Guest UserI came here specifically to visit Mao Zedong's former residence with my child. The Donghu Hotel, located within the East Lake Scenic Area, is a self-contained property. Upon arrival, staff inquire about your purpose before allowing vehicle entry, and there's a private road leading in. There's also a parking lot right at the hotel entrance, which made me feel quite secure. The service was attentive; after checking into the Nanshan B-Section Standard Room with a view that I booked, I received a complimentary fruit platter. The room itself was well-equipped with all necessary amenities.
The hotel buildings each have their own unique charm, and the lush greenery makes it feel like a forest – a natural oxygen bar. From my room's balcony, I had a view of the greenway and the shimmering lake. It was raining moderately when we arrived, and I'd never seen the lake so turbulent, with waves crashing one after another.
There's a dedicated shuttle bus that takes guests to the side entrance of the Hubei Provincial Museum, which is incredibly convenient as it's just a stone's throw away. After exploring the museum, I simply called the front desk, and they sent the shuttle to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel. My only regret is that due to the rain, I couldn't take a walk on the greenway to enjoy the scenery; I only managed a brief glimpse. I'll definitely come back with my child next time to experience the unique landscape again.

Extremely satisfied! I mentioned my preferences at check-in, and the front desk upgraded me to a river-view room and allowed a late check-out, which was incredibly accommodating. The hotel facilities aren't brand new, but they are very clean and meticulously maintained. The location is perfect, with many attractions nearby, making it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. It really shows the quality you expect from an established five-star hotel. I'll definitely book the Mingzhu again next time I'm in Wuhan.

WangzheVIPCame to Wuhan for a three-day trip with my family during the May Day holiday. After a long search, I chose this hotel, which is conveniently located right at Simenkou Metro Station, Huanghelou stop. As soon as you exit the subway, you can turn around and see the Yellow Crane Tower. The hotel is just over 100 meters to the left when you exit the community. The location is excellent. Just over 100 meters to the west of the hotel is Hubu Alley snack street, and to the east is Liangdao Street, where you can easily find all sorts of snacks and breakfast options. The hotel's breakfast was a bit average, not a very rich selection, so you might consider booking without breakfast and trying some local snacks nearby. However, there's a nice photo spot on the top floor. Overall, it's good, and the location is fantastic. The staff are also very friendly, and there's even a dedicated concierge. Overall, highly recommended.

The room was pretty good. I stayed with my family for a few days. The hotel is right on the street, so it's super easy to catch a taxi. Just cross the road and you're at Yanjiang Avenue. The weather was lovely these past few days, perfect for a walk and watching the sunset. If you need anything during your stay, you can just ask the hotel staff. All in all, it was a good stay.

Guest UserI'd heard about Hilton Optics Valley for a while, and finally made it before the summer holidays. First, the pros: it's relatively close to Wuhan Station, less than thirty minutes without traffic, and the overall service attitude is good.
Now for the cons: I bought an afternoon tea package. When I first inquired about using the voucher, the server said I could just come over when I was ready to play cards. However, preparation actually takes 40-50 minutes. I suggested that next time they could inform guests to avoid long waits. The server immediately replied that this was stated in the voucher's terms of use, requiring advance booking and on-site preparation. In fact, the voucher page didn't say that at all, making it feel like they were blaming the customer for not reading the rules carefully. Secondly, I had been in touch with customer service before arriving, and when I asked if the outdoor pool was open, I was told yes. But in reality, only half of it was open, with the other half under maintenance. Thirdly, I requested a children's bathrobe in the room, and it didn't arrive for half an hour. I called again and it was delivered within five minutes, giving the impression it had been forgotten. Fourth, because there was a conference during my two-day stay, the evening buffet was not open to the public. Neither customer service nor the check-in staff mentioned this.
Overall, the service attitude is decent, but service awareness could be improved.

very good! Very satisfied! This is our third time to stay here. We had an unforgettable time in Tree House No. 9 of Honghu Yuexi Peninsula. The tree house is surrounded by green trees, as if it is in the embrace of nature, with a quiet environment and fresh air. The room is uniquely designed, fully equipped, and meticulously detailed. The service staff is enthusiastic and thoughtful, which makes people feel warm. Here, we are away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy true tranquility and comfort. Whether it is the birdsong in the early morning or the starry sky at night, it is intoxicating. This stay experience was perfect and we are very satisfied. We strongly recommend it to everyone who loves nature and pursues quality life!

judybcService: All staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness: The room was cleaned promptly and kept spotless.
Location/Environment: The hotel is conveniently located above a mall, with a subway station right outside. Across the street, there are plenty of great options for breakfast and late-night snacks.
Facilities: I have to say, the hotel is showing its age a bit. The TV was small and blurry, and there was no screen casting available. On the plus side, having a washing machine in the room was a huge convenience for travelers.
One thing to note: the underground parking has a height restriction of 1.8m.

The second time I came, as soon as I entered the lobby, the warm lighting and exquisite decoration instantly impressed me. The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come here!

During my recent trip to Yichang, I stayed at the Yichang Adagio Access Hotel, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! I simply *must* recommend it to everyone!
The hotel boasts a prime location, right in the heart of the pedestrian street commercial district, making it a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Just a short walk downstairs, you'll find authentic Yichang delicacies like Zheng Xin Ji Cold Shrimp and Peng Gui Hua Cold Shrimp. Next door, the Tielubai Snack Street offers an overwhelming variety of delicious food that will spoil you for choice. It's also a short walk to Binjiang Park, perfect for a relaxing evening stroll by the river and enjoying the night views. During the day, it's equally convenient to take a walk in Children's Park. Wanda Plaza and CBD Shopping Center are only about a 10-minute taxi ride away, offering superb convenience for shopping and entertainment. Plus, with numerous bus routes nearby, getting to various attractions is absolutely hassle-free.
Stepping into the hotel lobby, the stylish bar-like design immediately captivated me, and my impression instantly improved. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in was swift, and they even proactively recommended fun places to visit nearby. Their service was truly impressive!
Although the room wasn't particularly spacious, it was incredibly cozy and bursting with warmth. The latex mattress was wonderfully soft, and I practically drifted off to sleep the moment I hit the bed. The air conditioning was super effective. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent, and the high-end toiletries made me feel completely at ease. The rainfall showerhead, in particular, turned showering into a luxurious experience. Overall, my stay couldn't have been more comfortable.
The breakfast spread was quite extensive, and the chicken noodle soup and wontons were absolutely superb. Every morning, I felt completely satisfied and energized, ready to start a new day. The Mercure lounge on the ground floor was also a very pleasant spot. Enjoying a selection of afternoon tea there felt so leisurely and relaxed. I absolutely loved the social vibe.
The next time I visit Yichang, I will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yichang for leisure or business – I'm sure you'll love it too once you stay!

We had an excellent stay here. The room was great, the food was tasty, and the location/views superb. But more than any of that, the next-level service provided by the staff was perhaps the best I have ever received. We had a lot of difficulty navigating the Wudangshan bus system, hiking timing, etc, and the staff were always willing to discuss and solve problems for us over WeChat. Without them our trip would not have been possible. Highly recommend.
