Animal Kingdom was a lot of fun, and my child had a blast! The fact that hotel guests get unlimited access is great – we didn't finish exploring on the first day, so we could go back and play again the next. The hotel's decor is also nice, with a consistent children's theme. However, the hotel uses central air conditioning, and the room temperature was 30 degrees Celsius. We couldn't turn on the cooling; only natural air was available. It was so dry and hot, and we had no choice but to open the two small windows at the top. This meant we couldn't close the curtains either, and we barely slept all night. To top it off, the staff at check-in were unhelpful and didn't even respond to our questions, which was really frustrating.

The hotel's location is truly excellent and quite central. To the right, just straight out of the hotel, is the Ancient City of Weidu. Not far behind the hotel is Chunqiu Tower (which you can also reach by walking from the Ancient City of Weidu), and across the street is Pang Dong Lai Times Square. If you head left from the hotel, you can get to Wenfeng Pagoda (passing by Pang Dong Lai). Maybe I just enjoy walking, so anything within 15 minutes doesn't feel like a big deal, haha. For Baling Bridge and the museum, you'll need a taxi, but they're quite close, so a taxi ride isn't expensive – it's just a bit far to walk. Wanda Plaza is also quite close if you take a taxi. The hotel environment is very comfortable, and the rooms are also very comfortable, clean, and tidy. I had a very pleasant stay. Plus, the hotel service is absolutely fantastic! The front desk and every staff member were wonderful – very gentle and polite, and they handled things incredibly fast and efficiently. I really give this a huge thumbs up!

I came to Zhengzhou for a transfer and found a hotel near the high-speed railway station for convenience. It's called a hotel, but it's probably an apartment building that was converted. There are many hotels on this building, so the elevator is always crowded. There are many small restaurants downstairs. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the Mixue Ice City flagship store. Opposite Mixue is Zhengzhou East Station. It has all the basic facilities. The curtains are a bit poor in blackout, which can't be compared with brand hotels. The price is acceptable.

Environment: Very good. The location is easy to find, near Yingtiangate, and it's easy to get a taxi. Facilities: They have robots and an elevator, which is great. We chose a two-bedroom, one-living room suite, and room 301 had a huge full-length mirror, which I loved. Service: We arrived at 2 PM and were told our booked room type wasn't ready, so they gave us a king-size room and said we could use it normally. The front desk staff spoke softly and gently, which was very kind. This will be my first choice next time I visit Luoyang!
