I chose this hotel because it's right near the border crossing, and overall, it was pretty good. The soundproofing is decent, the hygiene is good, and for a hotel so close to the border, the privacy was actually quite good. Plus, the transportation is super convenient – the airport shuttle drops you off just a few dozen meters away, and the border crossing is only a few hundred meters on foot. My only complaint is that it was really cold the night I stayed, and the central air conditioning didn't have a heating option, so I shivered all night. I called in the morning and they brought a space heater, so the hotel service was still very good.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

As for dining, the breakfast buffet boasts a diverse selection, from authentic Cantonese dim sum to Western dishes, all prepared with great care, using fresh ingredients and replenished promptly. The service is equally commendable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and orderly, with friendly and professional staff. Concierge personnel actively assisted with luggage. Room service was prompt. The express checkout system is easy to use, and the EV charging stations are a great convenience for new energy vehicle owners. These details all reflect the hotel's thoughtful consideration for guests' practical needs.

The dining experience was an absolute highlight! The breakfast selection was unbelievably extensive, from freshly made omelets to local delicacies, every dish was exquisite and delicious. Evenings at the Executive Lounge were particularly delightful; enjoying expertly crafted drinks amidst soft music, overlooking the city as the lights came on, was truly the most luxurious way to unwind during my trip.

Our booking included Executive Lounge access, which came with afternoon tea and Happy Hour for two. On the first day, we went to the 24th floor to try the afternoon tea, and as soon as we entered, Linda greeted us warmly. She not only helped us with coffee and pastries but also patiently chatted with us and introduced us to unique local eateries around the hotel. The next day, when we returned for Happy Hour, Linda welcomed us like old friends, explaining the food options. The spread was so generous it could easily serve as dinner, with a variety of alcoholic beverages available, and a chef even prepared a special preserved radish congee on the spot. Overall, the professional service significantly enhanced the value for money of the executive room and was an added bonus to our trip – definitely worth the price!

The elevator signs to the hotel on B1 are not very clear. The parking spaces on B2 are lift-type and quite narrow. **Location:** * The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Zhuhai Light Rail Station, making it convenient for crossing the border to Macau.

Charming hotel is conveniently located near the Gongbei Port, making it very easy to travel to Macao. It also takes less than 10 minutes for a taxi ride from the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge port to the hotel. There are a lot of eateries around to satisfy your taste. A tour bus station for visiting local attractions is also close to the hotel. Free self-help laundry service is available at another hotel nearby. Rooms are quiet and clean even though the decoration is dated.

I booked two rooms this time. The sea-view room was absolutely perfect, but the mountain-view room was really disappointing; there was nothing to see. Next time, I'll definitely remember to choose a sea-view room! Avoid room 706! The hotel's location is excellent, with the Sun & Moon Shell on the left and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge on the right, plus City Balcony and Jingshan Park nearby. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the wide variety and deliciousness of the cakes and pastries. The bell staff at the entrance provided excellent service; they were proactive and enthusiastic in helping with luggage, definitely a five-star experience!

The location is great and it's quiet. The service is very friendly. It's perfect for a stay with family, best friends, or your partner. It's right across from the ocean with a fantastic view. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's very thoughtfully prepared. Overall, a good experience 😊

The hotel's location is actually quite good, very convenient for getting around. However, we had a bit of ”bad luck” when we arrived: the greenway was closed, and so was the gate leading to the beachfront pool. We had to put our plans to stroll around or relax by the pool on hold. The front desk told me they upgraded my room, but it turned up being in a quite remote corner, taking several minutes to walk there from the elevator. The upside is it's relatively quiet, but the downside is I ended up hitting my daily step count just by getting to and from the room. I guess I traded distance for a nice view, as the scenery outside the window was indeed quite pleasant. Overall, there weren't any major issues with the stay, but if the public areas had been open normally, the experience would have better lived up to the 'resort hotel' expectation.
