The hotel location is very good. The shopping mall is just opposite the hotel and the train stn is just beside. Their staffs were very responsive and helpful. Especially one of the front desk staff, Cameron. He doesn’t have a friendly face but he was very attentive to details and try his best to go the extra miles to make sure our stay is comfortable. 👍

old school type five star hotel. extremely large room and decently maintained. location is not the best for walking though. it's a short walk to Zhongshan road and the Metro exit 3A but China's pavements aren't very comfortable and safe to walk due to the speeding bicycles and mobility devices. suitable if you intend to take a didi or taxi everywhere. food options plenty but largely similar.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently say is the best family resort in Xiamen, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, featuring modern decor and stunning views that made our family feel relaxed and comfortable. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, providing the perfect environment for both relaxation and family bonding. The dining experience was equally impressive. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes, ensuring that even the pickiest eaters in our family were satisfied. The on-site restaurants offered a delightful mix of local and international cuisine, making every meal a treat. The resort's location was ideal, situated close to the beach. After a day of sightseeing, we loved returning to the resort to unwind by the pool or enjoy the various family-friendly activities available. Overall, our stay at this resort was nothing short of amazing. The combination of beautiful rooms, exceptional service, delectable food, and a fantastic location made it a memorable experience for our family. Okay, but much better options exist if you have the money and book in advance. First of all, its a separate class of hotel situated within the very same Marriot (which is higher end), so consider this a class below the actual Marriot. The exit is separate, and leads mostly to nowhere, and you will most likely enter the real Marriot part of the building at first, but thankfully staff knows this is a common mistake and leads you through a small hallway of about 200m to the other reception where you will be greeted by just as professional staff. They don't include any toiletries but will deliver them swiftly to the room door if you need any, I guess its ecological, in their mind, but practically..ultimately pointless and saves no one's time and energy. The room itself is a bit of a step down from regular 4* chain hotels - the size, the leather on the furniture is torn and worn a bit, and it shows its age and class. There are similarly priced competitors within the same 1-2km range, who do a much better job, plus better view, for a few bucks more. It should be priced a bit lower in order to be a good deal and vibe for the money. Ultimately an okay hotel, no one will be disappointed, but the value to me just isn't there, and the real Marriot is in the same building, but you are getting the cheaper version of it, watered down.

Love this hotel, the view from the room is just amazing! The swimming pool is very big and so beautiful ! The Italian restaurant downstairs is good Will go again for sure!

A little rough around the edges, particularly when it comes to service. Although, the concierge staff were pretty helpful. The restaurants are a mixed bag, the Japanese place is great. Nice views of the harbour, but a bit of a journey to most of the local attractions. Rooms are about what you'd expect from a place like this. Overall...pretty average. Could probably do better at the price point, but could definitely do worse.

I stayed in International Conference centre Hotel one night with my kids. I feel very warm and comfortable and I like this hotel. Great location, great reception, great room service, great breakfast, great welcome security! I feel that the management of the hotel is very good and the staff service is very good. I don't know their names, but I remember their smiles and enthusiasm. I have to wash clothes every day because I take care of my children. Every time I have trouble the room attendants to run around. But they are always smiling and warm service. I have lived on the 19th floors. I know Tim, Eric and Edwin, and two other people who do not know their names. Thank them very much! We had a lot of luggage, so it was very difficult to get in and get out. They were very patient. They helped us take the luggage upstairs when they saw a lot of luggage. A girl, who was very nice, and Miss Zhang, who was a guest of honor, saw that we had too much luggage on the taxi. It solved our big problem and made us very touched! Thank you, Miss Zhang! Thank you, nice hotel!

Live in a real sea view room You can see the sea directly from the room. The room is spacious and has a large balcony where you can watch the sunrise! The beach is at the back door of the hotel. After watching the sunrise in the morning, you can go back to sleep~ It feels very suitable for bringing children. There is an infinity pool here. The pool is cleaned and flushed every day. There are lifebuoys and safety guarantees. The babies who stay here can experience the swimming pool for free and enjoy a 20% discount on Winnis Island Coffee! It's so comfortable here at night. When we arrived at the quarry it started to rain. The luggage pickup service was done by a middle aged man who seemed like a really nice guy, however he was ill-equipped for rainy weather. We walked through the rain and the luggage was completely soaked. (No buggy except for government related service, so the man used a trolley) the hotel room seemed sparse for its price, we booked the suite with panorama view. The night view is fantastic, but the toilet is easily choked, the staff came up to unclog the toilet explained that the piping was since time ancient and therefore cannot take any tissue. Luckily we only booked one night. Also the trip booking system seemed to hold the $$ for ‘preauthtorisation’ and the hotel requires you to pay again for the actual payment. Quite a number of guests were also buffled by this arrangement. Do take note of you are paying a guarantee to trip.com or the actual hotel. Only one young male staff was very enthusiastic and helpful, the rest did not seem like they want to work here. The atmosphere at front desk was generally quite gloomy.
