"Facilities: The facilities were excellent and fully equipped; we had everything we needed, including a washing machine, and the air conditioning was very powerful. Cleanliness: The place was spotlessly clean and very tidy – excellent. Environment: The environment was superb! With the ocean right outside the window, the view was absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. Service: The owner was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive."

"Facilities: The hotel has a very stylish design with various room types. We chose the 'Wave Seaview' room, which features floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony, offering an instant view of the ocean. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive and modern, including a constant-temperature hot tub, a dryer, and smart home features (the large smart TV was a lifesaver for putting the kids to sleep – they’d just watch it and drift off 🤣). Service: The butler service was superb! With a team of 10 butlers, all our requests and issues were addressed promptly. It's perfectly suited for families with both elderly members and young children. Every day, there was afternoon tea and a 'goodnight stew,' along with airport/station pick-up and drop-off services. They also arranged activities like clam digging and sea fishing, and even provided a farewell gift upon departure! Location: It’s located in the Golden Beach area, not far from the old town and very close to the Oceanarium. A night market is right downstairs, and if you walk a bit further, you'll find various local food stalls. It's a bit further from Silver Beach, but a taxi ride takes about half an hour, so transportation is convenient! Especially noteworthy is the complimentary travel photography service. They collaborate with Yuexiang Travel Photography. The photographer was excellent at capturing moments and kept us in a great mood throughout, leaving us with beautiful memories of our family of five. After the first day's shoot, we immediately booked another session for Silver Beach the next day. The photographer arrived on time and even waited a bit for us. Since we had seniors and kids and didn't want to overexert ourselves, she encouraged us to play naturally while she took photos. We were extremely happy with the pictures!"

"For this May Day holiday, I chose the Shangri-La Hotel, and as an established hotel, the service was indeed excellent. Long before our arrival, they assigned Ivy, our butler, to assist us with various arrangements, making our check-in incredibly smooth. The hotel breakfast also has a children's area, though it's a bit small. Throughout our stay, any questions we had were answered promptly, and they even helped us book children's activities and a travel photoshoot."

"Stayed at Crowne Plaza Beihai Silver Beach again during the Dragon Boat Festival. 1. The location is excellent, right next to Silver Beach. It's just a few minutes' walk to the sand. The room views are expansive, offering fantastic ocean vistas, making it super convenient for enjoying the beach. 2. The hotel's pool facilities are comprehensive, with clean water and a dedicated children's play area. My kids loved playing in the pool all day long – perfect for families. 3. There was a minor issue during our stay, but the staff responded very quickly after we reported it. The problem was handled properly and efficiently within a short time, which we really appreciated. Special thanks to these four thoughtful staff members: First, on June 20th, a tall, sturdy woman with glasses and short hair in the breakfast buffet restaurant was incredibly warm and attentive, offering help proactively and providing meticulous service. Second, the concierge gentleman who answered the phone around 5:40 PM on June 20th was very quick to resolve our issue, as was the engineering department uncle who came to our room afterward – he was efficient and polite. Third, the concierge uncle (with a bit of a belly, haha) on May 21st at noon, who proactively helped us with our luggage, carefully organizing it into the trunk. He was attentive and thorough throughout. Although it's not the newest hotel on Silver Beach, we've gotten used to it and will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Beihai."

"The room was very comfortable and cleaned in place. The soundproofing was very good. I stayed for three nights and basically didn’t hear the sound outside. The only fly in the ointment was that the toilet flushed and the air conditioner sounded louder. Others were very good. It was very convenient to go to the night market. It was not convenient to choose from the park. It was close to the high-speed rail station. It was convenient to stay and send it. Snack package"

The Beihai Marriott Hotel is located right within the Silver Beach scenic area, offering direct access to the beach. The hotel environment is tranquil, and the facilities are great for kids. The staff provides thoughtful and attentive service, and the breakfast is also quite good."

"This time in Beihai, we stayed at Hualuxe with our child, and I have to commend our butler, Nan Xi, for being so thoughtful and meticulous. She made sure all our requests were met. The hotel has three pools, including an indoor heated pool and an outdoor infinity pool, providing an excellent swimming experience. The petting zoo has a great variety of animals, and my child loved feeding and interacting with them. It made entertaining the kids so much easier and stress-free. This is truly a treasure of a family-friendly resort. We'll definitely come back to this hotel if we get the chance!"

"This is a fantastic homestay! The staff are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with any questions. The Rainforest Restaurant has a bar area where you can order new cocktails, and the evening ambiance is really nice. There's also a pool at the homestay, perfect for a swim in the summer. Booking includes pier pick-up and drop-off, and breakfast is also included with a self-service buffet. Overall, it's a great experience."

"The hotel is quite close to the old town street, with the sea right behind it. I saw people fishing, though I'm not sure if they caught anything. There's a swimming pool at the hotel, but the weather was a bit cool, so I didn't go in. Instead, I sat by the edge watching kids learn to swim. Staying here was very convenient. I bought some dried seafood to take home; the price was reasonable, and fresh seafood would have been too difficult to transport."
