The hotel is conveniently located. Three minutes from the metro station (4 branches). Very friendly staff at the reception. We even checked in two hours ahead of the official check-in time. After learning that it was my birthday, the hotel staff brought us fruits to the room. The room itself is cozy and clean. One of the disadvantages is that it is very cold in the bathroom, which has windows facing the street. Well, the pool on the minus ground floor is tiny. As for breakfast, it's good and satisfying. Overall, it's good. But not exactly ”five stars”, in my usual sense.

The staff is very helpful and gives personal attention to make sure everything is good. Many families stay in this hotel. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast has the basic needs. Location is great, very near to Tianjin Eye and Ancient Culture street.

Situated about 20 minutes away from Tianjin West Railway station by car, this serviced apartment is big with sufficient facilities convenient for a family to stay in. The beds were clean and comfy and the ensuite toilet had a bathtub too. The common living room area had a couch and a TV for friends and family to gather comfortably if they intend to stay in the apartment for some bonding time. Highly recommended if anyone is travelling with a large group as its price is also very affordable!

The stay here is tremendously amazing! Every staff is professional, polite and helpful. The ambient is quite sweet and inviting. My Butler Vivian, super service-minded and detail-oriented, did a great job and brought my St Regis experience to a new level. She contacted me even one day before my arrival. I would definately revisit St Regis and would love recommed it to my friends who want a truly luxurious stay!

My son and I stayed for 1 night and was extremely pleased with the hotel. We had a beautiful view and the room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of play. The location was fantastic as it was less than 10min walk from the TianJin Eye. Fast food was accessible as KFC and an 7/11 was right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit TianJin and highly recommend this hotel to travelers of all types.

I think we should play some music, as it felt like no one was staying there. The hardware is OK, but the bathroom door can see the shadow through the glass on the side of the bathtub, and the privacy needs to be improved. For example, it is not suitable for girls to see their father going to the toilet. The hotel has an animal area and a back mountain to climb. There is a castle in the back mountain that is not bad. The small animal area is unattended, and the animals are a bit miserable. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the overall level is good
