This stay exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, close to commercial areas and the subway, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. The room layout is well-designed with good lighting and ventilation. It was impeccably clean, with no dust even in the corners, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. The mattress was just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk service was attentive, and they were quick to address any needs. Overall, it offers great value for money and is my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

I came here for Phoenix Legend's concert. Monica from guest relations called me in advance to help arrange my room. She answered all my questions and paid great attention to every detail. The room had a fantastic 180-degree panoramic window view, and the layout was quite good. The bathtub was perfectly angled for watching TV, and the TV's sound could be adjusted from the speaker above the tub. In the afternoon, I ordered some takeout and wanted to throw out the trash myself. When I was leaving, I happened to run into the housekeeping staff, and she took the trash bag directly from me. When I returned, I found my room had been tidied up again, and turndown service was provided. It was very thoughtful. There's a dedicated elevator to the guest rooms, and you need to swipe your card to access your floor, which made me feel very secure. The hotel breakfast also offered a wide variety and was delicious. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel!

The hotel's location is excellent, especially with the stunning night views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; they specifically arranged a non-smoking floor for us and even prepared children's slippers and toiletries in the room. After learning about our late flight, they kindly extended our check-out time to 3 PM, which was a huge convenience for our schedule.

I chose to travel during the off-peak season, and the package deal for this five-star hotel felt incredibly worth it. The location is just south of the 'Sleepless City' and only a two-minute walk from Intime City. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively offered an upgrade from a 1.2-meter bed to a twin room with 1.35-meter beds. Due to my train schedule, I was also able to get a late check-out until 2:00 PM. The hotel is quite large and offers a free laundry room, a professional gym, and a swimming pool. My mom and I even used these facilities on our last day. All three of the hotel's restaurants have special offers, like the German bar's 69-yuan BBQ and discounted葫芦鸡 (Húlu Jī) at the Chinese restaurant for hotel guests – definitely don't miss out! My stay was absolutely fantastic, definitely five stars! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and bright, with wonderfully soft and comfortable bedding. The cleanliness was impeccable, which really made me feel at ease. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. I especially want to commend the breakfast; there was a wide variety of choices, and everything was replenished promptly. Overall, it offers exceptional value for money. It's a perfect choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in the city!

Located in Qujiang New District, surrounded by lush greenery, you can directly enjoy the view of Nanhu Park from your room upstairs. Every aspect of the service is thoughtful and attentive; any requests or suggestions are immediately addressed. The soundproofing is excellent, and the facilities are complete, including my favorite real buckwheat pillows. The cleaning staff are very meticulous, even tidying up data cables in the room.

Decided to visit Xi'an for two days on a whim, and luckily Ctrip had a 3-day/2-night package deal. The hotel choice was the highlight of this trip; being under the Hilton brand, everything was guaranteed to be good. The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Metro Line 2, making it easy to get to attractions like the Bell Tower and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. From our room, we had a direct view of the Yong'an Gate city wall at night. Breakfast had a great variety, and you could even take it to-go if you were short on time. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and even recommended trying Xi'an's specialty, 'Zeng Gao'. The front desk lady was also very nice. Thank you very much! 🌷

I really enjoyed staying in this beautiful, elegant hotel with its lovely garden and very friendly peacocks. Everything was perfect. I was upgraded to a really comfortable, spacious suit with a wonderful view of the garden and its red lantern lights at night. The breakfast was fantastic. Coffee on the garden terrace was great. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and ensured any issues were dealt with in a very professional and satisfactory manner. Both the staff and managers were excellent. There is a lovely park next door and a few minutes walk to the white goose pagoda. A lovely area of greenery, wide pedestrianised streets and calm. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel location was fantastic as it is located right opposite Dayan temple and along Da Tang Bu Ye Chen. The hotel itself has a museum located onsite and there was a Picasso's Artwork exhibition during our stay and we were given 2 free entrance tickets to visit the exhibition. The room is generally clean but a renovation may uplift the value of the brand's name. As we had breakfast in the hotel, we found a good variety of food available but unfortunately some of the items were either over cooked or under cooked. I think maybe the hotel should look into the quality of their food provided.

Fresh welcome fruits were also thoughtfully placed in the room. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, with a full selection of Chinese and Western dishes, including pastries, freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruit, and beverages. The ingredients were fresh, food was replenished promptly, and the taste was outstanding. The hotel also features a heated swimming pool and a gym, both with complete and clean facilities. The service throughout was attentive and well-measured, with quick responses to any needs. The location is convenient for travel. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
