The location is excellent, with several bus lines right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The staff were warm, attentive, and responded quickly to our needs. The hotel lobby is fresh and elegant, and they even offer afternoon tea. It was so thoughtful to be able to refresh ourselves right when we got back to the hotel after a tiring day of sightseeing."

"This stay exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the meticulous attention to detail. The front desk handled check-in efficiently and professionally, and they even kindly upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. I especially want to praise the breakfast at the restaurant – there was a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. They even gave me a small gift when checking out, which was a lovely touch. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!"

"Our first stop on a family trip, the 1.35-meter twin room was perfect – clean and with comfortable bedding. The hotel's location is excellent; you just walk out, cross a small street, and in three minutes you're at the Central Street Madie'er Hotel. Keep walking and you'll reach the popular Hongzhuan Street Morning Market. The Harbin Museum is right behind the hotel. The service was great too; I needed to print some express shipping labels for urgent work, and the hotel staff quickly helped me out."

"Let's start with the pros: The hotel is right next to Sophia Square, and booking a superior city-view twin room offers a fantastic view of Saint Sophia Cathedral, especially beautiful at sunset! It's perfect for a family of three, as the hotel sets up the sofa bed in advance, and the two single beds can be pushed together to form a huge king-size bed. The room is very spacious, making it comfortable for three people. The Central Street is within walking distance from the hotel, and the Daoli Vegetable Market is directly opposite. It's also quite close to Metro Line 2, making transportation convenient. The front desk staff proactively adds guests on WeChat, so you can easily contact them with any questions, which is very handy. For a four-star hotel, the breakfast is quite extensive compared to others in its class, featuring sticky bean buns, Northeastern-style dipping vegetables, a rich variety of fruits, and even Mengniu boxed yogurt – excellent value for money. The hotel's complimentary afternoon tea with pastries, fruit, drinks, and coffee is a nice touch for a relaxing break after a day out. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room are very convenient; the laundry facilities are excellent, with washing and drying done in an hour, and you can even get phone reminders to collect your clothes. Now for the cons: The bathroom lacks a non-slip mat and shower slippers. Despite being quite large, there are no hooks for clothes or a drying line, and no trash can under the sink, which makes disposing of trash inconvenient. The only trash can in the entire room is under the desk by the window, which is very impractical. In terms of service, the facial tissues in the bathroom ran out after just one use upon check-in, indicating they weren't fully stocked beforehand. When I asked for a refill, I only received two rolls of toilet paper. Moreover, upon opening the tissue box, I found it to be very dirty, clearly not having been cleaned, and there was dust on the mirror, suggesting many overlooked hygiene spots. Also, there's no full-length mirror near the entrance, making it inconvenient to check my outfit before leaving each day. The biggest issue is that there are only two elevators, leading to excessively long wait times! Overall, it's still quite good, so I'd give it a 4.5 rating."

"I wouldn't say it is easy to find since there isn't any sign of the hotel. I was sent there with didi and couldn't find any and went inside hotel there and found the place at level 20. I think they manage level 20 only. The room was clean and service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location just across wanda shopping mall, huge mall with a lot of foods at basement level. Best if they could have better sign outside, it would be easier for people to find the place in the cold weather. I would recommend to stay here though, cozy room and great service. 24 hours convenience store just below the hotel and food street just beside."

"This hotel is in an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from popular attractions like Saint Sophia Cathedral, Daoli Market, and Central Street. It's a quiet haven in a bustling area, with the perfect balance. The street downstairs isn't overly crowded or noisy, and getting a taxi is very convenient. The room facilities are quite new, and the layout is well-designed. Upon entering, there's a wardrobe area for luggage, followed by the bedroom and bathroom. The mini-fridge offers unlimited complimentary Coca-Cola and Sprite. We also received a Kvass drink as a welcome gift. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including local specialties like 'dacha porridge' (corn porridge) and red sausage. The cantaloupe was very sweet. Service: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The young lady with glasses who helped me check in provided excellent service."

"The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!"
