I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is old and the price for much more modern and luxurious accommodations are similar if not cheaper elsewhere. Great view from the room though even though it was only on the 5th floor.

Nice hotel nice location and nice room, spacious enough to load down luggage. Bed set clean, just the pillow not right for my neck so caused me don’t really sleep well. Love the bathtub so you can watch tv and enjoy the “SPA” yourself. Nice walkway from lobby to mall, but always many “dancers” there to selfie and upload their “profile” to share with everyone, kind of entertainment when you passing by.

It is very surprising that we were arranged with a wonderful room thanks to lucas.yiu. He’s so thoughtful! We would love to come back next time. Note: it’s a celebration trip for retirement and we got a cute cake! Thank you so much.

We booked for 5 nights stay with Conrad, upon check-in we received conrad Teddy with rose petals on the bed and the bedroom is overseeing Hong Kong Peak view . The view is magnificent . - room size is decent for HK but slightly small comparing to Conrad LA & Conrad Tokyo. - room is a little old fashion and outdated and there's ”MOULDY” smell in the room, we are not very enjoying the smell despite the view -Make up room has separate bath-tub, shower, toilet and 2 basin which are good for couple -they have a lobby bar good for light snack and se live music in the late evening - breakfast spread is TERRIBLE WITH LIMITED OPTIONS & QUALITY IS LOW for CONRAD . We went for 2 days same breakfast menu and we didn't go for the rest I'd the day -location of the hotel is good, you press level 3 and it brings u to Pacific place good for shopping and meals.

I stayed at the W Hotel again yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted again by Willy at the front desk. Just like my first visit, he was incredibly professional and welcoming. He patiently explained all the hotel facilities in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. What impressed me most was how he went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with logging into my Marriott Bonvoy app – something that had been bothering me for a while. Willy truly made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding service!

The staff (front desk, bell service, call centre, housekeeping, F&B, etc) went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, attending to every need with a smile and genuine care. The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from North Point MTR Station. When we arrived at the front desk in the middle of the night, the receptionist was very warm and polite, with an excellent attitude. She even helped us come up with a solution when we didn't have enough cash for the deposit. The sea view room offered an amazing view. I highly recommend this hotel to Cherie. It's so nice that it lifted my mood.

Staying in Murray Hong Kong is the best decision I made. A little birthday get away after business trip in China, yet Murray had been very sweet to surprise me with this delicious cake. The staffs from front desk to housekeeping are wonderful and i felt very welcome here. Definitely will choose it for next stay in HK.

The view is great, reception is great too. Remember to bring your own toiletries will do. I will come back again and visit this hotel :)
