Booked this hotel because it's a short walk to Chora Church and Tekfur Palace, and indeed, both were easily accessible on foot. My room was on the first floor facing the street. While the windows were of good quality, the noise from pedestrians and traffic didn't quiet down until late into the night. The service was excellent; even though there was no elevator to my floor, my luggage was still carried for me. The breakfast quality was also satisfying. You can take the tram from the road facing the river by purchasing tickets from the self-service machine.

I had a wonderful experience in Romance Istanbul Hotel. The location is great as it is between the old city and Eminonu which links to the significant public transport services to both the Asian and European side of Istanbul. The facilities are clean and the rooms are spacious with all the necessary services. The hotel also provided a pool, sauna, Turkish hamam and massage service which is a huge plus. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful no matter what your background is. I would highly recommend this hotel to all guests from couples to families etc.

Hello everyone))) We are delighted with the hotel in particular, let's start from the beginning. The hotel facade is really very Instagrammable, passers-by are constantly taking photos) The hotel itself is also very cozy. The breakfasts are really hearty and delicious. The owner Anna is the sweetest woman ❤️ Audibility is ok, or maybe the neighbors are just quiet) The only thing is that the air conditioner was noisy, but not critical. In this hotel I felt like a relative who came to visit, very welcoming)))

Stayed here with a family of 5 in December. All the staffs were kind and whenever we asked for help, they had immediate response and were extremely helpful. I used an indoor pool and gym, which were well managed and most importantly clean. We also had a breakfast which consisted of Turkish traditional cuisine and wide range of dishes to choose from. So good that I looked forward to waking up every morning. Grabbing a taxi was easy here but if you’re aiming to tour with a public transportation like bus and metro, you might have to walk +15mins. All in all, operations are smooth, and the facilities are maintained to a very high level. Thanks for the unforgettable times.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful hotel with its breathtaking Bosphorus view. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout my stay. The outdoor pool was wonderful, and the spa team was not only professional but also very friendly, making the experience even more relaxing. The rooftop bar and restaurant were exceptional, offering both a stunning view and delicious food – the sushi and meat platters were outstanding. The warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. The lobby, with its elegant atmosphere and view, was also a highlight. During our stay, we celebrated my son’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake prepared by the chefs. This thoughtful gesture made the day unforgettable. Every morning, the attentive waitress would kindly serve me hot water along with my dry apricots – a small detail that meant a lot to me. Overall, this is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming hotel. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so special. I will definitely be back!

Extremely comfortable, especially the service which was incredibly attentive and flawless. We felt truly at home. The Italian restaurant downstairs was also delicious; we went there multiple times. Breakfast at the Turkish restaurant was delightful. We got excellent rest, and they even upgraded our room for free.

The deluxe room was on the top floor with a view to the park. You can open a huge window across the wall and watch the flights and games of birds, including the papuges (they are in huge numbers in the park). Aist, tea, papuges - it seems that you are in the park of the Yuri period. We are very pleased with all, including the hospitality with which we have been met and accompanied. A wonderful place and people, we will definitely come back again!

The hotel is very beautiful, and it is an integrated building with the Ciragan Palace. Standing on the balcony of the room, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The breakfast restaurant, Peacock Restaurant, and Turkish Restaurant have rich and delicious dishes. Especially in the breakfast restaurant and Peacock Restaurant, you can experience the best service. Every manager of the restaurant does it personally, which is very enjoyable. The front desk, concierge, and room service are impeccable and fully staffed. Every need will be responded to and met in the first time. It is the first time to feel the kind of meticulous and warm service of a small luxury hotel in a big hotel. Although it is a bit unpleasant to travel in Istanbul, the Kempinski Hotel Istanbul impressed us and added to the fun of this trip!
