"I stayed in a 10th-floor seaview room, and the view was decent. It's very close to the beach, just a seven or eight-minute walk to Silver Beach. It's quite beautiful on a good day.
The hotel was built in 2022, but the maintenance isn't great. It doesn't feel as well-kept as the seaview hotels in Sanya; it already feels a bit old inside.
The hygiene was good, and the cleaning was well done. However, the cleaning staff started knocking on the door around 10:30 AM to ask if they could clean, which was a bit disruptive.
The soundproofing is pretty bad; you can hear everything from the hallway very clearly. It gets a bit noisy in the morning, but evenings are generally quiet. The food options near the hotel are mediocre; you have to go to Qiaogang for more lively dining.
I didn't have breakfast. The complimentary 'laoyou fen' (noodle soup) from the Crowne Plaza across the street was also just so-so. The pre-sale package price was acceptable, but anything more expensive wouldn't be worth it."

"Within walking distance of Silver Beach, making it very convenient to get around. The high-floor view is expansive, and the room is quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with complete amenities. The apartment-style layout feels cozy and comfortable. There are many dining options nearby, especially places to eat seafood. Free parking is a plus for those driving. The front desk service was enthusiastic; after checking in, they specifically escorted us to our room. We needed to get a temporary ID, and the front desk even helped us by providing information about the nearest police station and sending the location. When checking out early in the morning, the young lady at the desk even said, ”Please be careful on your travels,” which was very heartwarming. Overall, the experience was great, and it offers excellent value for money."

I had just picked this place randomly, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The environment was clean and pleasant, and the service was genuinely warm. I arrived around 11 AM, quite tired from an early flight. The front desk staff saw my exhaustion and quickly processed my check-in so I could go to my room and rest. The concierge immediately helped with my luggage, and along the way, even told me about the restaurant and how to get to the beach. They truly took care of the guests' feelings. "This place hasn't been open long, but the walls are already scuffed, the spotlights are flickering, and the bench legs are uneven. On top of that, the front desk staff had a terrible attitude, especially one woman they called 'Jiejie' (sister) – she was even worse, though I didn't get a chance to take a photo. It really felt like I paid money just to be annoyed. I'm very unhappy with the attitude. The maintenance staff who came at night were decent, but everything else was just so-so. I've been here before, and the experience isn't as good as it used to be. It's mainly the service attitude that's really slipped."

"Our stay at Dhawa Beihai Weizhou Island during our Weizhou Island trip exceeded expectations! When we asked about getting to the island, car rental, and clam digging, Amy patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions with a gentle and professional attitude. The hotel also offers pier transfer services, making travel hassle-free, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The overall vacation vibe was relaxed and comfortable. "I'd never used the laundry room before, and this was my first time. It was a fantastic experience. It was small, available, and there was no waiting.
The laundry supplies nearby were a nice touch, including a sewing kit, anti-stain sheets, lint trimmers, and shoe polish towels.
The front desk, upon learning I wanted coffee, immediately offered me some drip coffee.
Every gesture was thoughtful, and I felt very welcome staying here.
The breakfast was also worth mentioning. There was a wide variety of delicious salads and cold dishes, including baguettes. There were four or five kinds of fruit, all very tasty. The coffee was always as good as I could ask for."

Usually when I go out on my own, I choose a hotel. Hotels are relatively clean. When traveling with my family, I choose B&Bs or apartments. However, the hygiene is not as good as that of a hotel. I see that the sheets and duvet covers are ironed and wrinkled. This must have been changed. I own a hotel and I know that. , I turned over the pillow at night and found blood stains, which made me feel uncomfortable. I immediately took out a disposable product and put it on. The blood-stained pillow was thrown directly on the floor. It was useless. The service was very good. I answered all questions. The room There is no water distribution, you need to buy your own water. There should be two bottles of water as standard, and this is a suite, so overall it is just okay! It’s not bad to stay for one night while traveling

1. Location: Very close to Golden Beach, it should be a homestay, the lobby is a room at the entrance of the community, the guest room is a few floors in the community, and the beach is separated by a road, the sea view is not bad.
2. Traffic, if you take a taxi, you can say that the location is very easy to find, and public transportation is nothing.
3. Service, basically ordinary homestay, and the hotel is still a little bit, and the front desk and the room are far away. The better thing is that I originally set it for two days, and I want to refund one day and I am very happy.
4. Facilities, the elevator was bad on the first day, such a big building, there were two elevators on dozens of floors, and the people waiting were dying. The facilities inside are actually old, the windows are a bit old, there is no sound insulation effect, and the below is not sealed. The facilities inside are also very old, the hot water is intermittent, the night is super noisy, very unfriendly to children.

Guest UserWe had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, right by Qiaogang Beach. It's super close to Qiaogang Style Street, so every evening we just rented a scooter from right outside the hotel to grab some snacks. The beds were really comfortable too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beihai.

The location is excellent, right across from the beach, making it very convenient for families with children. The room is clean, has a balcony for drying clothes, and is fully equipped. Parking is convenient, and the receptionist, Xiao Jian, is very helpful and introduced nearby tourist attractions. It's great value for money; I'd extend my stay for two more days. Highly recommended!

The butler service was a real plus; they sent WeChat messages with useful tips and information, which really helped us navigate and avoid any detours. We also got a free upgrade to a larger double room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The pool wasn't crowded, so we had a very pleasant swim. Overall, a great experience! And Beihai has so many delicious food options too.
