"What we liked best was the warm and thoughtful welcome—it felt like being welcomed into a family. Discreet and helpful ALL THE TIME! Professional and meticulous, they know how to organize customized tours based on the time you have and the kind of person you are. Absolutely seamless! Plus, they speak English—something that shouldn’t be underestimated, quite the opposite! Our room was on the fifth floor—spacious and bright. One suggestion we have to make it even better than it already is would be to update the mattresses. We were happy to have stayed here."

"Starting our trip on September 13th, Shiye was by far the most satisfying hotel out of all the places we stayed! Due to my allergies, I have high standards for water quality and hygiene. On this trip to Hunan, the water quality and temperature at most hotels were just 'passable' at best. Only Shiye's water quality and temperature earned my praise, truly delivering a high-temperature private hot spring experience! The private hot spring on the 69th floor offers breathtaking views of Changsha, with Du Fu Tower and Orange Isle clearly visible, all while maintaining a modern city vibe. The butler and staff were very responsive and flexible. I tend to arrive early, and both check-in and my spa appointments went smoothly. The only minor regret is that the central air conditioning didn't provide heating this season, so I had to rely on the private hot spring to warm me up, haha."

"The 25-30 square meter room was very comfortable. We're a family of three visiting Changsha and stayed for four days and three nights. The owner's service was very thoughtful, with free laundry and drying facilities all provided. Across the street is the Xiang River, perfect for enjoying the night view, and in the morning, you can even rent a bike for a fantastic ride along the river. Room 8207, highly recommended! 👍"

"Facilities: Everything was very new, and the bed was super comfortable—perfect for a good rest after a full day of hiking. They have their own large parking lot, which makes driving here very convenient. The breakfast had a great variety too. Location & Surroundings: It's about a 15-minute walk to the East Gate and just 10 minutes from the bus station, so getting around is incredibly convenient. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily and kept spotless."

"We booked this hotel specifically for the Luo Dayou concert at Meixihu International Culture and Arts Centre. It's a very short walk from the hotel. Although the room was smaller than I expected, our stay was very comfortable overall. The breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. Plus, it's not far from Metro Line 2, just a few minutes' walk, making it very convenient to visit Orange Isle and Yuelu Academy. I forgot to take pictures of the room, so here are a few photos of the ground-floor restaurant and the Arts Centre!"

Plus, the hotel offers a 7-seater shuttle service, so transportation is a breeze for families. It's also easy to find restaurants after leaving the park, as the area around the East Gate is full of eateries. 🛏️Bathtub King Room: Refined Down to the Details We stayed in a bathtub king room. The room isn't huge but is exquisite in every detail. The bedding is comfortable, and a relaxing soak in the tub at night washes away all the day's fatigue. If you need anything, just scan the QR code by the bed, and it'll be delivered in minutes – a godsend for busy parents! 👶Parents with Kids Rejoice! All These are Free! Forgot kids' toothbrushes, slippers, or shower gel? The B&B has it all; just ask the front desk, and they'll bring it to your room. There's also a 5 sqm kids' play area with a slide, building blocks, and a small rocking horse. "Just wow. Probably the best view in town. 😍The manager is super friendly and cares a lot for his guests. The room is huge, very clean and provides all amenities. The bathroom is very clean as well, perfectly equipped and has even a modern smart toilet. 🤩 the best is the balcony: right in front of the famous pagoda. Providing a real tea table and a swing. Perfect in every single way. The only negative thing is the parking area which is located in an underground garage on a construction site with absolutely no lights underground. It’s pretty scary going there also. The construction site is jam packed with trash and dead rats and cockroaches and you have to pay for it 🤣🤣🤣 this is the only negative point to mention but it’s not the hotel itself. The hotel is one of the best you can book."
