The swimming pool is small and they request swimming caps (that off course you can buy at spa), but sauna and hammam are for extra charge, we were upset by this fact(((( tooth brushes you need to request on reception. "The room was fresh and elegant, feeling just like home (see pic 4). Pic 3 shows the breakfast, which was incredibly rich and perfect for a Chinese palate. Pics 1 and 2 are the rooftop night views; on one side, there's a magnificent blue dome, and on the other, the deep blue sea – absolutely stunning scenery. The young man at the front desk provided warm and thoughtful service, and the owner knows a bit of Chinese, making communication very easy. I genuinely recommend this place."

"The service was five-star, and the staff were incredibly kind. They even gave us gifts and a map of Istanbul with explanations right when we arrived. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the attractions. However, the only downside is that the air conditioning would sometimes turn off in the middle of the night... maybe it was overheating? Also, the soundproofing isn't great, and there was a lot of noise from outside the window at night. Everything else was perfect."

"We had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for us. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. You can even see both from the terrace, including during breakfast, which made it feel extra special. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of variety at breakfast, and it being available from 7 to 11am was really convenient. We did have a small issue with the room at the start, but it was not the hotel’s fault at all. The team handled it brilliantly and kindly upgraded us, which we really appreciated. We had an early departure on the last day, and the staff even offered to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room before the breakfast service had opened. We did not take it as it was too early for us, but it was a really thoughtful gesture. Overall, amazing service, great location, and a really positive experience from start to finish. Would definitely stay again."

"This hotel is excellent, I highly recommend it to everyone. It was our first time booking here, and we were very satisfied. It's conveniently located near Taksim Metro, Istiklal Street is just a 5-minute walk away, Dolmabahçe Palace is a 25-minute walk, and Galata Tower is 20 minutes. The Blue Mosque is about an hour's walk. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and always smiling. They consistently offer complimentary juice, tea, coffee, muffins, and fruit. Breakfast is served on the 5th-floor veranda with a wonderful view. The breakfast selection is varied, even though many reviews mentioned it being repetitive. The lady serving breakfast is very welcoming and can prepare omelets or fried eggs to your liking. You definitely won't leave hungry!"
