"It's a new Hotel and the room for me and my family was awesome. Though there was a misunderstanding but the Hotel staff rectify it immediately and special thanks to Mr. Thariq and Mr. Shah for rectify the issue and makes our stay more enjoyable. My kids were so happy staying there and they even wanted to break their money box / piggy bank to help me pay for an extra one more day to stay there which of course didn't happened. There were ample parking space. and the food prepared during breakfast was marvelous! Just one thing I hope for the management to consider, maybe some private access (walking distance) from the Hotel to the beach so that I would be able to go for fishing during the night, that's all and thanks again for your hospitality. Much appreciated!"

"Excellent stay from start to finish. We were greet with warm smiles, received great assistance with out luggage, and enjoyed smpoth registration process with the bonus of an early check-in. The kids loved the interactive passport activity and were excited to complete it for an ice cream reward. The room was beautif and relaxing, with a lovely scent. My children enjoyed the pool, kids room and my wife especially loved the breakfast. A memorable experience for the whole family."

"This hotel isn't too far from Jonker Street, nor is it too close; it's quite near Dataran Pahlawan. A great and affordable dining option nearby is Family Corner. The hotel is very comfortable, with a swimming pool and a gym. All the in-room facilities worked well. The only downside is the carpeted floor, which can be a bit inconvenient as carpets are prone to getting dirty. Service was good."

"My stay was lovely. Before booking, I spent some time reading the reviews to get an idea of what to expect. I was genuinely concerned that I might encounter dirty sheets or towels, or a room that hadn't been cleaned properly. Thankfully, those concerns proved to be completely unfounded. The soundproofing was also something I was concerned about, so we were prepared for some noise. It was exactly as described in the reviews - the pitter-patter of footsteps from the room above, people walking past our room, and the merrymaking from groups in the foyer. The room did come equipped with complimentary earplugs, but unfortunately I'm not a fan of using them, so I simply waited for the noise to die down each night. The check-in staff were wonderful, and I'd especially like to thank Miss Izza (although I never had the opportunity to meet her in person). I had to momentarily withdraw from the trip at the last minute, and she kindly helped make the necessary arrangements for my partner to take over the booking instead. Her assistance made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. I also had some ice packs that needed to be kept frozen, and the hotel staff happily assisted. The room was comfortable, and I slept incredibly well—better than I do in my own bed at home. Our only gripe was the parking. The hotel's parking lot is a short walk away, which wasn't ideal in the heat. Also, the road leading to the hotel is one-way, so if you miss the entrance, you'll need to make roughly an 8½-minute loop (during off-peak hours) to get back. It's a minor inconvenience, but worth keeping in mind if you're driving. Jonker Street is only a 5–6 minute walk away, so if that's your primary destination, this hotel is perfectly located."

"This hotel is fantastic! I really loved the industrial-style decor. A special shout-out to the hotel restaurant – I arrived quite late and didn't want to bother with a taxi, so I ordered food in, and it was surprisingly delicious! The flavors were authentic, the presentation was excellent, and the price was reasonable. The room itself was clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The air conditioning was really powerful; I actually turned it off at night so I wouldn't catch a cold. It's only about a 3km taxi ride to Jonker Street, which is basically the minimum fare, and ordering a Grab was super quick and convenient. It's a shame I only stayed one night, as Malacca isn't that big and most people just do a day trip. If I ever get the chance, I'd love to stay here again for another night to really soak in the local culture."

"Not far from Jonker Street, it's about a 10-minute taxi ride. There are convenient stores and Malay food stalls nearby, which is very handy. The price is affordable and includes breakfast, which is really good. Great value for money."
