we came to Yabuli this time. Not only is the B&B warm, but the owner of the B&B is also a very warm person. The environment is warm, the food is great, and the boss took the trouble to guide us to avoid various scenic spots throughout the process. The recommendations are all practical. It’s really a fun place. At first, I was not sure where to go after reading various recommendations and interesting scenic spots on the Internet. It wasn’t until I decided to book a homestay that I suddenly understood. The boss is so kind and helpful, and he recommended and recommended every place nearby. The recommended attractions are all explained clearly, and I would like to express my special thanks to the aunt at the hotel for seeing my son coughing and giving me some hot white fungus soup!
