I brought my kids to Zhuhai Chimelong and was very satisfied with our stay. I travel for business 8-9 months a year and rarely write hotel reviews, but I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to Hotel L this time. The hotel's location is excellent, and staying on a higher floor offers beautiful night views. It's directly across from Zhuhai Station, making it super convenient for high-speed rail, bullet trains, airport transfers, and buses to various destinations. Being right opposite Gongbei Port also makes crossing over to Macau very easy. The room facilities are incredibly comprehensive, including a mini-fridge, ice bucket, a fully automatic self-service laundry room, and a very well-equipped gym. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and there were two types of comfortable pillows. The hotel even thought of small details like scissors, a sewing kit, nail clippers, and special slippers and toothbrushes for kids. They also provided a fruit and snack platter as a complimentary gift. Breakfast was a set menu, delivered directly to our room. If I come back to Zhuhai, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

For our Chimelong family trip, following recommendations from several friends, we chose to stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel, and our overall experience over a few days was indeed excellent. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright with a simple design, and the understated decor creates a relaxing arrival atmosphere. The check-in process was efficient. The room arrangements clearly showed thoughtful consideration for families with children. The amenities were comprehensive, and the children's specific items were a very nice touch. The mattresses and pillows were just right, providing a comfortable sleep environment for the whole family. The staff proactively offered a non-slip mat and adjusted the minibar's location to prevent young children from accidentally touching it – truly attentive to detail. The dining experience was good. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection and consistent quality. The Fisherman's Wharf Tea Restaurant became our go-to for dinner; their dim sum was authentic, and the fresh shrimp wonton noodles are a must-try. The restaurant also catered well to children, providing dedicated utensils and high chairs. The leisure facilities are a major highlight of the hotel. Our child went to the Water World every day, and the indoor heated pool was also a great place to relax. Evening strolls in the hotel garden have become a family tradition, and the views of the flamingos and dolphin pool helped us forget our worries. The butler service was promptly responsive and even proactively helped us check operating hours. Overall, the hotel performed steadily across accommodation, dining, entertainment, and service support, making it a satisfying choice.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal, on the beach. We had an incident with noise on the first night from two wedding parties and this affected our sleep. The receptionists Hugo and Hestia did a superb job in rectifying the situation by offering us a new room and an upgrade at the same time. Most of the front desk staff speak English, and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. It’s a fantastic hotel for a family. We got wonderful weather and were able to spend plenty of time on the beach even though it was winter.

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to get around, and there are tons of fantastic food options nearby! After booking, a thoughtful concierge reached out to us. They were incredibly attentive and even upgraded our room when they found out we were two adults and two children, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was excellent! The morning tea was also a highlight. Highly recommend staying here!

Huge thanks to Charlie for upgrading us to a room with a Macau view! The room was new and spacious, even came with a Dyson hairdryer. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. It's just a ten-minute walk to Jing Tian Massage, and the next day, a taxi ride to Wanzai for our return to Macau was super convenient. The value for money here is absolutely incredible! My hubby (my 'piggy teammate' as I call him playfully) says we're definitely staying here again next time! 🏨

The room was bright and clean, and the reception staff were warm and welcoming. Xu Yachun, a server on the 11th floor, provided excellent and thoughtful service. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes. I'll definitely bring my friends to stay here again next time!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right along Lovers' Road. A huge thank you to Olivia Ou, who made arrangements and upgraded our room even before we arrived. After check-in, we were treated to a delicious spread of fruit, freshly baked cookies, and chocolates – absolutely amazing! Our room offered a stunning 180-degree sea view, with breathtaking panoramic vistas of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and the Shell Theater. Other facilities like the fitness center, pool, and sauna were also excellent.

Hygiene: Very clean. Although the hotel is a bit old, the hygiene conditions are still very good. Facilities: The facilities are complete; they may not be exquisite, but they are comprehensive and tidy. Environment: The location is at the end of Er Ma Lu Food Street, right by the sea. So, as soon as you step out, you have both the sea and delicious food, which is very convenient. Plus, the seaside on the way to the hotel is truly beautiful, and the sunset is absolutely stunning—I couldn't help but get out of the car to take a ton of photos. From the hotel room window, there's still an unbeatable sea view, and leaving the window open at night means waking up to the sunrise the next day, which is very pleasant. Service: The service is great. They brought red bean sweet soup to the room in the evening, and when I left, they provided Shanwei local specialty souvenirs. The front desk lady was very responsive and had an excellent service attitude. I would definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Shanwei.

Great location right by the beach, with a lovely sea breeze. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent natural light. I could faintly hear the sound of the waves from my bed, which made for a very relaxing stay. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; our butler Kiki was very responsive and quickly helped with any small requests, saving us from worrying about minor details. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. This vacation was incredibly pleasant and I feel completely refreshed. Excellent value for money!
