"This hotel offers good value for money, and the weekend rates aren't much higher than weekdays. You can enjoy bay views from the window. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from Gimpo Airport and the subway station. The timetable was sent in an email before check-in. You only need to book the airport shuttle at the front desk; for others, you can just hop on. The downside is that the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to be adjustable. Even after turning it down, it remained quite warm, so I had to open the window to cool down."

"It's an old building, but I had a comfortable stay with my family. It was nice to be able to use the sauna right next to the building. It was nice to be able to get a sauna discount if you use the hotel. 🧡"

"It’s walking distance to the waterbomb, great place to stay. The day before my reservation, I spent all day in the ER because I got a virus that got me really sick. I called the hotel to explain my situation and try to cancel. I said I could send them proof, but they immediately refused to cancel. I had to maintain my booking plans, so I don’t lose my $240 dlls reservation. The next day, Trip.com contacted me and said that even if the hotel don’t want to refund me for the cancellation, they would cover the cancellation because they understand it is a medical situation. I appreciate that, but I had to head over to Seoul, which is 3 hours away from where I live, so I decided to keep my booking. Trip stayed in contact with me at all times. 5 stars to Trip.com for that; that's why every time I travel, I make reservations with Trip.com because if anything happens, I know they will have me covered. On the other hand, in the hotel, breakfast was not included, and it was unlimited until 10 am. My friends and I got there around 9:45 am; we were informed they would take away the food at 10, and we agreed with it and paid for breakfast, which was like 16 dlls each? We got to the buffet, and there were items that were empty, no drinks, barely any stuff in there. I had to ask for orange juice and yogurt from the personnel working around the kitchen area, and they kindly refilled it. Personally, I don't think there should be a need to ask for it, there was other table eating there what if they wanted something else? When I asked the cashier if I could get a banana because the last pieces were taken, he replied with “whatever is in there, that is it”. We were still in the range of time that they are supposed to be open for customers who are already consuming, in case they want to eat more. But unfortunately, we paid normal price for their leftovers. At 10:15 am, when we were still eating at the table, the cashier passed by looking at our table and looking at the watch, like telling us to hurry up. Then he came to the table and told us they were closed; we barely got to grab food once at the buffet, and we were being hurried to leave. The cashier turned off the music, and later on the lights; he just stayed looking at us in front of our table while we tried to enjoy our breakfast. If we knew it was gonna be like that, we would've just found a different place to have breakfast."

"There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, and I basically ate out every day during my business trip. There are also many bus routes nearby, plus a shopping mall called Times Terrace where you can find pretty much anything you need. From the airport, take the 8837 bus and get off at Ramada Hotel stop, then it's about a 6-minute walk to the hotel. It's super convenient for transport, food, and accommodation."

"Cleanliness: The room was spotless and well-maintained. Environment: It was a bit tricky to find, but conveniently close to the subway station. There are plenty of convenience stores and street food stalls downstairs, as well as many restaurants. However, I didn't feel very safe going out at night. I'd advise solo female travelers to be cautious. Facilities: Very good. The internet speed was fast, and there were free TV shows available. Bathrobes and towels were all provided."

"I stayed in a duplex room (premium loft) for 3 days during the ***** New Year holiday. I used the 1st floor Kids Jam experience learning twice and the 2nd floor Tnitni free time once in addition to breakfast for both days. I think there is no better hotel for families with children from 4 years old to elementary school students. It is close to Seoul, the price is reasonable, the breakfast and dinner menus are delicious, and most of all, there are many places for children to play. There are various restaurants, Starbucks R, and Terrarosa nearby, so it was good for a quick trip."

"I think the current rating of 8.0/10 is totally underrated!!! For the price it offers great value to the level of a 4-star hotel. In Tokyo, for example , a similar wide room would cost at least double. Modern and clean room, amazing sunrise with marina view. Costs 9000 KRW in the morning and 13000 KRW in the evening to/from Gimpo airport, and just 15 min away. I would definitely stay again if I have a layover in Seoul"

"The hotel is well located in Goyang, close to subway station, restaurants and convenience stores. Room and bathroom are very spacious and clean, no amenities though...but I believe you can buy some at reception if needed. Front desk very cordial and helpful. My only notation is for soundproof, it needs to be improved somehow as we could hear other people's intimacy or neighbors talking and dragging furniture at 2AM. There was also construction work in front of the building starting at 7AM. I still recommend the hotel but please be aware you may not have quiet nights nor mornings."
