Location was good. Nearest hotel to gongbei port after clearing customs and above the underground mall. Xiaomin (receptionist) was very sweet. She arranged for a room on a high floor for us. In addition, it was such a nice gesture to decorate the room so nicely as a birthday surprise! Thank you v much.

The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China. We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early. Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside. Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

I stayed here for 7 days, by the 5th day the bathroom shower was clogged and the bathroom had flooded. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and changed me to a different room. The hotel room was very big and the air conditioning was great for these hot days.

Great environment and facilities. Easy to get around with free shuttle buses to Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park respectively. Easy walking distance to Kaka Theatre as well as the Chimelong show. It was really special to have the complimentary afternoon tea by the playful dolphins. The ferry ride to Ocean Kingdom was nice too! The pools and fitness gym were proper. We would have enjoyed some pool fun if we had brought our swiming attire. Overall very satisfied and we'll definitely book this hotel again :)

I had a pleasant stay at Zhuhai Yuehai Hotel (Gongbei Port High-speed Railway Station Branch). The hotel was clean and well-maintained, offering a good level of comfort. Although the swimming pool was closed for the winter and located in the opposite building, the hotel made up for it with other amenities. The highlight was the 360-degree rotating restaurant on the 29th floor, serving a wide variety buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at an affordable 60 RMB. For entertainment, there’s a KTV on the 4th floor. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The Deluxe Mountain View Twin Room (913) is an excellent choice. The spacious, clean, and well-appointed room and bathroom, along with the hotel's top-notch amenities such as the beautiful pool and fitness center, provided a wonderful stay. The exceptional service from the Front Office Manager, Ms. 王曉雨, who graciously accommodated an early check-in and arranged a delightful afternoon tea, is particularly noteworthy. The dining options, including the abundant breakfast and elegant afternoon tea, are also excellent. I was thoroughly satisfied and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

We have a lovely and comfortable stay in this place, everything is fine and well equipped with our needs except a two bedroom apartment should at least have 4 tea cups than 2. The balcony is hugh and all rooms can access, I wish I have more time to stay. Check in staff is a nice guy with heartfelt smile, you feel being welcomed. One thing about the room was the smell of the air conditioning, they needed to be cleaned.

I arrived in Zhuhai via High Speed train from Guangzhou South. It took me about 1/2 hour to get here because there are so many blockades near the train station and I wasn't sure where I was going. Now I know and the walk is about 10 minutes. A manager was called to help at my check-in, maybe because the clerk hadn't done a foreigner before, but than and throughout the trip, staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The swim pool and laundry are on the 5th floor, so on my last day, I put clothes in the wash machine and the clerk came and showed me how and where to pour soap and softener, then recommended the 15 minute cycle. After my swim, clothes were washed but all 3 dryers were busy. The clerk came and offered to do the transfer, drying, folding and bring them to my room. That she did. I was on the 16th floor with a nice view of Macau and the the bay with the new roadway to Hong Kong. One small negative: as I like flexibility in my dining, I didn't include and=y meals in my reservation. When I decided to try the Thai restaurant, she checked my room key and got flustered that I hadn't pre-paid. She seemed to not know what to do, so I went to my favorite hotel eatery, the Capri Pizzeria and bar. The place is gourmet dining with a great choice of dishes, including pizzas, and drinks. I had a Guiness Stout with every meal. It was so good, I even extended my stay.

I have stayed in many B&Bs and encountered many pitfalls, but this B&B is really recommended. The B&B is located on the east side of Naozhou Island, facing the sea. The houses in the courtyard are well-proportioned, and each step leads to a view, making it very photogenic. The landlord was very nice and upgraded us to a room. The name of the room is very poetic, called Mu Chen. The decoration is very beautiful. When you open the door, you feel like traveling abroad (see picture). The room has a big bathtub 🛁 and a projector 📽️ , and there are large floor-to-ceiling glass doors. You can walk out directly after opening the door and enjoy the entire balcony to yourself. The room is very comfortable and well-designed. It's the kind of comfort that you can stay in the room, blowing the sea breeze, looking at the whitening waves🌊, and being in a daze all afternoon. It should be noted that the B&B is located on the easternmost side of the island. If you are lucky, you can see the sunrise🌄, but the restaurants and snack streets on the island are all at the West Bank Pier, which is 7 kilometers away. There is no Didi or Didi on the island** For takeout, you need to arrange your itinerary in advance, or order food from the host in advance, or buy your own ingredients. The B&B can provide kitchen or barbecue equipment, and reservation is required in advance. The biggest highlight of this May Day holiday trip was the surprise brought by this B&B. Because there are not many scenic spots on Naozhou Island itself, it focuses on an original ecology, with mud roads, banana trees, dragon fruit, and volcanic rock reef beaches (the same style as in Hawaii). There is such a cozy and comfortable B&B hidden on such an island, giving people a sense of beauty and peace isolated from the world.
