GGuest UserI give a full five-point rating to the service here. I rarely write so many reviews. There are so many advantages. I was upgraded to a balcony room for free when I arrived. They helped me carry my luggage in the car in the rain when I checked in, delivered a disposable basket to the room, delivered peanut drinks for dinner, and sent souvenirs when I left. The waiter's sincere service attitude throughout the whole process can be said to be better than all the five-star hotel services I have seen. The chef of the restaurant on the 4th floor is very good. The Russian food in the evening is large. Three people ate two meals, and the breakfast is also rich.

GGuest UserPet friendly, it's not easy to find a hotel with your furry friends. This hotel is in a great location with many places to eat nearby. The breakfast buffet was just so-so, but there were a lot of options, except for the ones I liked. The room is big and clean, but the hot water is not enough. It's a bit cold to take a shower in winter! If you don't take a shower, it's fine.

GGuest UserThis stay was a fantastic surprise! 🚗 The location is absolutely amazing, just a few steps from the main commercial area, and the parking lot entrance was super easy to find, no need to drive around looking for a spot. The room was very clean, and the breakfast had a great variety of options, with hot dishes constantly being refilled. I had a really peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient with check-in and their service was warm and welcoming without being intrusive. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town! GGuest UserThe hotel offers both above-ground and underground parking and features a heated swimming pool. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a bathtub. Both the front desk and service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast provides a good selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties like Chifeng Duijia and various Mongolian pastries. Our room was very clean and tidy. Its location is excellent, just about a five-minute walk from Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. This hotel is definitely the top choice for a stopover in Inner Mongolia.

GGuest UserThe service was very warm and thoughtful. There was a snowstorm on the day we arrived. The staff went out in the snow to help move boxes and tried their best to provide heating. They also helped move the car and reminded us of the car's malfunction early the next morning. They helped us a lot. Although the yurt facilities are not as good as those of a hotel, it is very unique and has its own independent yard. The children had a lot of fun

The main thing I want to say is that the sound of the sewer pipe is too noisy, basically did not stop all night, and there are curtains, which are not tightly blocked.
