The staff are very friendly and they offer every assistance that you require. Location was great and room was excellent. If you arrive by taxi, let the staff know in advance so that can wait for you by their back door, else you have to lug your luggage down 4 stories of steps. 

Book a review view the view was exceptional. The breakfast was lacklustre and just not up to standard. The room was decent and cleaning could be better. As well as general Maintenance of the room. The daily housekeeping was none existent. All that was done was bed somewhat neatened and towels refreshed and water provided. No cleaning of anything else was done which was highly disappointing for a 4star hotel. We also kept on running out of toilet paper. Requesting amenities on xiaodu was pointless cause they never arrived.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make the experience comfortable. They also helped with parcel deliveries and an item I lost. The room was also clean, well-equipped and stunning. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I stayed one night at Exotic W Hotel and it was nice because I booked a room with queen bed and a bathtub. The room was clean and had all the useful amenities. There was even a bathing milk in the bathroom. The service was good, though they didn’t speak English well. However, five start hotel stuff should be able to speak in English. Some breakfast dishes were cold. All in all, I had a good experience and it was a good hotel.

We had such a fabulous stay in Unique Hotel these 3 days (24 to 27 May) that we wish we could stay longer. The location of the hotel is great - about 400m to the Furong station and about 15 mins walk to malls and the pedestrian walking street where there are many restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-designed with a full set of amenities. Great choice of movies (free & payable). And the service staff - from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant are cheerful, friendly, helpful, professional and possess an excellent service attitude. It is such a joy talking to them and seeing them every morning at breakfast. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives planning trips to Changsha. In fact, my husband and I may return to this city just to stay in Unique Hotel.

In my contact with the front desk manager Wang, her professionalism and enthusiasm are impressive! Every time I consult a question, she always answers it patiently in the first time, with a friendly and organized tone, which makes people feel warm. When handling business, she is extremely efficient, with a good control of details, and can always solve the needs quickly and accurately, saving a lot of time. I need to coordinate multiple affairs temporarily, and Manager Wang took the initiative to help communicate and coordinate, follow up the progress throughout the process, and finally solve the problem smoothly. Her sense of responsibility and service awareness far exceeded expectations, and she demonstrated excellent professionalism with practical actions. Such a serious, responsible, caring and thoughtful manager not only adds points to the company's image, but also makes every customer feel valued. I sincerely thank Manager Wang for her efforts and like her high-quality service!

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was nicely designed and in a densely populated area which made travelling and finding places to eat at very smooth sailing. The room was spacious, including a lounge area and had a big bathtub with a beautiful city view of the colourful skyscrapers which lit up at night. Wish we had a longer time in the area as we would have loved to stay for longer. Would highly recommend.

Very good location and central to all shops and attractions. The hotel was pretty clean and the service was satisfactory. My only complaint is the shower but they did warn us with signs in the room. The hot water was not stable and the water pressure was weak.

There are many facilities, including laundry, drying service, refrigerator, and projection. Every aspect is very detailed. Draw open the curtains to see the bustling river view. The room is exquisitely decorated, clean and tidy. There are also comfortable beds and high-definition projection. The hotel service attitude is very good. It makes people feel at home! The supplies are all new, clean, odorless and disinfected. The facilities are complete, clean and tidy. The bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas. And the hotel is very convenient to get to anywhere.
