It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

Situated about 20 minutes away from Tianjin West Railway station by car, this serviced apartment is big with sufficient facilities convenient for a family to stay in. The beds were clean and comfy and the ensuite toilet had a bathtub too. The common living room area had a couch and a TV for friends and family to gather comfortably if they intend to stay in the apartment for some bonding time. Highly recommended if anyone is travelling with a large group as its price is also very affordable!

Nice clean and comfortable room. The hotel is in a good location with lots to do nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the air conditioning didn't work, luckily it wasn't too hot yet, but the room still got quite warm.

The layout of the room strikes with its design and individuality, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, modern appliances and other equipment, excellent care cosmetics in the room, brilliant panoramic view, etc. will satisfy the taste of the most demanding and refined guest. Special compliments to the hotel's Chef, the food is very tasty, beautifully presented. The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to explore the city, all attractions are within walking distance. I am grateful to the hotel for a pleasant stay on holidays and recommend it to all who prefer a refined, comfortable and professional level of service!

A family of three came here to celebrate the Spring Festival. Before arriving at the hotel, the housekeeper added WeChat to help arrange the room. Early check-in and late check-out were possible, and the housekeeper also took the initiative to help add mineral water. You can also take family photos for free during the Spring Festival. There are many things for three and a half year old children to play, including go-karts, horse riding, VR, naughty castles, and escape rooms. The escape room game was ”Phantom Thief Invitation”. The kids didn't know how to solve the puzzles in the first part, but they needed a child to pass the laser in the last level, which made it feel like a parent-child game. The temperature in the hotel is quite high, about 25 degrees, so you don't have to worry about catching a cold. I bought the all-inclusive package, which included the horse riding room which I could only play once, but I could play the other rooms as many times as I wanted with my wristband. Overall, it feels very suitable for taking children out for a walk, and it should feel even better in summer. As a parent-child hotel, it is recommended to prepare children's toilet seats and small step stools, which are necessities for young children. In addition, it is recommended that a timetable of various activities be given to guests staying at the hotel. The service staff at the door actually reported the wrong time for the fireworks, causing us to miss the 8:10 fireworks. Fortunately, there was a small show later so we did not have any regrets. The buffet in the western restaurant didn't seem to have anything tasty. The salmon plates were often empty and never served. But the overall feeling is not bad. I hope the hotel facilities can be more complete in the future. I can come again if I have the chance.

We were two families with young children visiting over a long weekend and we were both very impressed with the hotel. The staff was excellent, the hotel was clean, the rooms were big, the pools were fun and clean as well, and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay very much as we explored Jizhou. We would definitely stay again if we have the chance.

It felt different and the environment was clean. The bed was very comfortable, with a moderate hardness and softness. It was very friendly to my back problems. There was a restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient. There was also a tourist attraction in front. I went there in the afternoon and it was pretty good.
