Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views. The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter! With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

The room r clean as what we pay for. The amenities is share basic for the onsen need to be pay services charge for the towel, kids above 140 subject adult surcharge! Hidden cost compare to other hotel which we stay before. Most important is the bus shuttle provided is so limited seat and time slot!! And the service guy *** introduce us go outside hotel service such as dining in the ice room. Unhappy things happen the meat we order cannot been cook after boil more than 5 to 10min even 20min! And so many amenities which hotel have the best he told us hotel food taste average!!! The management still look into this staff!

The hotel's breakfast is Cantonese style, with siu mai, xiaolongbao, steamed spare ribs, steamed chicken feet, fried rice noodles, etc. There are not many varieties, but it is very friendly to us Cantonese people! Lunch and dinner can be solved in the hotel's Shaojiu tube, the product is very good, special roast chicken, special braised butterfly fish, Northeast pig-killing dishes, Rensen pigeon soup, fresh lamb skewers and many other choices. We stayed for four nights and had dinner here every night. The dishes we ordered were different every night, and the taste was great! Chef Qin is very nice. He gave us some extra free dishes every night, from Changbai Mountain wild vegetables to peanuts for drinking, and he gave them away at hand! I have stayed in many five-star hotels, and so far Erdaobaihe is the one I am most satisfied with in Zhihe!

Yu Lingshan provided very good service and helped to book tours and cars, which was very convenient. The hotel also provided breakfast. Although the main meal was at our own expense, we ate there twice and both were very delicious.

I'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts. Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food. Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner. As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager: - please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave; - extended breakfast time to at least 9:30; - include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

A very recommended family hotel. The children's playground is very large, so you can relax for half a day. The hotel is located ten minutes from the airport. The free shuttle bus takes ten minutes to the Tianchi Visitor Center on the west slope. It takes 40 minutes to go up the mountain. It takes another 10 minutes to snowmobile to Tianchi. It takes almost 40 minutes to get to the hotel on the return trip. If you go to Wanda or Luneng, you need to add extra time. It's thirty to forty minutes away, so it's very convenient to take children to Tianchi. Moreover, because there are few people around and the snow is pure white, you will be amazed by the beauty when you open the curtains every day, paired with the orange light of the sunrise. On the last day of departure, Manager Ma from the Parenting Department specially arranged a treasure hunt in the snow for the children, which was really fun! Came to Changbai Mountain for the New Year and stayed for five days. This was actually my second time staying here. The first time I left in a hurry due to the epidemic. This time I just wanted to have fun. I like the decoration style of this hotel. It's very warm. The bedding is very clean. The aunties and the ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The two dogs are so cute. Every night we go to the snow next to play with fireworks, which makes the children from the south very happy. I may choose this place again if I come to play again👍
