The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to the subway station and attraction entrance, and you can walk to the main commercial area in just 5 minutes. Getting around is super easy, even with luggage, no detours needed. The room was spotless; the sheets and duvet covers were clean and odorless, and even the AC vents and bathroom drains were dust-free. As a detail-oriented person, I was thoroughly impressed! The service was also incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they even proactively recommended some local hidden gems. Anything I needed was delivered to the room within minutes, with zero disturbance but always on call. The value for money is off the charts, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The B&B boasts an excellent location, right in the city center, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping options nearby. The room's decor is unique, and the bedding is clean and soft. Overall, the room is spotless and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The host is warm and welcoming, and communication was seamless. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The location is fantastic, right by the Grand Tang Mall (Datang Buyecheng), and just across the street from Joy City. We didn't experience any long traffic jams either! The breakfast was really good, with Xi'an specialties like Rou Jia Mo (meat sandwich), oil tea, oil cakes, and spinach noodles. It's perfect for someone like me who doesn't take the kids to morning markets. The executive lounge offers great views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose The Westin again.

The hotel environment is fantastic. Monica from guest relations called beforehand to ask about my preferences and arranged a great room for me. The room had panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive views and a bright layout. The bedding was comfortable, and the room facilities were complete and well-equipped, including an independent air purifier. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very polite. I'm extremely satisfied and happy with my stay!

Combined with the great natural light from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, my stay was incredibly comfortable. The public gym is well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling.

Its comprehensive facilities include an underground parking garage and a swimming pool. Check-in was swift and the service was excellent. We were greeted with complimentary welcome fruit and specialty beverages, and our room was impeccably clean and tidy. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of options, and the steamed egg custard was beautifully presented. Don't miss the Tianxiang Pavilion Chinese restaurant on the ground floor; it's definitely worth a visit. The ambiance is lovely, and the dishes are truly exquisite – perfect in color, aroma, and taste. Their signature Maoxuewang is especially noteworthy, with its wonderfully spicy, numbing, fresh, and aromatic flavors! In summary, my stay at this hotel far exceeded all expectations. It offers excellent value for money, and the Shangri-La Hotel will undoubtedly be my first choice for any future visits to Xi'an!

The hotel has a world class service,the lobby manager”Nancy Wang”王曉慧was very helpful and polite though out in our stay.We are a family of four people .We booked two rooms' Both rooms' views are top notch and amazing.all the furniture and facilities were pretty new.We mostly enjoy the bath area,there are a few moveable doors that you can see the Tang Paradise landscape view while at the bath tap. This hotel is a must visit,lastly,remember to carry the room card with you,there is sub-entrance at the hotel to access the Tang Paradise with security guards.All you need to do is to show your card to them and you can go through from the hotel to the Tang Paradise gardens and pots locations. We will definitely come and stay in this hotel again at our next holiday at Xian.We really had a great experience there during our stay.

The executive lounge provides high-quality service, drinks, and happy hour, and it's quite enjoyable to relax with the beautiful view of MixC City's Tree of Life directly across the street. The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped, with soft and comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. I will definitely choose Xi'an Wanli Hotel again next time!

There are two swimming pools, plus numerous small hot spring soaking pools, which were a real treat!♨️ Staff: The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming; every single person proactively greeted us and made us feel valued. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was truly impeccable. Even I, with my very high standards, was thoroughly impressed and completely satisfied. Ambiance: The environment is serene, secluded, and offers excellent privacy. Our private hot spring room was fantastic, featuring both a dry sauna and a wet steam sauna – a truly nice touch!🧖‍♀️ There were also both indoor and outdoor showers. The outdoor private hot spring pool was absolutely phenomenal! Service: Our butler provided incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive service. Any questions or needs regarding our children's water activities during our stay were handled promptly and efficiently. We also received complimentary coffee and welcome fruits, which was a lovely gesture. Their hospitality was truly outstanding; for instance, when we went out to watch the ”Song of Everlasting Sorrow” performance, they even helped us dispose of our takeout trash! Every single detail was meticulously taken care of, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. We will definitely be returning! We are beyond satisfied and highly recommend this place for family trips.
