"Lots of mirrors in the room, and the overall style is cozy and comfortable. There's a laundry room on the 5th floor. The location is excellent, right next to several shopping malls. The complimentary water bottle was huge, and the body cream was also super-sized, making me wonder if they were chargeable items. Highly recommend!"

"the internet connection is really good and the room is bigger than the ones you normally find in HK. Except if you go for the real expensive hotels. A very negative aspect is the location though. Far away from the next metro station. Don't follow the instructions you get from the worthless Google map. These ****** in Google will make your life a misery. The best way is the following (as also shown in the attached photos): -take exit A -turn right towards the footbridge -head straight to the stairs. Notice, for the exit there are no electric escalators! -turn left until you arrive at the next traffic lights - turn right and after the second traffic light the hotel is on your left hand side. Another useful tip, if you need to go to the airport , you're better off to take the bus. A22 or A29. Is closer to the hotel."

The window couldn't be opened but it was large and offered a partial sea view. My husband and I were very satisfied ☺️. The hotel included bread and unlimited coffee, which is excellent in Hong Kong and saved us money on breakfast. Highly recommend! It's not far from the MTR station, just a few minutes' walk, and there's a tram stop right downstairs – the experience was fantastic! Oh, and the front desk staff could communicate entirely in Mandarin, which was great! We arrived early and were able to check in ahead of time 😏. "First off, it's well-known that Hong Kong hotels have a 3 PM check-in time. I arrived around 1 PM, and to my surprise, the front desk lady saw an available room and let me check in immediately. The service was very thoughtful and patient, as she introduced the hotel's dining options and facilities. The room was very clean and well-maintained, not at all like a hotel that's been open for many years. The breakfast buffet on the third floor was excellent, with a great variety of food suitable for all kinds of people. This stay was a very good experience, highly recommended."

"This was such a pleasant surprise! I'd seen a lot of negative reviews online and was really nervous, so as soon as I arrived, I told the front desk that I was afraid of cockroaches and bed bugs. The front desk staff actually had an attendant accompany me to inspect the room. The room itself was very spacious, right by the sea, and very comfortable. I hope they can keep up the good work. "The hygiene was good, and the view was unbeatable. Staying on the 117th floor overlooking Victoria Harbour was also quiet enough for someone like me who can't sleep with noise. The service was excellent, though a few doormen were a bit cold and unfriendly. Shopping was convenient, with Elements Mall right downstairs. The only downsides were the monotonous food in the executive lounge – it didn't change at all during my 5-day stay. It was enjoyable once or twice, but after that, it became unbearable, so much so that I ended up just going down for tea and juice every day. Having to change elevators twice was also inconvenient, but that's unavoidable given the high floor. Additionally, the lighting in the room was a bit dim, making it hard to do makeup. Everything else was good, but I'll try a different hotel next time."

"The hotel is conveniently located near HKU Station, making it easy to travel to and from Central. Check-in was fast with virtually no wait time. The room was bright, clean, and spacious. There is also a gym equipped with the basics. I was pleased to find universal power sockets, complimentary water bottles, and standard amenities in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, greeting me every time I walked in and out, and housekeeping proactively checked if I needed my room serviced. Plus, there is an airport bus stop nearby, which was extremely convenient for my early morning flight."

"What a fantastic hotel! I had a one-day layover in Hong Kong on my way to study in Oxford, and after comparing many hotels, I chose this one. First, the price was very affordable, and the location is excellent, with a free shuttle bus. The front desk staff were very polite during check-in, and there was no issue with them being unfriendly towards mainland guests. The hotel has many convenient vending machines on the ground floor where you can buy water and other items. Initially, I booked a city view room, but I wasn't satisfied with the view. I asked if I could pay the difference to upgrade to a sea view room, and they upgraded me for free! It was super awesome; I could see the airport's night view. When booking, if the price difference isn't too significant, it's better to choose a sea view room. The windows are beautiful! I was initially worried about hygiene issues with hotels near Hong Kong airport, but Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung completely surpassed my expectations. Although the description says check-in is at 3 PM, early check-in was possible. And even though check-out is listed as 11 AM, the front desk patiently asked if I needed a late check-out during check-in. If you're on a layover, choose Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung! Everything about it is impeccable – it was truly a steal! I didn't take many hotel photos, just a few random ones."
