Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately dazzled by the blingy crystal chandeliers! The service staff were not only handsome but also incredibly friendly. Our 'fireworks view' room offered an expansive view; we could lie on the soft mattress, watch TV, and enjoy the tranquil lake scenery outside. In the afternoon, we went downstairs for dinner, then my friend and I bought some beers. We chatted away while sipping our drinks, and the atmosphere became even more magical when the Macau Tower lit up at night. I'd definitely pay for this night view again; my friend and I were both very satisfied! (P.s. A deposit is required upon check-in, and you might have to wait a while for the elevator during peak hours, so I recommend planning your trips accordingly.)

Great value for money, close to Fisherman's Wharf and Sands, with free shuttle bus access. The hotel has a vintage European charm, and check-in was smooth, check-out was quick. Drawbacks: Facilities are a bit old (opened in 1995). Not in the city center. Recommended for: budget travelers, photography enthusiasts, and families.

The hotel is clean, hygienic, and comfortable. The front desk staff, Emily, Yoyo, Delia, Margarida, Erica, Alex, Susie, and Zika, were all incredibly warm and attentive. A special shout-out to Emily, who even upgraded our room for free – we're so grateful to her! Highly recommend staying here.

The place was very convenient and highly accessible to Senado Square. There’s a nearby 24/7 convenience store and the place is surrounded by plenty of food options. The place was clean, and everything worked perfectly during my stay. I arrived close to midnight, and while the staff when I checked-in was a local with limited English, I was still able to go through the check-in procedure smoothly. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, especially the morning shift, which was a fellow Filipino so it was easier to ask for some recommendations around the area. Overall, I highly recommend this place! For directions, simply search Naughty Nuri on Google Maps. The alley on the left side will lead you to the accommodation.

The free snacks and drinks in the mini-bar are refillable, which is a very nice touch. The water pressure in the hotel bathroom's shower was a bit low, which was a slight drawback. The room itself was fantastic, directly facing the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian. The hotel also has a popular Chinese ice cream parlor, recommended by celebrities, and a Don Quijote supermarket. The beef and salmon sashimi there are excellent and convenient, and they have unagi don (eel rice) and more. Plus, they'll even heat it up for you right next door!

We have a fantastic night stay. We are grateful and thank you to the concierge staff for the offer of upgrading our room to a suite without charge. We love the old style of interior. The hotel kept well for its cleanliness. The staff offered. top notch class of customer services, friendly and warm and helpful. They have good selection of breakfast. We will stay again if we would come back to Macao. We highly recommend this hotel.

I forgot to pack my slippers, but when I opened the closet, I found two pairs waiting for me—exactly what I needed! It's rare to find hotels that offer such a thoughtful touch these days. The bathroom is incredibly spacious, and there's even a TV built into the wall next to the bathtub. The view from the 15th floor is absolutely stunning; you can see the Ruins of St. Paul's in the distance. Lunch at the MJ Cafe on the first floor is a steal—for just a few dozen bucks, you get soup, a main course, and coffee. The staff were so friendly, and the place had a nice buzz even on a weekday. I'll definitely be back!

We spent two days at this wonderful hotel. We were originally planning to stay overnight, but we couldn't resist staying an extra night. Here's what I want to say: 1. The location is excellent! There are a lot of must-see places nearby. There's also a station with free shuttle buses that take you to and from the airport, to the border with mainland China, and to Taipa Island, where there are many attractions, and much more. 2. Of course, the hotel staff and their attitude towards guests are excellent!!! It feels like there's no one else in the hotel except you!!! Very responsive, attentive, in general, you feel like you're the center of the universe))) Upon check-in, we were upgraded completely free of charge to a room that cost twice as much as the one we booked. And when we decided to stay an extra night, we were told we could stay in the same room for free, even though the hotel was fully booked!!! This is the best attitude I've encountered in all my travels!!! We were delighted!!! 1000% loyalty. 3. This is the room. We had a room on the 17th floor with a balcony and a magnificent view of the city. Although initially it was supposed to be without a balcony and much lower. The room is equipped with everything you need, absolutely everything!!! 4. Excellent spa area with an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, a children's water slide and a very green area, there is also an indoor area with a sauna, jacuzzi and pool. There is also a bar with excellent cocktails, boutiques with branded items and much, much more. 5. Very good breakfasts, lunches and dinners - in general, everything to make your stay truly comfortable and unforgettable. I can talk endlessly about all the advantages of this wonderful hotel, but I want to say one thing - I did not notice a single flaw, and, in my opinion, this is the most important thing. We will definitely come back here again and will recommend this hotel. Thank you very much for your stay!!!! 🫶🏻

I booked a King Room with an ocean view. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The minibar items were complimentary, except for the premium bottled water and wine (though no wine was provided in the room). A deposit of MOP 1,000 was required at check-in, which was fully refunded upon checkout. The hotel also offered free shuttle buses to major hotels and key departure points across Macau. The concierge, Charles, was particularly helpful in advising us on the correct shuttle bus number to reach our intended destination.

This is my second stay here, and I absolutely love it! The environment is great, and the service is excellent. They even upgraded my room. Currently, they also have an Indian food night dinner event. A taxi to the Galaxy Arena costs 50, but if you want to save money, you can take bus 21A right outside the hotel. Get off at The Londoner, and The Venetian is just across the street. The Londoner also has a direct shuttle to the airport. I really like it here and will definitely come back next time!

ZZailvtuzhongdelaoliuThe lobby seating area on the first floor felt a bit small, with only a few chairs. However, the rooms are very spacious, especially for Macau standards. The hallways and elevators were clean and tidy. The room service staff on the sixth floor were very enthusiastic. I booked two non-smoking rooms, but one of them had a strong cigarette smell upon check-in. I called room service, and they quickly brought an air freshener to deal with it, although a slight odor lingered.

GGuest UserOur check-in experience was fantastic, thanks to Andy. He was incredibly professional and efficient, allowing us to check in early and even upgrading us to a room with a great view. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. He also gave us some small candies as a welcome gift, which were delicious! Overall, a very enjoyable check-in. When we checked out, we stored our luggage at the West Wing lobby, and Sheng there was also wonderful. The service was impeccable, very thoughtful and attentive. All in all, my experience at The Venetian was excellent, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau.

YYuezilingweiStayed at Hotel Kyoto Macau on March 25th, and it was a fantastic experience! The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive, and they even upgraded my room for free, giving me a much more spacious and comfortable stay. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful rest. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is pretty good, right next to Grand Lisboa. You can take the free Grand Lisboa **shuttle directly from the Gongbei Port; the information on Doubao (bean bag) is inaccurate and suggests taking other buses. I booked a twin room, and it was quite spacious. The hotel is really old, with a 90s Chinese style. The hot and cold water in the heater need to be adjusted separately, there's no mixing valve, so it's easy to get frozen or scalded. However, the service is quite good, and the hygiene is acceptable. It really felt nostalgic, like going back several decades, you don't find hotels this old in mainland China anymore. But overall, it was alright.

MMikaEmmaKeya and Jim at the front desk were exceptional. We had a new born baby travelling with us and Keya was extremely well mannered by coordinating bell service and walked with us in to our beautifully baby-prepped room and showed us key amenities to enhance our stay -eg baby bottle warmer, kids towel, slippers, kids dental kit, shampoo/shower gel etc. The shopping arcade in the Galaxy Promenade was absolutely stunning, so clean and grand. Food selection was great and there is a huge Apple Store inside. Galaxy hotel also has a top tier hotel-guest only kids play area which is one of the best in the area. As a bonus, Galaxy hotel is located not too far from traditional old city streets with lots of top street food and historical building to take pictures (Rue de Cunha and surrounding areas). This is a great place to stay for all families. Our family felt so well taken care of and we will be back next time.

AAnonymous UserExcellent, excellent, excellent! The room was even bigger than I expected, very clean and tidy. The bedding was super comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing was also good, so it was very quiet in the evening. The shower pressure in the bathroom was strong, and the hot water came quickly, washing away all my fatigue.

JJenny~wThe Grand Lisboa Hotel, despite being an older property, is still very new on the inside. The hotel lobby is magnificent, and the staff are all very polite and enthusiastic. Although the room was a bit small, it was exceptionally clean. The only downside was that the soundproofing in the room wasn't great. Getting around was super convenient as there are many public buses and a free shuttle right outside the entrance. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay.
